Abstract

Device for reducing traffic flow problems in cities. The invention relates to a device that sits in vehicles (cars or two-wheelers), enabling them to be switched on with a chip-based card or key, by various users, when they are available. The whole fleet of such vehicles is managed by public or private enterprises which can tag these vehicles by virtue of a detection system in order to maintain them. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for alleviating the problems of traffic flow in cities and their side effects.

Description

The present invention relates to a device governed by a vehicle rental system immediately on the public road, as soon as; one is available, to ease the traffic in the cities where this problem becomes more and more acute, resulting in air and noise pollution, accidents, stress, loss of time, etc. with all the consequences of a psychosomatic order.

This is due on the one hand to the over-equipment of households in vehicles, because often the schedules, routes or stop of the means of public transport do not correspond to the needs of the users and on the other hand to the fact that the cars - two most often , see more, per home - stay parked for a long time in front of houses where each car needs about one meter more than its length for parking maneuvers.

The result for cities is the need to sacrifice green space or other spaces for parking, and for individuals to make financial sacrifices for the purchase of an additional vehicle for a few trips only.

The device according to the invention is a fleet of two wheels, cars with 2 or 5 seats or utilities, designed specifically to be rented without a driver, managed by public or private companies. The characteristics of this device are as follows:

Claims
