OBJETO DE LA SOLICITUDPURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION
The present invention relates to a mechanical arm, collector and positioner of golf balls, and for the implantation and rescue of supports and pads on golf courses.
SECTOR TÉCNICO DE LA INVENCIÓNTECHNICAL SECTOR OF THE INVENTION
It is the industry dedicated to the manufacture of articles and accessories for the practice of sports, and the manufacture of recreational, educational and similar games.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the current state of the art there is, in the knowledge of the author of the present invention, no antecedent of the object thereof. There is no news of the existence, in the market or in the project and / or construction phase, of any type of device or device that allows the collection and positioning of golf balls and their accessories on the playing fields mechanically. . In the practice of this sport the classic problem arises that the participants, in the realization of the different and successive plays, must make rapid and continuous movements that affect different parts of the body, particularly of the arms, hands and back, movements that, by force of repeated and intense, get to produce muscular fatigue, pains and even injuries in those parts. When having to adopt forced and fast positions, overloads, pulls and impingements originate in different areas of the body, which can reach a certain gravity and even prevent the practice of golf altogether. The aforementioned problems are increased in the cases of precarious, elderly and even young health players, for the realization of the efforts normally necessary for the implantation and rescue of brackets and marker pads. It was necessary therefore to have mechanical means asisten¬ cia to facilitate the practice of the sport of golf especially people under the above conditions, sparing 'effect those unwanted movements. These movements mainly consist of the capture of balls located on the ground and the implant and the recovery of brackets and marker pads in the form of discs, all of them with temporary fixation appendages.
OF THE INVENTION Looking for a solution to the aforementioned problem, it has been proposed to build a mechanical arm that allows the collection of golf balls without the need for its user to perform unnecessary body gestures and adopt uncomfortable and even dangerous postures for their physical integrity or that alter their ability to perform each and every one of the moves and operations that the practice of sport implies. The invention comprises the realization of an articulated mechanical arm for the collection and placement of golf balls, the placement of marker and support pads, and their subsequent rescue or recovery. The mechanical arm comprises an external and internal (remote) distal (remote) mechanism and an internal (near) proximal mechanism, with respective coordinated functional elements, which will be described below. a) El aparato que constituye el nuevo brazo mecánico se forma, según la figura 1, a partir de un cuerpo tubular 1 de longitud y diámetro adecuados a su función, cuyo cuerpo cilindrico presenta una ranura 2 alargada y dos aberturas 3 y 4.a) The apparatus constituting the new mechanical arm is formed, according to Figure 1, from a tubular body 1 of suitable length and diameter, whose cylindrical body has an elongated groove 2 and two openings 3 and 4.
The distal or mediated mechanism with respect to the object of the arm comprises, according to Figures 2A and 2B, a tubular body 10 and with three zones of different diameters, whose part I of smaller width is intended for coupling to one end of the first component 1. The wider end 10-11 has longitudinal grooves 11 and an outer annular element 12, defining an envelope for a clamping mechanism comprising a plurality (for example, four) of L-shaped fastener elements 15 or equivalent, articulated at one end to respective divergent appendages of a core part 14 mounted at one end of the shaft 7, which is guided by the bushing 9, is provided at its other end with a cylindrical head 6 and surrounded by the helical spring 8. In this way there is a multi-pincer clamp system, determined by the arms 15 and the lamellar appendages 40 derived therefrom. Its tendency caused by the spring 8 is to close and its opening is carried out by moving the axis 17, by means of the head 6. The articulation of the L-shaped arms 15 or equivalent is carried out by means of axes inserted in the holes I and II and at the ends of the appendices of part 14.
The proximal functional part of the new arm, according to Figure 3, is formed by the double diameter cylindrical component 28, provided with grooves 29 and 30 in its widest part, surrounded by a surrounding annular element 31 and housing in its most part narrows the cylindrical part 27. The teeth 32, in the form of a moon, and the pivot teeth 33, in a complex way, are articulated by their central parts in the outer annular element 31 and constitute fastening elements in convergence. El resorte helicoidal 23 condiciona la posición del eje 24 y se apoya en la tuerca 25 y la arandela 26 en función de cabeza externa al cuerpo' 1.e) The internal proximal mechanism, according to Figures 5 a and 5B, comprises the cylindrical body 22, of greater diameter at its female ends I (with central rod 43) and II (with threaded hole to receive the axis 24 of extreme thread) . The rotation of the body 22 is avoided by the guide-stop 5 on the outside of the body 1. The helical spring 23 determines the position of the shaft 24 and is supported by the nut 25 and the washer 26 as a function of the head external to the body ' 1 .
Slots 3 and 4 of body 1 (fig. 1) determine five possible positions of the mobile functional part, namely: a. Distal sliding (opening of arms 15 for its ball-press function); b. Proximal sliding (opening of the elements 32 and 33 in order of its support press function and marker pad); C. Fixing, for anchoring screws 20; d. Tank, to place the arms 15 in semi-open position; and. Rest, rest of the mobile elements, especially of the 32 and 33 retaining the supports or the marker tablet. The element 39 is a piece of a non-slip material (rubber, plastic, etc.) that serves as a hand stop when driving the tubular body 1 on the ground. The mechanical arm that is described, in addition to its application in the sport of golf, can also serve as an element of playful play, hobby and didactic, suitable, for example, for children, improving their ability and ability to concentrate. The invention, within its essentiality, may be carried out in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example in the description, and which will also achieve the protection sought. It can then be manufactured in any shape and size with the most appropriate materials and means for all that is included in the spirit of the claims.
