Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine des dispositifs pour boucher des récipients, principalement des bouchons et des fermetures pour bouteilles empêchant le remplissage répété d'une bouteille. Le dispositif à boucher pour bouteille comprend une douille cylindrique, un élément de remplissage, une base, un couvercle sur lequel on a réalisé une bande de protection divisée au moyen d'entailles en au moins deux éléments, indépendants du point de vue structurel, ainsi qu'un raccord affaibli. On a réalisé sur la bande de protection des dents internes opposées destinées à s'engrener avec des dents externes de la douille cylindrique, montée sur la bouteille. Dans les endroits des entailles sur les éléments dans la partie supérieure on a réalisé des pièces de jonction affaiblie et renforcée qui se présentent comme des pieds reliés à un capuchon et qui renforcent le raccordement des éléments avec le couvercle après l'ouverture de ce dernier, avec un rapport des dimensions suivant: L1/L2≥2,5, L1 étant la largeur de la pièce de jonction renforcée et L2 étant la largeur de la pièce de jonction affaiblie. Les dents externes sont réalisées sur l'entaille externe formée par le bord de la coupe rectangulaire de la douille cylindrique.
