Abstract

L'objectif de cette invention est de proposer un procédé pour sélectionner une zone définie d'une surface d'affichage (1) d'un moniteur, lequel procédé ne nécessite pas l'utilisation d'organes d'entrée classiques. Selon la présente invention, ce procédé consiste à déterminer l'emplacement et la position d'un instrument de pointage dans l'espace au moyen d'un système de navigation (11) et à associer différentes zones sélectionnées de la surface d'affichage (1) à des orientations définies de l'instrument de pointage. Cette invention concerne également un dispositif permettant la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé.
