Abstract
L'invention concerne une poutre, en particulier une traverse (QTR) ou un longeron (LTR'), pour un châssis (UGS) d'un véhicule ferroviaire (SCH), laquelle poutre présente une membrure supérieure (OBG) et une membrure inférieure (UTG) reliées au moyen d'une entretoise (STE), la traverse (QTR) présentant un évidement (AUS) destiné à recevoir une pièce de montage (MON). Selon ladite invention, cet évidement (AUS) est ouvert sur des côtés de la membrure inférieure (UTG), de sorte que la pièce de montage peut être insérée dans ledit évidement par ce côté, et une membrure inférieure auxiliaire (HUG), pouvant être reliée à la membrure inférieure (UTG), est prévue pour fermer l'évidement une fois la pièce de montage (MON) insérée.
