Abstract

The invention concerns a method which consists in dissociating the appearance of a shoe. Starting with a sole whereto has been adapted an adhesive system with the upper part designed therefor, it becomes possible that the upper part bears several different colours, designs or shapes. Thus, the user using the same initial sole could change several times the appearance of his/her shoe.

Claims

REVNDICATÏONS - Création d'une chaussure « CAMELEON »- Il s'agit d'une technique nouvelle qui consiste à incorporer dans une chaussure pendant sa fabrication un système de scratch (adhésif) qui rendrait de ce fait les deux parties de la chaussure soit le dessus de la chaussure et sa semelle séparable.- Tout l'intérêt de cette nouvelle technique est de proposer au client avec la même semelle deux ou plusieurs dessus de couleurs ou formes différentes s'y adaptant .- Le système de scratch sera adapter aux extrémités, latéralement, et à tous les points auxquelles lors de l'assemblage les deux parties de la chaussure entrent en contact.- Ce système novateur peut donc être utilisé de plusieurs façons différentes.- A certains models nous pourrons incorporer entre le dessus de la chaussure et la semelle au niveau de la plante du pied une longuette en plastique dur avec à ses deux extrémités un embout qui viendrait se clipper dans les troues(secondes parties du clip) prévu dans la semelle à cet effet, ce système étant représenté dans la fig.4.- Ni la solidité de la chaussure ni sa visualisation ne seront modifié par ce système le scratch(adhésif) ayant été étudié pour et le système n'étant pas par sa disposition visible à l'œil nu.  REVNDICATÏONS - Creation of a "CAMELEON" shoe - This is a new technique which consists in incorporating into a shoe during its manufacture a scratch (adhesive) system which would thereby make the two parts of the shoe either upper of the shoe and its separable sole. The whole point of this new technique is to offer the customer with the same sole two or more tops of different colors or shapes adapting to it. The scratch system will be adapted to the ends , laterally, and at all points where during assembly the two parts of the shoe come into contact - This innovative system can therefore be used in several different ways - In some models we can incorporate between the top of the shoe and the sole at the level of the sole of the foot a hard plastic tab with at its two ends a toe which would clip in the holes (second parts of the clip) pr seen in the sole for this purpose, this system being represented in fig.4.- Neither the solidity of the shoe nor its visualization will be modified by this system the scratch (adhesive) having been studied for and the system not being by its arrangement visible to the naked eye.
