Abstract

Le procédé de séchage des boues comporte :une étape de mise en pression à une pression déterminée d'une enceinte (1) étanche au moins par injection de vapeur d'eau saturante; une étape de chargement des boues à l'intérieur d'une cuve (7) éloignée des parois de l'enceinte (1); une étape d'injection de vapeur surchauffée dans la boue (5) par l'intermédiaire d'un mélangeur (3) en action proche de la paroi de la cuve (7) la plus éloignée par rapport à la source des micro-ondes (22) comportant des moyens (33) d'injections; une étape de chauffage au coeur de la boue (5) par émission de micro-ondes (23) en direction de la cuve (7), cette étape étant réalisée en mélangeant la boue (5); une étape d'évacuation des eaux recueillies par condensation et ruissellement sur les parois de l'enceinte vers le fond de l'enceinte (1).
