Abstract

The invention relates to medicine and can be used for gynaecology. The inventive sanitary towel comprises a moisture-impermeable base, wings arranged on the lateral sides thereof, fixing elements, an absorbing insert and a moisture-absorbing pad, wherein all said components form a closed package. In order to improve the reliability and serviceability, said sanitary towel is also provided with connecting elements which are embodied in the form of disconnectable rows of intermeshing parts of a textile fastener which are oppositely fixed to the base.

ГИГИЕНИЧЕСКАЯ ПРОКЛАДКА SANITARY PAD

Техническое решение относится к медицине, а конкретнее к гигиеническим прокладкам и может быть использовано в гинекологии. Известны разные виды гигиенических прокладок, которые используются для абсорбации физиологичных выделений в менструальный период, которые выпускаются как заграничной, так и отечественной промышленностью.The technical solution relates to medicine, and more specifically to sanitary napkins and can be used in gynecology. Недостатком известной гигиенической прокладки является ненадежность в использовании, поскольку при ее эксплуатации, особенно при больших нагрузках, существует тенденция к нежелательной деформации формы прокладки, что в свою очередь может нарушать условия, которые предусматриваются. Наиболее близким аналогом по технической сути и эффекту, который достигается, есть гигиеническая прокладка, которая состоит из влагонепроницаемой основы с крылышками, на которых по всей ее длине нанесенные слои клеющего состава, абсорбирующего влагу вкладыша, прилегающего к нему материала с лечебными свойствами (См. патент Украины 50683,. кл. В процессе использования гигиенической прокладки, а также с терапевтическим эффектом в результате использования в зоне трения, прокладка, как правило, имеет тенденцию к деформации первичной формы, то есть скручиванию, что способствует попаданию физиологичных выделений за ее границы и негативно действует на эстетику и психологическое состояние женщины. Вторым недостатком прокладки также является неудобство в использовании в момент ее размещения в нужном месте, поскольку клеевой слой крылышек предусматривает только одноразовые крепления при соединении их с элементами белья. Однако, в процессе закрепления прокладки возможные случаи непредвиденного, или ошибочного соединения элементов белья и крылышек. Техническое решение объясняется описанием и чертежами, на которых изображено фиг.l, - общий вид гигиенической прокладки, на фиг.2 - сечение по А - А, фиг.l и на фиг.З - второй вариант выполнения прокладки, фиг.4 - увеличенные элементы застежки. Гигиеническая прокладка состоит из основы 1, которая выполнена из влагонепроницаемого материала, с крылышками 2 на ее боковых противоположных сторонах, а также из элементов для соединения их частей. Элементы для соединения частей прокладки представляют собой опозиционно расположенные разъемные ряды взаимосцепливающихся деталей, которые выполнены из текстильной застежки типа "липучка" 3 и З^a. На основе последовательно размещены абсорбующий вкладыш 4 и влаговпитывающая прокладка 5. Основа 1, с крыльцами 2, абсорбующий вкладыш 4 и влаговпитывающая прокладка 5 образуют вместе замкнутый пакет. On the basis of the absorbent liner 4 and the moisture absorbing pad 5 are sequentially placed. The base 1, with porch 2, the absorbent liner 4 and the moisture absorbent pad 5 form a closed package together. The indicated pad can be used as a therapeutic one, but in this case it is necessary to saturate the moisture-absorbing pad with the necessary medicinal substances.

Техническое решение используют таким образом. Гигиеническую прокладку, а точнее ее липким слоем, который имеет основа 1 , закрепляют на белье в соответствующей .зоне. Крылышка 2 основы 1 загибают на внешнюю поверхность белья и скрепляют между собой с помощью опозиционно расположенных взаимосцепливающихся деталей 3 и З^a, которые удерживают от деформации, или смещения положения прокладки в процессе эксплуатации. Натуральные образцы гигиенических прокладок разработаны заявителем и прошли испытание с позитивными результатами на протяжении длительного времени при разных условиях нагрузки на женщину.
