Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a container, and more particularly, to a container including a pair of female and male Velcro fiber fasteners each provided on a container body and a plug so that, when the plug is released from an outlet opening of the container body, the plug can be temporarily attached to the container body by attachment of the Velcro fiber fasteners to prevent the plug from being polluted or lost and thereby to facilitate management and handling of the plug. Background Art
[2] Containers accommodating liquid materials, such as oil, paint, thinners, and so forth, as well as drinks, such as mineral water or milk, generally include a container body having an outlet opening, and a plug for opening and closing the outlet opening of the container body. The engagement or disengagement of the plug to the outlet opening is generally carried out by use of a threaded engagement or a forcible locking portion having resilience.
[3] In order to increase a volume of the container or build up the air-tightness, the plug may be provided with a resin internal cap having resilience.
[4] In case of taking contents out of such a container, the plug is released from the container body to open the outlet opening, and then is again engaged with the outlet opening. In this instance, the plug is laid down on the ground, such as a floor, which causes a surrounding environment to be congested. Also, the plug is frequently not only be polluted by alien substances, but also be lost.
[5] In addition, the loss of the plug may cause the contents accommodated in the container to be polluted or leaked. In particular, in case of volatile chemicals, it may cause a fire.
[6] In order to solve the above problems, the plug is provided with a hook, so that the plug is hung on the outlet opening. When the contents are taken out of the container, the plug interferes in the taking-out operation.
[7] The applicant has proposed a container for accommodating paint or thinner with the

[8] The patents disclose an internal cap tightly fitted into the outlet opening of the container body and having a recessed receiving portion. The upper portion of the internal cap is engaged to the bottom surface of an external cap by a magnet mounted on the internal cap. [9] With the above construction, when the plug is released from the container body, the internal cap is semi-automatically followed the plug, so that the internal cap is easily engaged to or disengaged from the outlet opening. Also, the plug can be adhered to any portion of the container by the magnet, thereby preventing pollution and loss of the plug.
[10] The patent has a drawback in that the magnet is adhered to a metal container, but the plug is not adhered to a container made of plastic material. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[11] Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a container including a pair of female and male Velcro fiber fasteners each provided on a container body and a plug so that, when the plug is released from an outlet opening of the container body, the plug can be temporarily attached to the container body by attachment of the Velcro fiber fasteners to prevent the plug from being polluted or lost and thereby to facilitate management and handling of the plug. Technical Solution
[12] In order to accomplish the above-mentioned objects, there is provided a container having a structure for preventing a plug loss according to the present invention includes a container body having an outlet opening, and a plug engaged to or disengaged from the outlet opening of the container body for opening or closing the container, the container comprising: a pair of female and male Velcro fiber fasteners each provided on the container body and the plug so that, when the plug is released from the outlet opening of the container body, the plug is temporarily attached to the container body by attachment of the Velcro fiber fasteners. Advantageous Effects
[13] With the construction, since the pair of female and male Velcro fiber fasteners are respectively provided on the container body and the plug, the plug can be temporarily attached to the container body by attachment of the Velcro fiber fasteners to prevent the plug from being polluted or lost and thereby to facilitate management and handling of the plug, so that, when the plug is released from an outlet opening of the container body. Brief Description of the Drawings
[14] The above and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be more apparent from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
[15] FlG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating the construction of a container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[16] FlG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a container, with a plug being opened, shown in FTG. 1.
[17] FlG. 3 is a partially cross-sectional view illustrating the state in which a plug is attached to a container body.
[18] FlGs. 4 to 8 are views illustrating containers according to several embodiments of the present invention.
[19] FlG. 9 is a view illustrating a container according to alternative embodiment of the present invention. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[20] Now, a container according to preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[21] FlG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating the construction of a container according to an embodiment of the present invention. FlG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating the container, with a plug being opened, shown in FlG. 1. FlG. 3 is a partially cross- sectional view illustrating the state in which the plug is attached to a container body.
[22] Referring to FlGs. 1 to 3, a container 1 having a structure for preventing a plug loss according to the present invention includes a container body 100 having an outlet opening 110, and a plug engaged to or disengaged from the outlet opening 110 of the container body 100 for opening or closing the container. Also, the container includes a pair of female and male Velcro fiber fasteners F each provided on the container body 100 and the plug 200 so that, when the plug 200 is released from the outlet opening 110 of the container body 100, the plug is temporarily attached to the container body by attachment of the Velcro fiber fasteners.
[23] The Velcro fiber fastener F is a fastening means which is also called as a surface fastener. As shown in FlGs. 4 to 8, it is preferable that the Velcro fiber fasteners are adhered to portions of the container body 100 and the plug 200. Alternatively, the Velcro fiber fastener may be formed on the container body and the plug by double injection molding.
[24] The Velcro fiber fastener F consists of a female Fl and/or a male F2 (see FlG. 1).
The Velcro fiber fastener F may be provided on plural portions of the container body 100 (see FlG. 5), and may be adhered on an upper surface or side surface of the container body 100 (see FlGs. 1 to 8).
[25] Also, the plug includes an internal cap 210 tightly fitted into the outlet opening 110 of the container body. The internal cap 210 is integrally formed with a coupling member 230 which is hingedly engaged to the plug 200. The Velcro fiber fastener F may be adhered on an upper surface or periphery surface of the plug 200 or on the internal cap (see FlG. 6).
[26] With the above construction, since the plug 200 is always coupled with the internal cap 210, one is semi-automatically followed the other whenever any one of the plug and internal cap is lifted. If the Velcro fiber fastener F provided any one of the plug or internal cap is attached to the corresponding portion of the container body, the plug and the internal cap are simultaneously supported by the container body 100.
[27] As shown in FlG. 9, the plug 200 may be provided with a protrusion 250 protruding from an inner surface of the plug 200, and a Velcro fiber fastener F may be provided on a front end of the protrusion 250.
[28] The container body 100 or the plug 200 is made of at least one of a metal (see FlGs.
5 and 6), a synthetic resin, a thick paper (see FlG. 7), and a ceramic material.
[29] It would be understood to one skilled in the art that the container according to the present invention may be not only applied to a circular or rectangular water bucket, but also applied to a pack-type receptacle or bottle-type vessel made of a resin or thick paper (see FlGs. 4 to 8).
[30] Operation of the container 1 having the structure for preventing the plug loss according to the present invention will now be described.
[31] The container of the present invention includes the pair of female and male Velcro fiber fasteners F each provided on the container body 100 and the plug 200. When the plug 200 is released from the outlet opening of the container body 100, the plug can be easily attached to the container body by use of the Velcro fiber fasteners.
[32] More specifically, since female and male Velcro fiber fasteners provided on the body
100 and the plug 200 are adhered to each other, it is very easy to temporarily position the plug.
[33] Consequently, since the plug 200 is easily attached to any side of the body 100, it is not necessary to lay the plug on the ground, thereby preventing the plug from being polluted or lost and thus facilitating management and handling of the plug.
[34] The present invention can be applied to a plug of any type of container.
[35] The forgoing embodiments are merely exemplary and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention. The present teachings can be readily applied to other types of apparatuses. The description of the present invention is intended to be illustrative, and not to limit the scope of the claims. Many alternatives, modifications, and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Industrial Applicability
[36] As apparent from the above description, according to the container having the structure for preventing the plug loss, since the pair of female and male Velcro fiber fasteners are respectively provided on the container body and the plug, the plug can be temporarily attached to the container body by attachment of the Velcro fiber fasteners to prevent the plug from being polluted or lost and thereby to facilitate management and handling of the plug, so that, when the plug is released from an outlet opening of the container body.
