- For the mobile sunbed are filled with foam longitudinal bars as they are the EP-B-243383 less suitable because they can not roll up to save space during the day, as is the condition mentioned in the applications mentioned.
- the longitudinal beams are designed as inflatable body.
- the longitudinal beams are provided with a welded plastic tape which is formed by means of transverse welds to pockets in which engage the ends of the crossbars.
- the longitudinal spars are not surrounded by a stabilizing shell and accordingly they must Transverse beams by means of stabilizers, which connect the spars transverse to their longitudinal directions are secured together.
- stabilizers which connect the spars transverse to their longitudinal directions are secured together.
- transverse stabilization was realized by special design of the longitudinal bars.
- These multi-part longitudinal beams were surrounded by a textile shell and releasably connected to the crossbars, which are inserted in corresponding pockets of the shell.
- the crossbars were additionally stabilized by a longitudinally extending on each longitudinal spar extending with the sheath band provided, wherein the crossbar is held laced over the sheath and under the band.

- Figure 3 is a detail view in the region of the holder of a crossbar on the longitudinal spar;
- FIG. 4 shows a portion of an endlessly woven belt for the preparation of the inventive seat base, while finally FIG. 5 • . represents a detail of this belt.
- the mobile bed base consists, like a large number of such known mobile bed bases, of two longitudinal spars and a multiplicity of transverse slats resting on these longitudinal spars.
- These two spaced-apart longitudinal beams are formed as inflatable bodies, or fromsinflat Schlierenden bodies.
- These inflatable bodies are filled with a relatively low overpressure, which on the one hand is advantageous for lying comfort and on the other hand also allows the deformability of the longitudinal bars. This also applies in particular to longitudinal spars from self-inflating bodies. are made.
- These inflatable body, or self-inflating body are not shown in detail in the drawing, but only schematically and designated 10. While in inflatable body the corresponding valves are usually designed from Steckventile.n, self-inflating body are provided with screw valves that have a high density.
- the inflatable bodies 10 have a weld seam on at least one side, but mostly around the circumference, wherein • . this weld seam 11 has a sufficient width, so that this ' for fixing the, the. inflatable body 10 surrounding envelope, to serve.
- the envelope surrounding the inflatable body 10 is designated 12.
- the surrounding envelope is formed according to the invention at least on the top of an endless belt material. This endless belt material is cut to length according to the longitudinal spars, while the width of the belt material is designed so that it is able to encompass the inflatable body 10.
- the encompassing strap along one namely the outside of the inflatable body 10 can be sewn along, or even circumferentially on the weld 11 sewn.
- the circumferential sewing results in a higher relative resistance to displacement of the belt is denoted by 20 and in the sewn state forms at least on the upper side of the longitudinal spar, the surrounding shell.
- the two-sided sewing is not mandatory and in any case, it requires the presence of two-sided flap-shaped welds 11. If by means of the belt 20, the surrounding sheath 12 is formed, it will be advantageous to use a hem band sew the flap-shaped weld. This increases the strength and protects the inflatable body against damage, while at the same time projecting no disturbing relatively hard seam on the mobile deck substructure.
- the inventive belt 20 is shown spread. Since this is a woven belt, this consists of a variety of warp and weft threads. The tissue is the sake of clarity and symbolically shown to relieve the drawing only in the upper right corner.
- the warp threads 21 extend over the entire length of the belt, while the weft threads are continuous only where they are not interrupted by buttonhole-like slots.
- FIG. The belt 20 is on the left half in the drawing at least two, in the example shown here, however, four rows of slots 23 to 26 on.
- the rows of slots 23 to 26 extend in the longitudinal direction L of the belt 20.
- the length of each buttonhole-like slot 27 is slightly larger than the width of the. In the areas of these rows of slots Cross bars 2, so that they can be passed through the buttonhole-like slots 27.
- the running direction of the weft threads is denoted by B.
- B The running direction of the weft threads.
- the through-holes 28 are baked with a mandrel-like, heated tool. In this area, the warp and weft threads 21, 22 merge with each other, so that the interruption of the threads caused by the weld joint no harm to the woven belt material.

- the belt 20 is folded in the final state of the mobile bed base to be described. In this case, in the drawing right half of the belt will come to rest directly on the inflatable body 10, while the left in the drawing part of the belt is above.
- the region 31 between the center line 30 and the fourth row 26 of the buttonhole-like slots 27 forms a type of pocket 31 in which the free ends of the crossbars 2 are received.

- the longitudinal spar 1 is formed by an inflatable body 10, in the present case a self-inflating inflatable body 10.
- the inflatable body is formed by a lower sealing layer 16 and an upper sealing layer 17.
- the upper and lower sealing layers 17, 16 are joined together along the welds 11.
- these welds are designed circumferentially and have a corresponding width, so that they can also be used to attach the surrounding shell 12.
- a valve 13 is welded.

It is usually an open-cell foam with large pores can be compressed very compactly and with a great restoring force it is able to expand after compression into its original form. With the valve 13 open, such inflatable bodies 10 can easily be rolled up and as soon as the longitudinal bars 1 formed by the inflatable body 10 are completely rolled up, the valves 13 can be closed and the longitudinal bars remain in the corresponding state. For reuse unrolling the mobile deck substructure, opens the valves 13, whereupon the self-inflating body self-inflate by the expansion of the filler 15, whereupon the valves 13 can be closed again.

- the inventive mobile bed base is particularly suitable to offer it in the mail order.
- the longitudinal beams can be rolled up and the transverse slats 2 or the transverse slat parts 2 'and 2 "and the box section sections 3 can all be shipped as individual parts in a box. The buyer can now insert himself the crossbars accordingly and press through the through holes 28, the securing means 40.
