一种用于背光模块的框架结构 技术领域 本发明涉及一种用于背光模块的框架结构, 特别是一种适用 于液晶显示器的背光模块固定用的框架结构。 背景技术
现今液晶显示器于目前的资讯或家电产品中, 相当普及, 由 于其具有价格较低廉且制造技术成熟的优点, 而广受消费者喜爱。
液晶显示器的显示方式是采被动方式, 也就是其显示必须有 背光模块光源的照射才行, 为此, 一般液晶显示器通常具有背光 模块。 而液晶显示器以极为复杂且繁琐的构造来形成, 如图 1 所 示,通常以一金属制的外框 5,或加上一塑料制上固定框 1 ( Upper Frame) 与一由金属或塑料制的下固定框 2 (Lower Frame) , 将液 晶面板 4与背光模块组件, 包括线性光源 6、 光源固定座 9、 导光 板 12、 上扩散板 13、 增光膜 14、 反射板 15、 下扩散板 16等整个 包覆其中, 而在包覆背光模块与液晶面板时所用的固定框架, 包 括金属制外框 5、上固定框 1以及下固定框 2等需具备良好的固定 功能及组合的便利性。 例如, 下固定框 2上可以设有插销 11, 以 穿过形成在上固定框 1、 导光板 12、 上扩散板 13、 增光膜 14、 反 射板 15、 下扩散板 16上的对位孔 17。 此外,在美国专利 No. 5729310揭示的背光模块装置中,在背 光模块固定框架部分采用了下述形式: 塑料制上固定框的固定结 构 (嵌合件) 为一字形卡钩 3 (见图 1 ), 而下固定框的结构配合 上固定框的一字形卡钩结构(嵌合件)为相对应的凹槽结构 10 (见 图 1 ), 使得背光模块能够固定良好。 但这种一字形卡钩的固定结 构为求组合的便利性都会留有一定的间隙, 因而会失去良好的固 定功能。
另外现行的背光模块, 如图 2所示, 利用一上固定框 A与下 固定框 B将背光模块元件组合在一起。 其中该上固定框 A边缘设 置有许多个口字型扣合元件 a并供与设置在下固定框 B周缘设置 的凸块扣合元件 b相互卡住而予以固定。 而由于该口字型扣合元 件 a与该凸块扣合元件 b因组装的便利性要求如同图 3所示也会 留有一定的间隙0, 使得固定的效果打了折扣。
因此, 不论是一字形卡钩结构或是口字型卡钩结构所能提供 的限制方向仅在上下方向做限制, 而左右方向则因为求组合的便 利性, 所以间隔都必须留大, 因而无法在左右方向作有效的限制。 因此, 现行的背光模块固定框架结构并未提供有效的定位功能。
有鉴于此, 本发明要提出一种可解决上述问题的方法。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种可以同时定位及固定的背光模 块框架结构, 从而能够增进良好的固定功能。 本发明的次要目的是提供一种可以减少固定卡槽数的背光模 块框架结构, 从而能够节省框架的重量及成本。
为达成上述目的, 本发明所提出的一种用于背光模块的框架 结构包括: 一下固定框, 其为承载背光模块的构件; 一上固定框, 配置于该下固定框上, 与该下固定框配合固定该背光模块构件; 其中该上固定框具有同时兼具限制横向移动与限制纵向移动的嵌 合元件, 该下固定框具有配合该嵌合元件的对应嵌合构件。
利用上固定框的嵌合元件与下固定框的嵌合构件之间的配合 作用, 可将背光模块良好地固定及定位 附图说明
通过下面的说明并配合附图, 本发明的上述目的、 特点和优 点将更清晰明了。
图 1为显示一般现有技术的液晶显示器结构分解图; 图 2为显示一般现有背光模块上固定框与下固定框的结构示 意图;
图 3 为显示一般现有背光模块上固定框与下固定框组合后的 示意图;
图 4为显示依照本发明的新框架结构的背光模块分解图; 图 5 为显示本发明的上固定框与下固定框的一具体实施例结 构图; 及
图 6为显示本发明的上固定框与下固定框组合后的示意图。 具体实施方式
