Abstract

A rib nesting device for pivotally securing umbrella ribs to a stick of the umbrella, is disclosed. The device comprises a two part body facilitating construction of the umbrella. Umbrella ribs pre prepared with a pair of hinging protrusions may be easily positioned during umbrella assembling work, then remain captured within the device for the actual use of the umbrella.
