Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé pour assembler des composants, utilisés de préférence pour des véhicules à moteur, un premier composant (10) et un second composant (11) étant interconnectés au moyen d'au moins un composant (12) adhésif d'assemblage, ce dernier étant placé entre une zone superficielle (13) du premier composant (10) et une zone superficielle (14) du second composant (11). Selon l'invention, la zone superficielle (13) du premier composant (10) est reliée à un composant (15) à surface préparée qui présente une surface adhésive (17) d'un matériau support (18) associé au composant (12) adhésif de l'ensemble sur une face (16) opposée à la zone superficielle (13) du premier composant (10). L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d'un composant permettant l'assemblage ou la réparation, ainsi qu'un véhicule à moteur comprenant un premier et un second composant (10, 11) et un composant préparé (10).
