- the discharge of the application preparation is controlled by a valve located in the delivery channel (3.4). It is particularly advantageous if the metering device controls the addition of the basic preparations in such a way that a circular valve cycle is created, that is, if the basic preparation pumped into the mixing chamber first is initially conveyed into the mixing chamber only in a subset and the remaining amount is added at the end of the addition cycle. As a result, the same basic preparation always remains in the pump and in the majority of the piping network between two mixing processes.

Vorrichtung und Verfahren zur Zubereitung von KosmetikaDevice and method for the preparation of cosmetics
The invention relates to a device for the preparation of cosmetics and a corresponding method for the preparation of cosmetics using the device.
From the field of food and luxury foods, it is known to prepare a food / beverage shortly before its consumption. One of the best known examples of this is the preparation of coffee extracts from dried and roasted seeds of the coffee bush (Coffea arabica (Arabica coffee) and Coffea canephora (Robusta coffee).) For this, the ground coffee beans are brewed with hot, almost boiling water Filtrate can then be drunk.
Other drinks can now be freshly prepared shortly before consumption. For example, With the use of a gassing device, it is possible to create fresh bottled water from tap water and carbon dioxide. This can, depending on need and taste, additionally be refined with aroma / fruit / vitamin / mineral concentrates so that a wide variety of showerheads (gaseous, bubbly table waters) are produced. What used to be a factory manufacturing process in factories is being relocated to the home kitchen on a small scale. This has the advantage that the preparation can be made as required and that the use of concentrates (aroma, minerals) does not require large storage capacities in the home. From a logistical point of view, in-house production also has advantages, since no large quantities of liquid have to be transported.
Outside the food sector, there are no such effective applications and procedures in daily life needs. However, man does not find his livelihood only through the supply of food, but many other things are needed to not only survive, but also to lead a happy life.
These amenities, which are an indispensable part of a person's life, also include products that care for the body, in particular cosmetics, washing and cleansing preparations, care preparations and decorative cosmetics.
Depending on the application site (hand cream, eye cream, body lotion ...) and application time (day cream vs. night cream), there are a large number of preparations on the market, most of which are only available in the care preparations components differ. So if the human wants the best for his body, he needs a whole range of products to cover all areas of application, especially since not all products are needed daily. For example, sunscreen preparations do not have to be used on cloudy days or at night. The disadvantage is currently that all products must be purchased separately and in the domestic bathroom - there is according to surveys the main storage and application place - take up a lot of space. In particular, the storage space required is very large due to the different packaging units, since tubes, jars or bottles can not be stacked together. Another disadvantage that has recently come to the fore more and more is that specific active ingredients that have been added to the care products in prepared form only show stability or effect for a short time. In order to bring marketable products on the market, therefore, must be taken deep into the box of tricks of formulation technology. In particular, the complexing of active substances or the use of gas-diffusion-tight laminate containers have a negative effect on the production price of the products, so that it increases accordingly.
For the germs introduced during the removal with the fingers, the water-containing preparations represent an ideal basis for growth. The cosmetic industry therefore tries with great effort to prevent the entry of germs - for example by donor systems - or severely limit the multiplication after the contamination - eg the use of preservatives. One way out is to make small quantities of cosmetic preparations just prior to application of the preparation. There have already been some approaches here, as demonstrated for example in the German TV show 'Hobbythek'. However, these are more of a bauble with a learning effect than a sustainable, ever-usable solution. It would therefore be desirable to provide a device and a method with which it is possible to prepare preparations that serve the care of the body in the short term and on site (at home), these application preparations of one or more basic preparation (e) in the usual amounts for single use. This object is achieved by a device comprising
- mehrere Behältnisse für mehrere Grundzubereitungen,- several containers for several basic preparations,
- eine Dosiereinrichtung,a metering device,
- mindestens eine elektrisch betriebenen Pumpe,at least one electrically operated pump,
- eine Mischkammer, - eine Mischereinheit unda mixing chamber, a mixing unit and
An output port, characterized in that the basic preparations are transported from the storage containers by means of the electric pump (s) in the mixing chamber, wherein the amount of basic preparation is controlled by a metering device. According to the invention, various basic preparations for a cosmetic preparation can be combined with the device according to the invention or in the method according to the invention, wherein the ratio of the basic preparations to one another is controlled or predetermined by the metering device.
According to the invention, the basic components are fed successively or simultaneously into the mixing chamber. For this purpose, the mixing chamber and the one or more containers for the basic components via a hose, pipe and / or channel system are interconnected.
The basic preparations are stored in storage containers. These containers are according to the invention individually or in groups interchangeable. The containers preferably have a volume of from 10 to 1000 ml, depending on which type of basic preparation is involved. It is particularly advantageous to use container systems in which the removed volume is not replaced by ambient air, in particular Trailing piston containers, flexible bags (eg film bags, bag-in-can packaging) or sachets for use as a storage container according to the invention are suitable.
