Avantage principal éviter d'avoir des albums de cartes de visite encombrant et difficilement consultable. Un moyen très moderne de rangement et de communication, un objet de poche très léger et très facile à porter et à consulter a tout moment. En plus de la visualisation graphique de la carte cet appareil donne accès à toute les informations concernant une personne et donc une carte de visite mise en mémoire préalablement , en visualisant ses informations en mode Word ou tout autre mode de lecture similaire . Autre avantage très important c'est Toute l'Interface avec les moyens de communication moderne comme les ordinateurs fixe ou portable ou les téléphones mobile etc. En envoyant les informations contenue dans les cartes pour communiquer via internet ou via toute autre moyen de communication, et aussi pour transférer les donnés et le téléchargement des cartes et de leurs contenue, d'un appareil à un autre.
