Description

Luftdüse in der Kopfstütze eines Kraftwagensitzes Air nozzle in the headrest of a motor vehicle seat

The invention relates to a motor vehicle seat with an integrated in the headrest air nozzle according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

From DE 101 63 051 B4, such a motor vehicle seat is already known as known, the backrest carries a headrest, in which an air supply device for supplying the head, shoulder and neck area of the seat occupant is integrated with a preferably warm air flow. The air supply device - in this case comprises an air nozzle opening onto the front side of the headrest facing the seat occupant, via which the warm air flow exits the air supply device and flows in the direction of the seat occupant. The air nozzle comprises horizontally or in the vehicle transverse direction extending guide elements on the front of the headrest, with which the emerging from the air supply device air flow can be adjusted individually.

Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es , die Luftdüse der Luftversorgungseinrichtung derart auszubilden und innerhalb der Kopfstütze des Fahrzeugssitzes zu integrieren, dass sich für den Sitzinsassen ein verbesserter Komfort realisieren lässt .Object of the present invention is to form the air nozzle of the air supply device and within To integrate the headrest of the vehicle seat that can be implemented for the seat occupant improved comfort.

Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen mit zweckmäßigen Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den weiteren Ansprüchen beschrieben .This object is achieved by a motor vehicle seat with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments with expedient developments of the invention are described in the further claims.

In the motor vehicle seat according to the invention, the air nozzle relative to the front of the headrest is set back by a so-called comfort measure. Accordingly, the air nozzle does not open approximately flat in a plane formed by the front of the headrest, but rather arranged recessed to said comfort level. In other words, the air nozzle is disposed within a recess of the headrest, thereby improving the seating comfort of the seat occupant. Leaning so the seat occupant with his head against the preferably padded front of the headrest, so its positive comfort impression is not affected by the arranged on the front of the headrest air nozzle. The air nozzle is arranged so that between the front of the headrest and the most forwardly projecting member of the air nozzle of said comfort distance remains, which preferably moves in the range of 5 mm to 30 mm.

As one of the components of the air nozzle, a circumferential nozzle border is preferably arranged in a receding manner relative to the front side of the headrest. This nozzle border limits the air outlet opening of the air nozzle on the circumference and forms the transition region to the adjacent pad of the front of the headrest. As further components of the air nozzle are preferably also horizontally and / or vertically arranged air guide elements, which are bordered in particular by the circumferential nozzle border, against the front of the headrest recessed. This ensures that even in the central region of the air nozzle no component is arranged, which could affect the seating comfort of the seat occupant. The Komfortmaß between the front of the headrest and the foremost point of the air guide elements is maintained regardless of the selected setting of the air guide elements.

Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispieles sowie anhand der Zeichnungen; diese zeigen in:Further advantages, features and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment and from the drawings; these show in:

Kopfstütze entlang der Linie III-III in Figur 2.Headrest along the line III-III in Figure 2.

In the figures Ia and Ib, the backrest 10 of a motor vehicle seat is shown in a schematic perspective front view or in a schematic side view. Of the backrest 10 is in Figure Ia in Essentially a rear paneling 12, a headrest 14 and a backrest cushion 15 recognizable. The motor vehicle seat is designed here as integral seat, wherein the headrest 14 is arranged in overlap with the backrest 10 in front of this. The headrest 14 is height adjustable relative to the backrest 10 via guide means, not shown. Within the backrest 10, an air supply device 16 is arranged, which comprises as essential component a schematically indicated fan 18 at the lower end of the air supply device 16 and an air duct 20 arranged above the blower 18. Within the air duct 20, a heating element 22 indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 1a is provided at a distance above and on the pressure side of the blower 18, by means of which the air flow generated by the blower 18 can be heated. At the upper end of the upright channel 20 is angled towards the front L-shaped and ends at a later explained in more detail air nozzle 24 on the front 26 of the headrest 14. About the air nozzle 24, the generated by the air supply device 16, preferably warm air flow towards the head, shoulder and neck area of the seat occupant. As a result, for example, when traveling with an open motor vehicle, the naturally occurring, the seat occupant disturbing backflow or turbulence of the surrounding air can be compensated. In order to be able to align the warm airflow emerging from the air nozzle 24, depending on the size and seating position of the seat occupant, the air nozzle 24 furthermore comprises guide elements 32 which are explained in more detail below.

