Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément de transmission (1) à symétrie de révolution comportant au moins une denture (3, 5) au niveau d'un diamètre intérieur (7) et/ou d'un diamètre extérieur (9) à partir d'une tôle. Afin de pouvoir produire une denture de très grande qualité même dans le cas d'éléments relativement épais dans la direction axiale, le procédé englobe selon l'invention les étapes de procédé suivantes : découpage précis de la tôle, préformage d'un collet (15) au niveau du bord extérieur de la tôle ainsi que fabrication d'au moins une denture (3, 5) par un procédé de laminage à froid avec finition du collet (15). De plus, on propose un élément de transmission fabriqué de telle manière.