If basic components are simultaneously conducted into the mixing chamber in the predetermined ratio (continuous feed of the basic preparations), the mixer unit can be designed as a simple static mixer.
Sulzer SMV- Mischer).Static mixers work continuously and contain no moving mechanical parts. The fluids to be mixed are transported by the pronounced pressure difference through the static mixer, the mixing effect, especially for low viscosity materials, e.g. based on turbulence caused by staggered supply of the fluid components to be mixed. For tougher fluids, piping installations whose effect on laminar flow on repeated division u. Merging of the inhomogeneous liquid flow is used, whereby concentration differences or inhomogeneities are minimized. In turbulent flow, these installations work by intensifying the turbulence. Common for static mixers are e.g. consecutive twisted sheet metal elements (Kenics mixers), slanted bore plates (e.g., Ross ISG mixing elements) or metal mesh packings (e.g., Sulzer SMV mixers).
If the basic components are introduced successively into the mixing chamber (discontinuous feed of the basic preparations), a homogeneous mixture can not be achieved by a static mixer. In this case, the mixing chamber must have at least one dynamic mixer unit. Under mixer unit according to the invention to understand rotating elements that are driven electrically or by muscle power and mix the basic preparations to a homogeneous mass.
Homogenisatoren zeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass durch schnell rotierendeIt is particularly advantageous if the dynamic mixing device is a homogenizer. Homogenizers are characterized in that by rapidly rotating
Impellers high shear forces are exerted on the preparations, whereby e.g. the formation of emulsions is strongly favored.
After the basic preparations have been mixed to form a homogeneous mass (application preparation), the application preparation is discharged from the mixing chamber. The discharge can be carried out according to the feed continuously (using a static mixer) or discontinuously (using a dynamic mixer). For this purpose, the mixing chamber has a corresponding outlet opening. Between the mixing chamber and the outlet opening, a valve or flow-limiting element may be arranged.
Since cosmetic preparations sometimes have high viscosities that do not allow gravity to discharge, it is also within the meaning of the invention to accelerate the discharge from the mixing chamber by gas or piston pressure. For cosmetic preparations of kremartiger consistency, the continuous mixture using a static mixing device is very particularly preferred, since the discharge of the application preparation is carried out by the nachgeförderten basic preparations.
The amount of each individual basic component is controlled by the metering device. According to the invention, the term "metering device" is to be understood as meaning all technical measures which limit or vary the volume flow of the basic components.
In the simplest case, the metering device is a number of variably adjustable Durchflußbegrenzern, which, depending on which application preparation to be prepared from the basic preparations are set accordingly by hand. However, the adjustment is advantageously carried out electromechanically. The metering device can therefore contain a memory programmable controller (PLC) in combination with controllable valves, flow restrictors or pumps. In particular, according to the invention and advantageous to vary the pump delivery rate, for example, via the speed or on time of the pump. This mode of operation is necessary in particular with simultaneous delivery of all basic components in order to set the correct ratio of the basic components to one another. For this purpose, the mixing ratios are stored in a database within the PLC and can be called up by the user via an input unit.
According to the invention, the control of valves or gate valves by the metering unit and the use of only one pump to promote all the basic components.
According to the invention, the base preparations may be single-phase or multi-phase systems. For example, it is possible to prepare a cosmetic preparation (application preparation) from two basic preparations, wherein one oil phase and the other represents an aqueous phase, with the device according to the invention. Depending on how the ratio between oil and water phase is adjusted, are emulsions with different properties, such as viscosity and / or skin feel, received.
It is likewise according to the invention if one or more basic preparations are already multiphase systems, such as, for example, oil-in-water or water-in-oil emulsions.
According to the invention, it is also necessary to incorporate further basic preparations, so that the finished preparation (application preparation) contains at least three basic preparations.
Insbesondere die klassischen Wirkstoffe, wie z.BFurther basic preparations are to be understood as meaning, in particular, pure substances or carriers incorporated in carriers, perfumes, classic active substances, emulsifiers, dyes or pigments, light protection filters, moisturizers, exfoliating particles, day and night care substances, polymers, Consistency factors, water, oils, mineral substances, serums, plant extracts, fillers, sensory additives, alcohols, self-tanner understood. In particular, the classic agents, such

- Pflanzenextrakte, wie zum Beispiel AleoVera,- Plant extracts, such as AleoVera,
- körpereigene Polymere, wie zum Beispiel Hyaluronsäure, Creatin,- endogenous polymers, such as hyaluronic acid, creatine,
- Vitamine, wie zum Beispiel Vitamin C oder E, Folsäure, - Hautaufheller (Whitening-Wirkstoffe), wie zum Beispiel Dioic Acid,- vitamins, such as vitamin C or E, folic acid, - skin whitening agents (whitening agents), such as dioic acid,
- selbstbräunende Wirkstoffe (Tanning-Wirkstoffe), wie zum Beispiel Dihydroxyaceton (DHA),- self-tanning active ingredients (tanning agents), such as dihydroxyacetone (DHA),
Sunscreen filters, such as, for example, triazines, hydroxycinnamates, metal oxides, can thus be incorporated into the cosmetic preparation in optimal concentrations, depending on the place and time of use.
