Abstract

The present invention relates to a neck-head rest for a seat of a vehicle. The present invention includes a neck part and a head part achieved by improving a neck rest or a headrest wherein a height of a seat for a vehicle is adjustable. A part capable of supporting a neck based on a curve from a shoulder to a head of a human body is protruded for thereby concurrently supporting a neck and head, so that a driver can drive in comfortable posture. A neck is not damaged during a break or sleep in the vehicle. A head is prevented from being backwardly bent during a rear end collision, so that a damage of a neck bone is minimized.

Description NECK-HEAD REST FOR VEHICLE Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to a neck-head rest for a vehicle engaged to a seat of a vehicle for thereby resting a neck and head, and in particular to a neck-head rest for a vehicle capable of minimizing a damage of a neck bone when a rear-end collision occurs in such a manner that a neck rest is protruded more that a headrest based on a curve of a human body and is closely contacted with a negative curve of a neck. In addition, it is possible to achieve a comfortable posture without using a certain item when a user takes a break or sleeps after a long time driving in such a manner that a neck and head are rested based on a curve of a human body. [2] Generally, as shown in Figure 1, a neck rest or headrest 1 of a seat for a vehicle is not capable of concurrently supporting a neck and head. When a user drives, resting his head, a certain space is formed between a rear neck and a seat, so that a user feels tired in his neck. In the case that the user drives, resting a neck part, when a rear end collision occurs, the head is backwardly moved by a counter reaction, so that a neck bone is critically damaged. In addition, when taking a rest in the vehicle, if there is not a certain item such as pillow, etc., it is very uncomfortable to take rest in the vehicle. Disclosure of Invention Technical Solution

[3] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a neck-head rest for a seat of a vehicle by which a user and passenger can comfortably drive or take rest using a neck-head rest wherein a damage of a neck bone of a user is minimized when a rear end collision occurs. [9] In the present invention, there are provided a headrest 11 engaged to a seat of a vehicle and being capable of supporting a head, and a neck support 12 capable of supporting a neck. As shown in Figure 3, the neck support 12 capable of supporting the neck based on a curve of a human body is protruded more than the headrest 11 capable of supporting the head, so that a user can take a more comfortable posture. [10] As described above, the neck-head rest for a rest of a vehicle according to the present invention is engaged to an upper side of a seat of a vehicle and is capable of concurrently supporting a neck part and a head part, so that a driver and passenger can feel more comfortable.

[1] A neck-head rest for a seat of a vehicle that is characterized in that the neck and head rest is engaged to an upper side of a seat of a vehicle for thereby concurrently supporting a neck and a head based on a curve of a human body.
