Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de dépôt d'une couche antibactérienne de matière sur un substrat consistant à engendrer un nuage de nanoparticules chargées d'une matière antibactérienne et à accélérer électrostatiquement lesdites nanoparticules en direction du substrat. Une telle étape d'accélération électrostatique permet d'exercer un degré relativement fin de commande sur l'énergie avec laquelle les nanoparticules heurtent le substrat. Cette étape peut, ainsi, être ajustée de manière à leur conférer une énergie suffisante afin de déformer à partir d'impact et de créer un film adhérent, mais non de déformer vraiment sérieusement, ce qui entraînerait la perte de leur caractère nanoparticulaire. Des matériaux appropriés englobent l'argent et le cuivre. Cette invention a aussi pour objet un revêtement de film mince nanoparticulaire renfermant plusieurs nanoparticules au moins partiellement fusionnées. Chaque nanoparticule peut, dans des films préférés, former une protubérance locale possédant un rapport de dimensions perpendiculaires/latérales supérieur à 1.2:1. Ainsi, les nanoparticules formant le film présentent une déformation démontrable provenant de leur impact à l'arrivée au niveau de la surface du film. En outre, un appareil de traitement d'outils chirurgicaux comporte un dispositif de génération de plasma autour de l'outil, un dispositif de génération d'un nuage de nanoparticules chargées d'une matière antibactérienne et un dispositif d'accélération électrostatique des particules en direction de l'outil.
