  • the compression spring 180 compresses the lock gear 140 such that the lock gear 140 can smoothly engage with, in other words, be smoothly locked to, the internal gear teeth (113 of FIG. 5) formed on the circumferential inner surface of the sector gear (110 of FIG. 5).
  • the locking of the lock gear 140 is realized by the elastic restoring force of the return spring (160 of Fig. 3) through the cam 130.
  • the return spring 160 of Fig. 3
  • the compression spring 180 is provided to avoid the unstably locked state described above.
  • the compression spring 180 along with the returning rotating force of the return spring 160, slides the lock gears 140 in the direction in which that lock gears 140 are returned to the original positions, thus achieving the stably locked state of the seat recliner.
  • FIGS. 9 and 10 are a plan view and a side sectional view, respectively, comparing the assembled states of the conventional seat recliner 200 for vehicles and the seat recliner 100 for vehicles according to the embodiment of the present invention.

  • the seat recliner 100 for vehicles according to the embodiment of the present invention is increased in the total diameter and in actual height, compared to the conventional seat recliner.
  • the strength of the seat recliner 100 is increased by the increase in size, and the engagement strength and support strength thereof are also increased because the seat back coupling part 111 has an improved shape.
  • the strength of the seat cushion coupling part 121 of the holder 120 which is increased in size, is also increased.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'inclinaison du siège. Le dispositif d'inclinaison de la présente invention comprend un secteur denté (110) qui possède une partie de couplage (111) du dossier du siège, et un support (120) couplé rotatif au secteur denté (110) et possède une partie de couplage (121) avec le coussin du siège. Le dispositif d'inclinaison du siège comprend également une came (130) qui pivote sous l'action d'un arbre (40), une roue de verrouillage (140) qui verrouille de façon libérable le secteur denté (110), et un ressort de retour (160) qui sollicite élastiquement la came en direction de sa position initiale. La parte de couplage du dossier du siège comprend un corps principal (111a) qui fait saillie à partir du secteur denté, et des dents de couplage (111b) ménagées dans le corps principal à des intervalles déterminés. Selon cette invention, même si un effort important est appliqué au dossier du siège, le dispositif d'inclinaison du siège parvient à supporter de manière stable le dossier du siège.
