The present invention relates to a garment adapted to correct the shape of a part of the body or to give a more aesthetic shape to a part of the body.

For example, epaulettes associated with ladies' jackets are known, these epaulettes serving to give a more aesthetic appearance to the shoulders.

There are still known bras associated with a substantially rigid element serving as a shell and associated with silicone, to give more roundness to the breasts of a woman.

We have also already tried to correct the roundness of the buttocks by the use of special pants allowing for example to go up the bottom of the buttocks. The tensions applied by such elastics.

The present invention relates to a garment allowing to take the forms of a person or to give shape to a part of the body, without being unpleasant to wear, for example when sitting on a chair, a stool, an armchair, etc.

The garment according to the invention comprises at least one layer of viscoelastic foam and a flexible element having a lesser flexibility than that of the viscoelastic foam, this element advantageously forming a continuous shell, substantially continuous or perforated.

According to another detail of an embodiment, the garment is made at least partially of a material having sufficient elasticity to resume the deformations of the foam.

To facilitate its manufacture or cleaning, the garment advantageously comprises at least one pocket adapted to receive at least the foam layer. The foam layer here is advantageously removable, this allowing, if necessary, to change the type of foam according to its desires. In particular, the pocket extends between a first face intended to be turned towards the body of the person and a second face intended to be turned outwards with respect to the first face, a chamber being formed between said first and second faces. The second face is advantageously associated with a flexible element having less flexibility than that of the viscoelastic foam forms a shell, in particular made of polyamide, preferably made of polyamide-elastane.

According to one characteristic of an embodiment, the garment comprises at least one pocket adapted to receive at least the foam layer associated with a flexible element of less flexibility than that of the viscoelastic foam.

According to another advantageous detail, it further comprises at least one flexible stiffening element.

According to another interesting feature, the viscoelastic foam layer has a maximum thickness (calculated at the top of the protuberances) less than 4 cm in the uncompressed state, preferably less than 2.5 cm in the uncompressed state. In the compressed state (for example pressure of 200 g / cm ² ), the thickness of the layer is reduced by more than 25%, but by less than 75%.

In another feature, the foam layer is closed-celled at least at the surface, preferably also by volume, or a foam layer having a film.

The invention also relates to the use of a garment according to the invention to give a particular aspect or shape or an improved contour to the wearer of the garment, in particular to give a swelling appearance and reassembled to the buttocks of a person . The panty 1 has a front face IA and a rear face IB. The face IB has two inner pockets 2.3 in each of which extends a piece to give a rounded shape to the buttocks. It is clear that the pants can have a different shape or design. The front face IA has two passages IC, ID for the legs of the person wearing the pants.

This piece is formed by: a slightly flexible shell 4 made of polyamide - elastane (for example 60 to 90% polyamide - 10 to 40% elastane), having a thickness of 1 to 5 mm, and - a layer of viscoelastic foam 5.

This foam layer 5 has a base layer 50 carrying a series of substantially pyramidal protrusions 51 (but whose end is rounded), said protuberances being separated from one another by valleys 52 whose bottom is rounded. Layer 5 has a maximum thickness (measured from the base to the top) of about 2.5 cm. The foam layer is advantageously made in several layers having different crush strengths, for example in layers of foams of different density. For example, the adjacent foam portion 52 of the tips of the protuberances is made of a low density or highly compressible mouse, while the foam portion 53 of the adjacent protuberances of the base 50 is a denser foam than the foam 52 or is a foam having a compressive strength greater than the foam 52. This allows to give comfort to the person wearing the pants. The hull is less flexible and less elastic than layer 5.

The pants and the pockets 2, 3 are made of a very elastic material, for example able to deform elastically by more than 100% in length when applying a tensile force of at least 100 g, preferably at least 500g.

The shell 4 is advantageously preformed to have a rounded and curved shape, pre-established shape. The base 50 of the mouse layer bears on this shell 4 and is attached thereto in several places, in particular by means of glue points, weld points, stitches. Preferably a substantially continuous layer of glue 10 extends between the base 50 and the shell 4. The protuberances 51 are intended to be turned towards a buttock. The top of the protuberances thus bears on the buttocks with interposition of the wall 11 of the pocket.

The outer wall 12 of the bag is more drawn than that of the wall 11. The wall 11 is advantageously little tensioned or in a stretched state not sufficient to completely crush the protuberances.

To assist the lifting of the buttocks, each pocket 2,3 is associated with a member 13 substantially rigid or slightly deformable in its length, such as a composite material blade (carbon fiber), said curved blade having a thickness of 0, 5 mm to 3mm. This blade 13 has one end attached to the band 14 upper of the pants, band having significant elasticity to firmly hold the pants on the person and ensure that the raising of the buttocks by the element 13 does not cause a lowering of the pants. The element 13 has in the embodiment shown a substantially U-shaped shape, so that two ends 13A, 13B of each element 13 are attached to the band 14.

The pants may have closed pockets protected from the shell 4 and the layer of viscoelastic foam 5. However, the pants may also have pockets open or openable, so as to insert into each of the pockets, the shell and the desired foam and / or so as to replace a shell with foam by another shell with foam.

Figure 4 shows a piece adapted to give a shape to a buttock. This part comprises a layer of foam 5 having protuberances of variable height. The protuberances 51 located in the center of the shell 4 have a height greater than those of the edge. The base 50 of the piece of foam layer has a series of perforations 55 for aeration between the foam and the shell. The foam is attached to the shell by a series of glue points 8.

Figure 5 shows elements used for making a piece to provide a shape to a buttock. The elements once assembled together are shown in Figure 6. In this embodiment, the top of the protuberances 51 adjacent the edges of the foam member is cut, thus forming a kind of staircase. The base 50 of the foam is glued to the shell 3, while a very elastic fabric 9 (with a low restoring force) is attached to the edges of the shell. This fabric 9 is subjected to an elastic elongation before attachment to the shell, the fabric exerting a slight pressure on the tops of the protuberances 51. The vertex of the protuberances in the center extend to
