Abstract

L'invention concerne une filière d'extrusion (2) utilisée dans la fabrication de formes polymères, comprenant une partie centrale (56) et une partie de dessus (58). Ces parties définissent une chambre de compression (62) de polymère, généralement tronconique, non interrompue par des éléments de filière, comportant un orifice d'entrée ou carotte (50) unique. Des moyens d'ajustement (66) de la capacité de taille et de volume de la chambre de compression permettent de réguler le flux de polymère à travers l'orifice de sortie (64) de la filière. La filière d'extrusion selon l'invention permet de traiter des matériaux polyéthylène et autres matériaux polymères à poids moléculaire faible et à poids moléculaire élevé.
