Description
割草机割草高度调节装置 技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种割草机, 尤其涉及割草机割草高度调节装 置。 背景技术 割草机的割草高度是靠割草刀的离地距离来决定的, 由于割草机 的整机机壳和割草刀安装在前后轮轴上,所以早期的割草机是靠更换 直径大小不同的前后轮或调节轮轴的位置来获得不同大小的割草高 度, 显然这种调节方法艮麻烦。 目前, 割草机割草高度的调节普遍釆 用四杆机构一体调高装置, 即前轮的摆臂、 后轮的摆臂、 连接前后轮 摆臂的连杆与机架构成四杆机构。调节手柄装于后轮轮轴一侧并与后 轮摆臂成一整体, 连接前后轮摆臂的连杆显露于整机机壳外部。 当需 要调节割草高度时, 转动装于后轮轮轴一侧的调节手柄, 此时前后轮 在四杆机构的作用下实现一体调高。 2004 年 10 月 20 日公告的 CN2648790Y公开的一种割草机割草高度调节装置, 该装置即在轮轴 与支轴之间各连接一摆杆, 机体安装于前后支轴上, 在摆杆上连接着 一调节杵用于调节割草刀的相对高度。 由于割草机的轮轴位置 4艮低, 每次需要获得不同的割草高度, 操作者都必须下蹲才能转动调节手 柄, 不能根据实际情况进行随时调整, 操作十分不方便; 同时由于连 接前后轮摆臂的连杆显露于整机机壳外部, 对发动机、 外罩件的安装 造成位置干涉。 发明内容 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种在割草机扶手上即可实现割草 高度调整、 操作方便、 结构合理的新型割草机割草高度调节装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的: 一种割草机割草高度调节装 置, 包括可绕前轮轴摆动的前轮支轴系统、可绕后轮轴摆动的后轮支 轴系统及调 '高手柄系统, 所迷的调高手柄系统与前轮支轴系统、后轮 支轴系统之间连接着传动系统。
优选上述割草机割草高度调节装置,所述的前轮支轴系统与后轴 支轴系统之间连接着主杵系统,所述的传动系统一端连接调高手柄系 统, 另一端连接主杆系统。
优选上述割草机割草高度调节装置 ,所述的主杆系统包括主连杆 及铰接于主连杆两端的前连杆及后连杆。
优选上述割草机割草高度调节装置,所述的主杆系统还包括平衡 弹簧及弹簧支座,所述平衡弹簧套设于主连杆上并且一端与主连杆固 定, 所述平衡弹簧的另一端固定于弹簧支座上, 并且所述弹簧支座固 设于割草机机体上。
优选上述割草机割草高度调节装置,所述的调高手柄系统包括定 位销、可绕定位销转动的调高手柄及用于固定调高手柄的手柄固定装 置。
优选上述割草机割草高度调节装置,所述的手柄固定装置包括棘 轮、 棘轮定位销、 压紧弹簧, 所述调高手柄还固设有可绕定位销转动 的换挡齿轮, 所述调高手柄和换挡齿轮通过定位销与割草机扶手铰 接, 棘轮通 i±i朿轮定位销与割草机扶手铰接, 压紧弹簧一端与棘轮固 定连接, 另一端与割草机扶手固定连接。
优选上述割草机割草高度调节装置,所述的传动系统包括上连杆 及与上连杆铰接的中间摇臂。
优选上述割草机割草高度调节装置,所述的传动系统包括上连杆 及与上连杵铰接的中间摇臂。
优选上述割草机割草高度调节装置,所述中间摇臂的另一端设有 滑动槽, 主连杆的一端连接可在所述滑动槽内滑动的复合铰链。
本实用新型提供的割草机割草高度调节装置改变了现有的普遍 采用四杆机构实现一体调高的基本原理,利用内置式多杆一体调高机 构实现割草机割草高度调节,将多杆一体调高机构的主杆系统内置于 整机机壳内部, 同时将调高手柄系统置于割草机推杆扶手上端。 由于 调高手柄置于割草机推杆扶手上端,操作者可以随时根据草坪修剪效 果随时调整割草高度,操作十分方便,同时调高手柄系统设于扶手上, 不会给发动机、 外罩件的安装造成位置干涉, 结构合理, 方便检修, 使得割草机整机美观大方。

参考图 1、 图 2, 割草机整机包括动力系统、 行走系统、 整机机
