Background of Art The present invention relates to a mobile charging civil official system and method thereof to be able to charging a battery of mobile phone more facility and conveniently as installing in a mobile business place and a mobile expedient.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical Problem In present time, there is a cellular phone, PCS (Personal Communication System) phone, PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) as mobile phone. Users of those phone are increased explosively because of the convenience and enjoyment as calling someone to talk in walking, enjoying mobile games, surfing the internet, using mobile banking, or etc. Also, there is a lot of design, small size and lightweight of mobile phone rapidly in current of the time. This kind of mobile phone is using a battery for power because of the purpose of portable, and generally using a rechargeable battery due to the efficiency and iterative use of the battery. This kind of battery is setting inside or outside of the mobile phone so that the power can be charged into the battery. In common, the rechargeable battery is used by lithium, but in case of the discharged battery, it is not possible charging the battery if there is no battery charger. In case of the discharged battery in outside, there is inconvenient for charging the battery at the convenience store or place having mobile battery charger. Especially, in case of charging the battery at the convenience store or place having mobile battery charger, this is time- consuming because it takes about 30 minutes and needed to pay cash for charging the battery. Thus, there was inconvenient to charge the battery in case of no having cash or any settlement for the user in hurry for charging the battery, or as needed it at place of train, airplane, or etc.
Technical Solution
The present invention provides a mobile charging civil official system and method thereof to be able to charging a battery of mobile phone more facility and conveniently to overcome the above technical problem, to install the mobile charger at a business place such as a convenient store, beauty shop and theater that having settlement expedient for mobile phone, credit card, cash, traffic card, or prepaid card, and also to install the mobile expedient such as train, highway bus, and airplane.
Advantageous Effects
As the present invention of the above-mentioned, the user as needed for charging of the mobile, phone can charge a battery of mobile phone more facility and conveniently at anytime and anywhere as installing the mobile charger at a business place such as a convenient store, beauty shop and theater that having settlement expedient for mobile phone, credit card, cash, traffic card, or prepaid card, and also to install the mobile expedient such as train, highway bus, and airplane to use.

Figure 2 is a view illustrating a block diagram of a mobile charger according to the present invention. Figure 3 is a view illustrating a block diagram of M charging management system as a whole according to the present invention. Figure 4 is a view illustrating the method of charging mobile through mobile phone settlement according to the present invention. Figure 5 is a view illustrating the method of charging mobile through credit card settlement according to the present invention. Figure 6 is a view illustrating the method of charging mobile through inserting cash according to the present invention. Figure 7 is a view illustrating the method of charging mobile through traffic card or prepaid card settlement according to the present invention. Figure 8 is a view illustrating the method of charging mobile through batch mobile phone settlement according to the present invention.
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention To achieve the purpose of the present invention, a mobile charging civil official system and method thereof is able to charging a power of mobile phone as installing in a mobile phone business place and a mobile expedient using wireless network, SMS (System Management Server) and IWF (Inter Working Function) to connect with mobile telecom and card company. The present invention provides a system in which including M (mobile) charging management system to manage the confirmation and acceptation of a user as connecting to mobile charger to charge a power of mobile phone, and SMS, a mobile telecom and a card company if the user settles using a wireless network. The present invention provides a method comprising a step in which a user calls to a mobile charger by a mobile phone, a step in which is transmitting to character message after confirmation of phone number of the user, a step in which is requesting for acceptation for the phone number of the user with a settlement amount, a step in which is transmitting password by character message after acceptation of the settlement amount of the user, and a step in which the user is charging a mobile phone after confirmation of acceptation and password. The above-mentioned step for transmitting to character message after confirmation of phone number of the user further comprises a step in which is transmitting as batch process to M charging management system using SMS in appointed market price periodically stored phone number of a user to charger after charging a mobile phone, to check acceptation and password to store a mobile phone number of the user in a charger, to confirm a mobile phone number of the user if the user calls to mobile charger by mobile phone. Also, the above-mentioned step in which the user calls to a mobile charger by a mobile phone further comprises a step in which is calling to mobile charger automatically by clicking automatic dial after the user set the mobile phone on the mobile charger. Also, the above-mentioned step in which a user calls to a mobile charger by a mobile phone further comprises a step in which is automatically check a mobile phone number of the user in the mobile charger if the user set the mobile phone on the mobile charger.
Moreover, as another purpose of the present invention, another method for a mobile charging civil official system to be able to charging a power of mobile phone in a mobile business place and a mobile expedient using wireless network and SMS (System Management Server) and IWF (Inter Working Function) to connect with mobile telecom and card company, that is comprising a step in which a user inputs a password after inserting a credit card, a step in which is requesting a phone line open between system of the credit card, and then requesting an acceptation of a settlement, a step in which is transmitting an acceptation of use and a password after accepting a settlement of the credit card, a step in which is charging a mobile phone after the user check an acceptation of use and a password.
Besides, as another purpose of the present invention, another method for a mobile charging civil official system to be able to charging a power of mobile phone in a mobile business place and a mobile expedient using wireless network and SMS and IWF to connect with mobile telecom and card company, that is comprising a step in which a user is inserting cash for cash settlement into mobile charger, a step in which is charging a mobile phone after checking an acceptation of use and a password if the user inserts a given amount of settlement.
In addition, as another purpose of the present invention, another method for a mobile charging civil official system to be able to charging a power of mobile phone in a mobile business place and a mobile expedient using wireless network and SMS (System Management Server) and IWF (Inter Working Function) to connect with mobile telecom and card company, that is comprising a step in which a user make contact a prepaid card with a mobile charger for the prepaid card settlement, and a step in which is for charging a mobile phone after processing a settlement amount and checking an acceptation of use and a password.
