Abstract

L'invention concerne un capteur de vitesse comportant un boîtier (1) en plastique en forme de pot, doté d'une ouverture (2) cylindrique, dans laquelle est introduit un support (9) en plastique. Dans ce support (9) est logée une bobine (11) dont l'extrémité des enroulements est reliée de manière conductrice à des contacts de connexion (16). Une fiche antagoniste est introduite dans un logement de connexion (18) en forme de pot en se mettant en prise avec les contacts de connexion (16). Le boîtier (1) est en plastique transparent au rayonnement laser alors que le support (9) est en plastique non transparent au rayonnement laser. Le support est soudé au boîtier (1) par laser à diode de manière circulaire radiale dans la zone du logement de connexion. Le boîtier (1) est en saillie en forme de douille, dans l'axe, au-dessus de l'extrémité du support (9) côté logement de connexion, formant ainsi un niveau (21) de diamètre supérieur au logement de connexion (18), dans lequel la fiche antagoniste est introduite, sa surface latérale circulaire radiale appuyant avec précontrainte radiale contre la paroi interne (22) circulaire radiale du niveau (21) de grande dimension.
