Abstract

Fibre hydrophilisée, à savoir fibre ayant une surface hydrophobe et composé phosphinate de formule (I) : A est un groupe organique qui comprend une ou plusieurs unités monomères dérivées d'un monomère insaturé en éthylène ou un groupe organique de formule (II) ; A1 est un groupe organique de formule (III), B, R4, et R10 sont chacun indépendamment méthylène ou poly(méthylène), que l'on peut éventuellement substituer sur une ou plusieurs des unités méthylène, et que l'on peut éventuellement interrompre en une ou plusieurs positions par un atome d'oxygène ; R1, R2, R3, R5, R6, R7,R8, R9, R11, R12, et R13 sont chacun indépendamment H, alkyle, alcoxyle, cycloalkyle, alkényle, aryle, aralkyle, alkaryle ou hétérocyclyle ; m, n, et n1 valent chacun indépendamment O ou un entier compris entre 1 et environ 100, à condition que m ne puisse pas valoir O si n' vaut O ; q et s valent chacun indépendamment 0 ou un entier compris entre 1 et environ 50 ; et p, r, et r1 valent chacun indépendamment un entier compris entre 1 et environ 20 ; y compris un sel correspondant. Ledit composé est placé sur au moins une partie de la surface hydrophobe en quantité efficace pour augmenter l'hydrophilicité de cette partie de la surface hydrophobe. Ladite fibre est utile comme élément de tissu hydrophilisé et d'article absorbant jetable.