首先,请参阅图 4。 图 4为显示利用本发明的一优选实施例的 新框架结构的背光模块 20的构造分解图。 由图中显示, 背光模块 主要由一塑料制上固定框 21、 一上扩散板 22、 一增光膜 23、 一下 扩散板 24、 一导光板 25、 一光源组和一金属制或塑料制下固定框 26由上而下依序组合而成; 其中利用上固定框与下固定框将上述 背光模块组件整个固定起来而达到一体化。 该上固定框具有同时 兼具限制横向移动与限制纵向移动的嵌合元件, 该下固定框具有 配合该嵌合元件的对应嵌合构件, 嵌合元件和对应嵌合构件的具 体结构可参考图 5。图 5显示本发明的上固定框及下固定框的一具 体实施例结构示意图, 其中在上固定框周缘侧有多个 T型卡钩元 件 30, 作为嵌合元件, 而在下固定框的周缘侧有一对应于上述 T 型卡钩元件的凹槽 31, 作为对应嵌合构件。 而利用上固定框的 T 型卡钩元件 30配合下固定框的凹槽 31 即可将背光模块构件进行 精密定位并且固定。
图 6为显示本发明的上固定框的 T型卡钩元件 30与下固定框 的凹槽 31嵌合后的结构示意图, 如图所示, 上固定框 T型卡钩元 件能容易地嵌合入下固定框的凹槽内, 并且嵌合后的间隔可以比 现有技术还小, 因而增加限制功能, 比起现有技术利用口字型卡 钩元件或一字型卡钩元件仅能在上下方向固定而言, 本发明的新 框架结构比现有技术更增加左右方向固定的功能。 上述中, 本发明的上固定框的 T型卡钩元件与下固定框配合 的凹槽元件能够在上下方向固定并且新增左右方向固定的功能而 达到精密定位的目的。 并且, 由于其具备精密定位的功能, 因此 在本发明的上固定框周缘侧与下固定框周缘侧不需要比现有技术 所用的多个嵌合件来达到固定目的, 因此本发明的新框架结构比 现有技术能更减少嵌合件数目。 而减少嵌合件数目, 即可减少框 架重量, 并且也可在模具开模时减少制作模具的成本, 另外在实 际制作的注射成型时的温度及注射速度较易控制亦较容易饱和, 致使制造的不良率低可进而降低制造成本。 显然, 本发明的嵌合元件和对应嵌合构件并不局限于上面描 述的 T型卡钩元件和凹槽元件, 而是还可以采用其他形式。例如, 尽管未在图中示出, 嵌合元件可以是设在上固定框周缘的 Y型卡 钩构件, 而对应嵌合构件可以是设在下固定框上的与 Y型卡钩形 状对应的构件。 或者, 嵌合元件可以是设在上固定框周缘的箭头 形状的卡钩构件, 而对应嵌合构件可以是设在下固定框上的与箭 头形状卡钩形状对应的构件。
依照本发明的新框架结构背光模块至少具有下列优点:
1.本发明的背光模块具有比现有技术更好的固定手段, 可更 稳固地组合整个背光模块。
2.本发明的新框架结构可具有比现有技术较低的制作成本。 虽然本发明已通过上述的具体优选实施例以及附图加以详细 说明, 但所揭示的具体实施例仅用以说明本发明, 不用以限制本 发明的范围。 凡在本发明精神及范围内所做的各种变化、 改良均 属本发明的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种用于背光模块的框架结构, 其包括: 一下固定框, 其 为承载背光模块的构件;'一上固定框, 配置于该下固定框上, 与 该下固定框配合固定该背光模块构件; 其中该上固定框具有同时 兼具限制横向移动与限制纵向移动的嵌合元件, 该下固定框具有 配合该嵌合元件的对应嵌合构件。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的框架结构, 其特征在于, 所述嵌合元 件为设在上固定框周缘的 T型卡钩构件。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的框架结构, 其特征在于, 所述对应嵌 · 合构件为设在下固定框上的凹沟。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的框架结构, 其特征在于, 所述嵌合元 件为设在上固定框周缘的 Y型卡钩构件。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的框架结构, 其特征在于, 所述对应嵌 合构件为设在下固定框上的与 Y型卡钩形状对应的构件。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的框架结构, 其特征在于, 所述嵌合元 件为设在上固定框周缘的箭头形状的卡钩构件。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的框架结构, 其特征在于, 所述对应嵌 合构件为设在下固定框上的与箭头形状卡钩形状对应的构件。
