Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de piezas de grandes dimensiones a base de materiales compuestos, tales como la raiz de palas de aerogeneradores, que comprende: enrollar helicoidalmente sobre un molde una banda de material compuesto a base de fibras y resinas; aplicar sobre la superficie del cuerpo formando una lámina protectora desprendible; aplicar sobre esta lámina una cinta termoretráctil; compactar mediante vacio el laminado formado; proceder al curado de la resina; llevar a cabo el alineado del cuerpo curado y a la mecanización de la superficie transversal adosable a la pala y practicar a partir de la misma alojamientos axiales; y colocar y pegar insertos en los alojamientos axiales citados, para fijación a la pala.
