Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen optischen Dehnungsmessstreifen (D, der aus einer ebenen Trägerschicht (6) vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff und einer Deckschicht (19) besteht, zwischen denen mindestens ein Lichtwellenleiter (2, 3, 4) kraftschlüssig angeordnet ist. Der Lichtwellenleiter (2, 3, 4) besitzt mindestens einen Abschnitt (L) mit einem Bragg-Gitter (5) zur Erfassung der Dehnung eines Verformungskörpers oder eines anderen Bauteilbereiches. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lichtwellenleiter (2, 3, 4) innerhalb mindestens eines vorgesehenen Führungskanals (7, 8, 9) in die Trägerfolie als Trägerschicht (6) eingelassen ist. Dieser Führungskanal (7,8, 9) mit dem Lichtwellenleiter (2, 3, 4) und dem darin eingeprägten Bragg-Gitter (5) ist mit einer Abdeckfolie als Deckschicht (19) verschlossen, die aus dem gleichen Material wie die Trägerfolie (6) besteht.