It is particularly advantageous if the application preparation contains 0.5-5% by weight of DHA and / or 0.1-5% by weight of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and / or 0.1-5% by weight of aqueous aniseed extract ( Bioxilift) and / or 0.1-1% by weight creatine and / or 0.001% -1% by weight of vegetable polyphenols (eg flavonoids, AGR (alpa-glycosylrutin), catechins) and / or 0.001-1% by weight of licochalcone and / or 0.001-0.3% by weight of folic acid and / or 0.001-0.5% by weight of Q10, based on the total weight of the preparation.
By the appropriate choice of the perfume, so the male-female-unisex conflict 1 , to which the manufacturers of care products are constantly exposed, circumvents and from a basic preparation at home, the male product and the female product only by variation of the perfume. The different fragrance variants / additives, such as sweet or tart fragrances, make it possible to produce preparations that are adapted to the use (night, day, summer, winter, morning, evening). Specific embodiments of a device according to the invention may comprise means for gassing, heating or cooling the base preparations or the output preparations. It is also advantageous to control the heating, cooling and gassing via the PLC of the dosing unit.
For example, heating of the base components can simplify the mixing process since the heating results in a reduction in viscosity. By subsequent cooling during discharge of the output preparation, the temperature can be lowered quickly to the application temperature.
It is particularly advantageous to cool or heat the dispensing preparation, depending on the type of cosmetic preparation, before or during discharge. Heating is very easy by electric heating coils to achieve a cooling simply by Peltier elements.
For face masks or hair treatments, it is advantageous to raise the temperature above room temperature, as this enhances the nourishing effect (pore opening by heat). On the other hand, with an eye cream or facial tonic, a temperature below room temperature is an advantage as it creates a relaxing and refreshing sensation.
In order to obtain a foam-like dispensing preparation, a gassing can take place in the mixing chamber or in the dispensing channel. The gas input can also be controlled via the metering device. Oxygen, nitrogen, nitrous oxide or carbon dioxide are advantageously used for this purpose. According to the invention, fumigation with oxygen is advantageous so that the application preparation is a mousse, in particular with an oxygen content of up to 25% by volume (based on the total volume of the preparation).
Another advantage of the inventive device is that it can be dispensed with preservative, since the output preparation is intended for immediate consumption.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS.
The invention is not limited to what has been described above and shown in the drawings, and many modifications are conceivable without departing from the scope of the appended claims.

Figure 1 shows schematically the structure of a device (100) according to the invention, comprising three containers for basic preparations (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) which are each connected via a coupling (8.1, 8.2, 8.3) to the line system of the device. The amount of base preparation to be removed from the container is controlled by the dosing unit (D), the dosing unit D having a PLC (12) and a flow regulator (3.1, 3.2, 3.3) for each basic preparation. The basic preparations are, after they have passed the flow regulator, by means of pumps (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) in the mixing chamber (4) fed. The mixing chamber carries in its interior a static mixer (5). The dispensing channel connects to the mixing chamber with a product outlet (7). The preparation to be dispensed is cooled or heated in the dispensing channel by means of a heat exchanger (11). The variant of the device according to the invention described in FIG. 1 is to be preferred in particular for preparations of higher viscosity, since the discharge of the application preparation is effected automatically by the subsequent conveying of the basic preparations.
Figure 2 shows schematically the structure of a device (200) according to the invention, comprising three containers for basic preparations (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) which are each connected via a coupling (8.1, 8.2, 8.3) to the line system of the device. The pumps feed the basic spread removed from the containers (1.x) into the mixing chamber (4). The mixing chamber carries in its interior a dynamic mixer (agitator - 6). To the mixing chamber, the output channel connects with a product outlet (7). The preparation to be dispensed gassed in the output channel by means of an injector (9), wherein the gas from a gas reservoir, here compressed gas cylinder (10) is removed. The variant of the device according to the invention described in FIG. 2 is particularly suitable for low-viscosity preparations which are used in the form of a foam (mousse).
FIG. 3 schematically shows the construction of a device (300) according to the invention, comprising three containers for basic preparations (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) which are each firmly connected to the line system of the device. The amount of base preparation to be removed from the containers is controlled by the dosing unit (D), the dosing unit D having a PLC (12) and a flow regulator (3.1, 3.2, 3.3) for each basic preparation. The flow regulators feed a pump (2), which conveys the basic preparations into the mixing chamber (4). The metering device controls the flow of the basic preparations advantageously so that the pump is fed in each case only from a container. The mixing chamber carries in its interior a dynamic mixer (agitator - 6). To the mixing chamber, the output channel connects with a product outlet (7). The discharge of the application preparation is controlled by a valve located in the delivery channel (3.4).
