In Figure 1, a corner pillar 1 is shown in perspective. The corner column is formed by a hollow tube 2, which has a square cross section. The hollow tube 2, which is also referred to as a hollow profile or profile, has four sides 4, 5, 6, 7. From the side 4 of the profile 2 an elongated leg 9 extends, which is arranged perpendicular to the side 4. The leg 9 is arranged at a distance from the side 7. A leg 10 extends from the side 7 and is arranged perpendicular to the side 7. The leg 10 is arranged at a distance from the side 4. The leg 9 is arranged parallel to the side 7 and the leg 10 parallel to the side 4 of the profile 2. Through this arrangement of Legs 9 and 10 result in that a corner 11 of the profile 2 is arranged between the legs 9 and 10. The legs 9, 10 and the corner 11 of the profile 2 form positive locking areas for attaching further elements to the corner pillar 1. The leg 9 is, viewed in cross section, shorter than the leg 10. Therefore, the leg 9 is also shorter and the leg 10 referred to as a long leg.
In the short leg 9, a plurality of through holes 12, 13, 14 are provided, which are used to push through fastening elements such as screws. In the long leg 10, a plurality of through holes 15, 16, 17, 18 are also provided, which are also used for pushing through fastening elements such as screws.
A connecting element 21 is shown in perspective in FIG. The connecting element 21 is formed by a hollow tube 22 which has a rectangular cross section. The hollow tube 22, which is also referred to as a hollow profile or profile, has a leg 24 which extends from the profile 22 as an extension of one of the sides. In the leg 24, a plurality of through holes 25, 26, 27 are provided, which are used for pushing through or for receiving fastening elements such as screws.
Das Verbindungselement 34 ist analog unten an den EcksäulenIn Figure 4, two corner pillars 31, 32 are connected to one another by connecting elements 33, 34. One side of the connecting element 33 is connected to a long leg 38 of the corner column 31. The end of the connecting element 33 lies against the profile of the corner column 31. The other end of the connecting element 33 is fastened to a long leg 39 of the corner column 32. The attachment of the connecting element 33 to the corner pillars 31 and 32 is carried out by screws through the through holes of the connecting element 33 and the corner pillars 31, 32 arranged congruently are inserted therethrough. The dimensions of the connecting element 33 and the corner pillars 31, 32 are selected such that the supporting structure formed by the connecting elements and corner pillars has an essentially flat surface on the outside. The connecting element 34 is analogous to the bottom of the corner pillars
31, 32 befestigt. Die Schenkel 41, 42 der Verbindungselemente 33, 34 liegen an den langen Schenkeln 38, 39 der Ecksäulen31, 32 attached. The legs 41, 42 of the connecting elements 33, 34 lie on the long legs 38, 39 of the corner pillars
32, 33 an. Dabei sind die Schenkel der Verbindungselemente32, 33. The legs of the connecting elements
33, 34 gegenüberliegend angeordnet, also einander zugewandt. The connecting element 34 is fastened to a base element 35. Feet 36, 37 extend from the base element 35 and can be attached to or in the corner pillars 31, 32. The connection between the connecting element 34 and the floor 35 can be produced by welding. The two parts can also be screwed together.
The, with respect to the longitudinal axis of the container, the outer rows of holes 43 in the corner column 31 are used for fastening accessories, such as an axle mount or a polyethylene strip. The inner row of holes 44 is used to attach side walls, which are also referred to as planking.
In the side view shown in FIG. 5 it can be seen that on the short leg 45 of the corner column 32 connecting elements 47 and 48 are fastened, by means of which the corner column 32 is connected to a corner column 46. A foot 49 is attached to the lower end of the corner column 46. The connecting elements 47, 48 are attached to the short leg 50 of the corner column 46.
In Figure 6, the support structure of a container is shown. The supporting structure comprises four corner columns 51, 52, 53, 54, which are connected to one another by connecting elements 56 to 63 are. At the bottom, the support structure is closed by a floor 65. Feet 67 to 69 are fastened to the floor 65 or at the lower end of the corner pillars 51 to 54. Instead of the feet, rollers can also be attached to the support structure.
The corner pillars 51 to 54 are of the same length. The height of the container is determined by the length of the corner pillars. The corner pillars 51 and 52; 52 and 53 and 51 and 54 are each connected by two connecting elements. The corner columns 53 and 54 are connected to one another only at the bottom in the region of the container bottom 65 by a connecting element 62. The upper ends of the corner pillars 53 and 54 are not directly connected to one another by a connecting element. Depending on the application, the filling of the support structure open on this side or a container with this support structure is facilitated.