壳系统、割草高度调节装置等几大部分。其中割草高度调节装置主要 包括前轮支轴系统、 后轮支轴系统、 主杆系统、 传动系统、 调高手柄 系统等。 前轮支轴系统通过前轮摇臂固定铰链 29连接在整机机壳 12 上, 它包括前轮摇臂 28和前轮偏心杆 30等; 后轮支轴系统通过后轮 摇臂 16固定铰链连接在整机机壳 12上, 它包括后轮摇臂 15和后轮 偏心杆 19等; 主杆系统包括主连杆 22、 平衡弹簧 23、 弹簧支座 24 等, 主杆系统通过弹簧支座 24与整机机壳 12固定连接; 传动系统包 括上连杆 9、 上连杆铰链 10、 中间摇臂 11等, 它通过中间摇臂固定 铰链 13与整机机壳 12铰接; 调高手柄系统包括棘轮 3、 棘轮定位销 2、 压紧弹簧 4、 换挡齿轮 5、 定位销 6、 调高手柄 7 , 调高手柄 7和 换挡齿轮 5通过定位销 6与整机推杆扶手 1铰接,棘轮 3通过棘轮定 位销 2与整机推杆扶手 1铰接, 压紧弹簧 4一端与棘轮 3固定连接, 另一端与整机推杆扶手 1固定连接。 前连杆 26两端通过铰链分别与 前轮支轴系统、 主杆系统铰接; 后连杆 18两端通过铰链分别与后轮 支轴系统、 主杆系统铰接; 中间杆系统通过中间摇臂 11上的滑动槽 与复合铰链 14连接; 调高手柄系统与中间杆系统通过调高手柄 7、 上连杆 9利用上连杆铰链 10铰接。
当需要调节割草高度时,先将卡入换挡齿轮 5齿槽内的棘轮 3拔 起, 然后逆时针转动调高手柄 7到适当位置,再将棘轮 3轮齿卡入换 挡齿轮 5齿槽内。换挡齿轮 5随着调高手柄 7转动相应的角度, 同时 上连杆 9在调高手柄 7和手柄铰链 8的驱动下上拉,从而带动中间摇 臂 11绕中间摇臂固定铰链 13顺时针转动相应角度。 中间摇臂 11绕 中间摇臂固定铰链 13顺时针转动时,一方面驱动后轮摇臂 15以及与 后轮摇臂 15刚接的后轮偏心杆 19绕后轮摇臂固定 4史链 16逆时针转 动; 另一方面通过后连杆 18和后连杆铰链 21驱动主连杆 22向左移 动, 进而通过前连杆铰链 25、 前连杆 26和前轮摇臂活动铰链 27驱 动前轮摇臂 28以及与前轮摇臂 28刚接的前轮偏心杆 30绕前轮摇臂 固定铰链 29逆时针转动。 使得前轮 32和后轮 17相对于整机机壳 12 下移, 达到割草机一体调高的目的。
Claims
1、 一种割草机割草高度调节装置, 包括可绕前轮轴摆动的前轮 支轴系统、可绕后轮轴摆动的后轮支轴系统及调高手柄系统, 其特征 在于: 所述的调高手柄系统与前轮支轴系统、后轮支轴系统之间连接 着传动系统。
2、如权利要求 1所述的割草机割草高度调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述的前轮支轴系统与后轴支轴系统之间连接着主杆系统,所述的传 动系统一端连接调高手柄系统, 另一端连接主杆系统。
3、如权利要求 2所述的割草机割草高度调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述的主杆系统包括主连杆及铰接于主连杆两端的前连杆及后连杆。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的割草机割草高度调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述的主杆系统还包括平衡弹簧及弹簧支座,所述平衡弹簧套设于主 连杆上并且一端与主连;^固定,所述平衡弹簧的另一端固定于弹簧支 座上, 并且所述弹簧支座固设于割草机机体上。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的割草机割草高度调节装置, 其特征在于 所述的调高手柄系统包括定位销、可绕定位销转动的调高手柄及用于 固定调高手柄的手柄固定装置。
6、如权利要求 5所述的割草机割草高度调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述的手柄固定装置包括棘轮、棘轮定位销、 压紧弹簧, 所述调高手 柄还固设有可绕定位销转动的换挡齿轮,所述调高手柄和换挡齿轮通 过定位销与割草机扶手铰接, 棘轮通过棘轮定位销与割草机扶手铰 接, 压紧弹簧一端与棘轮固定连接, 另一端与割草机扶手固定连接。
7、如权利要求 1所述的割草机割草高度调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述的传动系统包括上连杆及与上连杆铰接的中间摇臂。
8、如权利要求 2所述的割草机割草高度调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述的传动系统包括上连杆及与上连杆铰接的中间摇臂。
9、如权利要求 8所述的割草机割草高度调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述中间摇臂的另一端设有滑动槽,主连杆的一端连接可在所述滑动 槽内滑动的复合铰链。
