Additionally, it is preferable that the acupressure bosses 50, acupressure pieces 50', and foot plates 40, 40a, and 40b be fabricated by using one of materials having a magnetic property or far-infrared rays emission property, or mixture resins thereof.

  • This has the effect of achieving efficient exercise of the lower part of the body while remaining seated, preventing various bad effects due to the shortage of exercise, and achieving an improvement in studying or working efficiency.
  • the foot plates of the present invention are provided with acupressure bosses to stimulate acupuncture spots on the foot sole. This can achieve a promotion in blood circulation and activation of several internal organs of a human body, resulting in an increase in health and healing of a variety of diseases.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil d’exercice de type chaise pour faire travailler la partie inférieure du corps humain présentant une fonction de massage de la plante du pied, qui permet à une personne devant passer la majeure partie de son temps assise sur une chaise, par exemple, un candidat à un examen ou un employé de bureau, de pratiquer un exercice lui permettant de renforcer la force musculaire de la partie inférieure de son corps à tout moment tout en restant assis, et qui peut favoriser la circulation sanguine et le métabolisme par la stimulation de points d’acupuncture sur la plante du pied. L’appareil d’exercice comprend une plaque de base configurée pour être placée sur le sol, une pluralité de cadres pivotants possédant chacun une première extrémité couplée à un emplacement de la plaque de base à l’aide d’une goupille de pivotement pour pouvoir tourner de façon pivotante, les cadres pivotants étant adaptés pour être poussés vers le bas et tournés de façon pivotante vers la plaque de base lors de la réception d’une force externe, une pluralité d’éléments élastiques chacun monté entre une seconde extrémité du cadre pivotant approprié et la plaque de base, les éléments élastiques étant adaptés pour pousser vers le haut les cadres pivotants vers leurs positions d’origine si la force externe n’est plus exercée, une pluralité de plaques d’appui pour le pied chacune fixée à une partie supérieure de la seconde extrémité du cadre pivotant approprié, et une pluralité de bossages d’acupression formés sur les plaques respectives d’appui pour le pied.