Two corner columns and two connecting elements each form a frame which, as shown in FIG. 7, can be closed by a side wall 75, which is also referred to as cladding. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, a cover 72 is pivotably attached to the connecting element 58 with the aid of hinge elements 70, 71. The hinge elements 70, 71 are fastened to the cover 72 by means of screws. The hinge elements have curved guide elements which engage in openings which are formed in the connecting element 58. As a result, pivoting of the cover 72 relative to the support structure is ensured in a simple manner. Fastening elements 73, 74 for a curtain are fastened to the front of the cover 72. The curtain (not shown) serves to close the open side between the corner columns 53 and 54. In Figure 8, the top of the lid 72 is shown in plan view. The lid 72 is formed by a rectangular plate 81 which has a raised area 82. The raised area 82 is delimited towards the edge by a circumferential web 83 which runs essentially perpendicular to the plate 81. In the corner regions of the plate 81, the circumferential web 83 is interrupted in order to form foot receiving regions 85. The foot receiving areas serve to position and hold the feet of another container standing on the lid 72.
The foot receiving area 85 is delimited by two positioning flanks 86, 87 which enclose a right angle between them and form a stop for a foot of another container. The positioning flank 86 is connected to the circumferential web 83 by a connecting flank 88. The positioning flank 87 is connected to the circumferential web 83 by a connecting flank 89. The connecting flanks 88 and 89 are each angled slightly from the associated positioning flank 86, 87.
In the raised area 82 of the lid 72, a bar code field 90 is attached, which serves to indicate the content of a container which is closed by the lid 72. Arrows 91 to 94 indicate that the barcode field 90 can also be arranged at other locations on the cover.
Die Positionierflanken 86, 87 kommen dann an der Ecke 11 (siehe Figur 1) der entsprechenden Ecksäule der Tragstruktur zur Anlage .The underside of the cover 72 is shown in FIG. In FIG. 9 it can be seen that the circumferential web 83 as well as the positioning flanks 86, 87 and the connecting flanks 88, 89 extend through the plate 81. The circumferential web 83 as well as the positioning flanks 86, 87 and the connecting flanks 88, 89 thus protrude from the underside of the plate 81 out. The circumferential web 83 and the positioning flanks 86, 87 and the connecting flanks 88, 89 run perpendicular to the plate 81. The shape and size of the circumferential web 83, the positioning flanks 86, 87 and the connecting flanks 88, 89 are similar to the shape and the Adjusted the size of the container opening. This ensures a form fit between the lid 72 and the container opening when the lid 72 is placed on the container opening. The positioning flanks 86, 87 then come to rest on the corner 11 (see FIG. 1) of the corresponding corner column of the supporting structure.
A plurality of threaded blind holes 98 are provided in the plate 81 within the circumferential web 83 and are used for fastening accessories. Outside the circumferential web 83, a plurality of threaded blind holes 100, 101 are provided in the plate, which are used for fastening, for example, hinge elements or curtain suspension elements. In the corners of the plate 81, further threaded blind holes 103 are provided, which are used for fastening centering elements 105, which are shown in a cutout in the middle of the cover 72 in two different views.
The centering elements 105 can, as indicated by arrows 106, 107, be fastened in the corners of the cover 72. For this purpose, the centering element 105 has two through holes, which serve to receive screws that can be screwed into the threaded blind holes 103. The centering elements 105 have a square cross section, the size of which is adapted to the profile cross section of the corner pillars. This makes it possible to center the lid 72 to form a container with corner pillars described above, by inserting a centering element into the associated corner pillar. A hinge element 108 is shown in perspective in two different views in FIG. The hinge element 8 has a fastening flange 109 in which two through holes 110, 111 are provided. The hinge element 108 can be fastened to the cover 72 (in FIG. 9) with the fastening flange 109. The hinge element 108 is fastened by screws which are inserted through the through holes 110, 111 and screwed into the threaded holes 100, 101 in the cover 72. A curved region 112 extends from the fastening flange 109. The bent region 112 can engage in a guide recess which is provided in a connecting element. The bent region is then guided in the guide recess in such a way that a cover fastened to the fastening flange 109 can be pivoted relative to the fastening element.
