Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition d'agent antibactérien destinée à être ajoutée à un aliment et un procédé de préparation de cette dernière dans lequel une solution d'agent colloïdal de 400 cc est incorporée par pulvérisation dans une poudre d'un des éléments suivants tels que le silicoaluminate de sodium, des grains tels que l'amidon et l'amidon de végétal à bulbe, ou du lait sous forme liquide ou en poudre, des phosphates de calcium ou des phosphates de potassium ou des phosphates de sodium, du chitosane ou un sel de minéral ou de métal de 30O g, pour former ainsi un agent antibactérien puissant. Une solution d'argent colloïdal de 60 % en poids est également ajoutée à un des éléments appartenant au groupe formé par sel, sucre, malt, sirop de glucose, oligosaccharide, acide ou sel comestible stevion, agent antimoussant, épice ou pigment comestible de 40 % en poids, pour être ensuite portée à ébullition à plus ou moins 100 degrés, puis refroidie sous forme de solution ou bien déshydratée sous forme d'un agent antibactérien recristallisé.