In FIG. 1 b, the profile of the backrest cushion 15 in the central mirror area 30 of the backrest 10 is also indicated by dashed lines in a side view. As a result, it can also be seen that the air supply device 16 or the air duct 20 and the blower 18 are arranged completely within the backrest 10 and only the air nozzle 24 is visible from the outside.

In FIG. 2, the headrest 14 of the backrest 10 according to FIGS. 1a and 1b is shown in a fragmentary schematic perspective view. At the front of the seat facing the front 26 opens the air nozzle 24 of the air supply device 16 in a lower region of the headrest 14. The front 26 of the headrest 14 is provided with a cushion and covered with a cushion cover 28.

In conjunction with Figure 3, in which a schematic sectional view through the headrest 14 along the line III-III in Figure 2 is shown, the recessed arrangement of the air nozzle 24 relative to the front 26 of the headrest 14 can be seen. The air nozzle 24 is arranged offset by a so-called comfort measure K with respect to the front side 26 of the headrest 14 to the rear, which is preferably between 5 mm and 30 mm. The air duct 20 ends in the region of a circumferential nozzle border 34, which is designed here as an oval opening elongated in the vehicle transverse direction. Likewise, of course, another geometric design of the circumferential nozzle border 34 would be conceivable. In the illustrated embodiment, the circumferential nozzle edge 34 is arranged with its the seat occupant facing end face 36 to the said comfort measure K jumping back from the front side 26 of the headrest. Within the nozzle border 34 or the air channel 20, a plurality of vertically extending guide elements 32 are pivotally mounted about a respective pivot axis SV, with which the air flow exiting via the air nozzle 24 from the air supply device 16 is indicated. can be aligned. In the present embodiment, five vertical guide elements 32 are provided, which are coupled to each other, for example, via a connecting rod 40 or a similar device. In Figure 3, the guide member 32 representatively shown in a vertical pivot position to the plane defined by the peripheral nozzle edge 34 plane E, ie in a position in which the exiting the air supply device 16 air flow flows through the guide elements 32 straight and without deflection. In the illustrated, perpendicular to the plane E pivot position of the guide element 32 whose foremost end 40 is of course the shortest distance from the front 26 of the headrest 14. Accordingly, the distance between the front end 40 and the front 26 of the headrest 14 at an oblique pivot adjustment of the guide element 32 would be greater. However, even at the shortest possible distance between the front end 40 of the guide element 32 shown here, this is dimensioned and arranged so that it-as part of the air nozzle 24 -is arranged to spring back relative to the front side 26 of the headrest 14 at least by the said comfort measure K. In the present exemplary embodiment, the front end 40 of each guide element 32 also comes to lie, at best, either level or behind the plane E stretched out by the peripheral nozzle border 34 of the air nozzle 24, independently of its pivotal position. In other words, therefore, each component of the air nozzle 24 -also both the circumferential nozzle border 34, and j edes of the guide elements 32 - arranged offset by the comfort measure K relative to the front 26 of the headrest 14 to the rear.

In the mouth region on the front side of the nozzle border 34, the air outlet opening widens in its cross section. The corresponding design of the upholstery of the front 26th the headrest 14 or the upholstery cover 28 is made clear by corresponding lines 42.

In a further embodiment of the invention, at least one further guide element 44 is provided in addition to the in vehicle vertical direction or vertically extending guide elements 32 which extends at least approximately horizontally or in the vehicle transverse direction. The horizontal guide element 44 is attached pivotably about a pivot axis SH within the peripheral nozzle border 34. By means of this at least one guide element 44, the air flow emerging from the air supply device is individually height adjustable. Also, the guide element 44 is formed accordingly and attached within the nozzle border 34, so that its front end 46, regardless of the set pivot position is in each case at least offset by the Komfortmaß K relative to the front 26 of the headrest 14 to the rear. As is shown in FIG. 3, the front end 46 of the horizontal guide element 44 preferably lies at the level or behind the plane E spanned by the peripheral nozzle border 34.