In Figure 11, a curtain hanging element 115 is shown in perspective in two different / views. The curtain hanging element 115 has a fastening flange 116, with the aid of which the curtain hanging element 115 can be fastened to the cover 72 (see FIG. 9). For this purpose, two through holes are provided in the fastening flange 116, which are used for pushing through screws which can be screwed into the threaded blind holes 100, 101 which are provided in the outer edge region of the cover 72. In the curtain hanging element 115, a longitudinal groove 117 is recessed, which has a rectangular cross section, which merges into a round cross section on the inside. The groove 117 is used to attach a curtain (not shown).
In Figure 12, three containers 121, 122, 123 are shown in perspective, which are stacked one above the other. Each of the containers 121 to 123 is closed by a lid. The feet of the respective positioned over arranged containers with the help of the positioning flanks.
In Figure 13, a section of a support structure of a container is shown in perspective. Two corner columns 131, 132 are connected to one another by floor element 133. The corner column 131 has a long leg 130, in which a multiplicity of through holes are recessed. Pins 134, 135, 136 are attached in the through holes. The pins 135, 136 are used to fasten a rail 137 to the long leg 130 of the corner column 131. The rail 137 is equipped with fastening hooks 138. The fastening hooks 138 serve for fastening spring devices, of which only one spring device 140 is shown as an example in FIG. 13. The spring device 140 is suspended at one end in the fastening hook 138. A rod 140 extends from the suspended end, to which a spring 142 connects. A fastening element 143 is provided at the free end of the spring 142.
In addition, a pin 139 is formed on the rail 137. The pin 139 serves to suspend a frame 146, on the front of which a foot 147 is formed. The foot 147 of the frame 146 stands on the base element 133. A frame 148 is pivotably mounted on the pin 136. The frame 148 has a foot 149 on its front side which rests on the frame 146.
The support structure of the container 150 is open at the top front, that is to say no connecting element is arranged at the top between the front corner pillars. Bars run between the two rear corner pillars, the ends of which are inserted into the rear corner pillars. The Poles are each surrounded by a curved rear edge, which is formed on the boxes 151 to 153. Due to the interaction between the curved edge of the boxes and the rods, the boxes are pivotally mounted on the rear of the container 150.
Der Abstandshalter für die unterste Klapplage liegt auf dem Boden des Behälters auf.FIG. 15 shows a container 154 which is equipped with a large number of folding layers 155. The folding layers 155 are hinged to rods that run between the rear corner pillars. The folding layers 155 on the front of the container are held at a predetermined distance from one another by spacers 156. The spacer for the lowest folding position lies on the bottom of the container.
The supporting structure of the container 160 is formed by four corner pillars 162 to 165, which are connected to one another at the top by three connecting elements 166 to 168. A lid 169 is pivotally attached to the connecting element 167 with the aid of a plurality of hinge elements. In the interior of the container 160, a plurality of folding layers 171 are pivotably mounted on the rear of the container. The pivotable mounting of the folding layers 171 is achieved by connecting rods which run between the corner pillars 162 and 163. Instead of the connecting rods, pins can also be inserted into the corner pillars 162, 163, which enable the folding layers 171 to be pivoted. A spring device 175, as shown in FIG. 13, engages in the middle of the folding layers 171 on each side. The spring device 175, which is designated 140 in FIG. 13, ensures that the folding position 171 pivots upwards as soon as it is slightly raised on its front side. When the folding position 171 is pivoted down into its initial position, a predeterminable pretensioning force of the spring device 175 must first be overcome become. The pins 177, which are inserted into the corner columns 164, 165, create a support for the folding layers 171 on the front.
A side wall 187 is fastened to the legs of the carrying elements 181 to 184. The circumference of the side wall has a fastening flange, in which through holes are recessed. To fasten the side wall 187 to the support elements 181-184, fastening plugs 189, 190 are inserted through the through holes in the fastening flanges into through holes arranged congruently behind them, which are recessed in the legs of the support elements 181 to 184.
FIG. 18 shows a section through the fastening element 189 used. A through hole 192 is provided in a leg 191 of the connecting element 184. A through hole 194 is provided in a flange 193, which is formed on the side wall 187, which is also referred to as cladding, and is arranged congruently with the through hole 192. The mounting plug 189 has a head 196 and a tapered end 195. The tapered end 195 engages behind the through hole 196.
