Description

AN IMPROVED CHARCOAL STOVE
This utility model relates in general to cooking devices and, m a' preferred embodiment thereof, more particularly relates to an improved charcoal stove that utilizes solid fuel.
Conventional charcoal stove known in the market has this problem of lack of ashes collecting means and in initially build a fire. The usual procedure is to knock down all the necessary parts or tilting the stove in order to disposed ashes accumulated therein. As can be readily seen from the foregoing, a need exists for an improved charcoal stove that addresses these problems, limitations and disadvantages. Accordingly, it is an object the present utility model to provide a charcoal stove having means in' collecting ashes even during cooking. Another object of the present utility model to provide a charcoal stove which is more reliable.
Still an object of the present utility model to provide a charcoal stove with improved hand in heating efficiency.
Yet, another object of the present utility model to provide a charcoal stove an auxiliary grill when the stove is used as a grilling device.
The technical advance represented by the utility model, as well as the objects thereof, will become apparent from the following
1
SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 25) description of a preferred embodiment of the utility model when considered in conjunction with, the accompanying drawings, and the novel features set forth in the appended claim.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of the present utility model for a charcoal stove;
Figure 2 is a cross sectional view taken along line 2-2 of Figure 1; and
Figure 3 is an exploded view of Figure 1.
Referring now to the several views of the drawing, wherein like reference numerals designate same parts throughout there is shown my utility model for a charcoal generally designated as 10.
Said stove 10 comprises a cylindrical housing 11, made preferably of aluminum alloy. Solid housing 11 having a slightly concave annular sidewall 12 supported by radially spaced legs 13 and a bottom wall 14 converging on said sidewall 12. Disposed within the housing 12 and proximate the medial portion thereof is a protruding support member 15. Removably mounted on this member 15 is an arcuated fuel grate 16 to thereby define within the housing a lower
I ash chamber 17 and an upper combustion chamber 18. Disposed on the wall 12 and in communication with the ash chamber 17 is an auxiliary air vent 19 to, support combustion for the fuel. Removably mounted on the upper rim of said housing 11 is a series of annular rings 21 with associated cover 22, each having a diametrically
SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE2G) reduced openings and adapted to be concentrically positioned over one another. Each of these . rings 21 has an equally spaced trivet 23 adapted to mount a cooking utensil in elevated position. Disposed on the sidewall 12 of this housing 11 and communically with the combustion chamber 18 the removable chutes 24 is a feed or fuel inlet 25. Each of the feed chutes is rectangular in structure having a spaced parallel triangular sidewall 26 converging with downwardly inclined bottom wall 14 and a horizontal mouth portion. Disposed at the inner circumference of said side wall 12 is a cylindrical heat diffuser 27 rested above the charcoal grate 16 made of electrostatic galvanized iron which is high resistance and anti-rust. Efficient heat is utilized at the center of the stove. ,
To enhance heat efficiently the whole unit of the stove is electrostatic coated. For sanitation and conversing heat with the combustion chamber, the mouth portion is filled with a pivotal cover 28.
The improvement introduced in this utility model resides in the provision of a removable ashtray container 29 disposed at the bottom portion of said ash chamber 17 through a compartment member 30. This provision allows the user to remove ashes from the stove without knocking down or removing all the essential parts and even remove ashes during cooking. Furthermore, an additional improvement proposed in the fees chutes wherein it is fixedly held by screws S to make it removable.
To obtain the maximum efficiency of the stove, air vent 19 is being provided with a rotatable cylindrical regulator plate 20 with opening 31 corresponding to the vent 19 of the housing. As best illustrated in thereof, an operable protruding rod 32 is disposed proximate on the upper corner side of the opening 31. This rod 32 is adapted for manually rotating the pale to attain, the desire air within the stove. The opposed notch portion 33 of the auxiliary vent. 19 of the housing 11 limits movement of this. '
An auxiliary grill 34 is being provided when stove is used as a grilling device by removing the series of annular rings 21 with associated cover 22 thereof.
For portability in structure, the stove is provided with a carrying handle H.
While this utility model has been described as having preferred embodiments, it will be understood that it is capable of further modifications. This application is, therefore, intended to cover any variations, uses, or adaptations of the utility model following the general principles thereof, and including such departures from the present disclosure as come within known or customary practice in the art to which this utility model pertains and fall within the limits of the appended claims.
