Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de représentation d'une image fonctionnelle dynamique du cerveau. Il consiste à acquérir (A) pendant une durée déterminée une pluralité de signaux électrophysiologiques {eSi}N1 d'activité cérébrale à partir d'un jeu d'électrodes {Ei} N1 placées sur le scalp (S) du sujet, localiser (B) l'ensemble des générateurs neuroélectriques {g→jk}JK11 dans le volume cérébral à partir d'une image tridimensionnelle {Ck} K1 ensemble de coupes successives du cerveau et de l'application du problème inverse, discriminer (C) dans les zones actives comportant des générateurs neuroélectriques la synchronie existant entre les paires signaux électrophysiologiques-générateurs neuroélectriques dans une pluralité de bandes de fréquences, pour détecter des groupes de réseaux neuronaux discriminants {RNdk}K1 . Application à l'étude non invasive d'anomalies fonctionnelles provoquées ou non provoquées.
