Abstract

The device is designed to survive a terrorist attack or a major disaster. It will auto-tune to existing longwave or shortwave stations and incorporates RFID-type digital transmission and reception. The device can also be fitted with a photograph and a compass. A longwave or shortwave signal is required to trigger and operate nanotechnology microchips. Longwave communication is the only option in terrain with strongly magnetic iron ore deposits.

Description

Personal identity device with communication capability.
The device is portable, can be used anywhere and does not require a power supply. Usability may be reduced in the vicinity of strong magnetic fields.
The casing is made of titanium or some other suitable material and the surface is grooved or corrugated. In the casing is an opening for the fingerprint sensor. The device can be fitted with a photograph and/or a compass. The pivot joint in the casing is fitted with solar cells. Additional solar cells will be required for long-term operation.
Microchips: Military-type RFID chip.
The device can also be used for shorter-range communications with a command post or communications center and may also be fitted with Bluetooth capability.
