Abstract

The proposed shoe includes: an upper connected to a sole (2) associated to an insole (3), which receives a user's foot; at least one insert (5), situated between the sole (2) and the insole (3) and having a substantially alveolar shape. The insert (5) adapts to the morphological conformation of the user's foot.

Description

A SHOE
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the technical field concerning manufacturing of shoes, with particular reference to the shoes for adults and children.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
It is extremely important in the concerned field to propose shoes which add a particularly high comfort standard to the irremissible aesthetic aspect and the high quality of materials.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, the object of the present invention is to propose a shoe, which ensures an extremely high comfort standard for feet of any user.
Another object of the present invention is to propose a shoe which ensures high comfort standard in any use conditions, without renouncing considerable quality and aesthetic values.
A further object of the present invention is to propose a shoe obtained by a simple and substantially cheap technical solution, which is particularly functional. The above mentioned objects are obtained, in accordance with the contents of the claims, by a shoe including an upper connected to a sole, having in its lower part a bearing surface, associated to an insole, which receives a user's foot; the shoe being characterized in that it includes: at least one insert, situated between said sole and said insole, and having a substantially alveolar shape, which adapts to the morphological conformation of the user's foot.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The characteristic features of the invention will be pointed out in the following description of some preferred but not exclusive embodiments, with reference to the enclosed figures, in which: - Figures 1 and 2 show corresponding schematic top views of respectively sole and insole of a shoe proposed by the present invention, according to a preferred embodiment; Figure 3 is a schematic, enlarged sectional view, taken along III-III of Figure 1.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
With reference to the above described figures, general reference number 2 indicates a sole, having in its lower part a relative bearing surface 2a, belonging to the proposed shoe.
According to techniques widely known to those skilled in the art, the sole 2 is connected to an upper (not shown) and associated to an insole 3, which receives a user's foot resting thereon.
The insole 3, for example self-forming, has, in known way, a plurality of through holes 3a, which set in communication the areas below and above the insole 3.
Advantageously, the shoe proposed by the present invention includes an insert 5, situated between the bottom 2 and the insole 3 , and having a substantially alveolar shape, which adapts to the morphological conformation of the user's foot.
According to a preferred embodiment, a seat 4 is made, in the fore part of the sole 2 for receiving removably the insert 5, freely or with a slight interference.
The insert 5 has a plurality, of recesses 50 oriented in such a way that, in the corresponding seat 4, the surface opposite to the recesses receive the insole 3, while the edges of the recesses rest on the sole 2.
A hole 50a is preferably made in the surface opposite to each recess 50 to set in communication the areas below and above the insert 5.
Advantageously, there are means for fastening the insert inside the seat 4, for example glue.
According to another embodiment, the seat 4 can be made in the rear part of the sole 2.
According to further embodiments of the shoe proposed by the invention, there can be a plurality of inserts 5, situated between the sole 2 and the insole 3, situated inside the seats 4 made near the ore and/or rear portion of the sole 2.
It is easy to understand from the above description how the presence of one or more inserts, situated between the sole and the insole, allow to obtain a shoe characterized by high comfort standard.
The user' s foot resting on the insole carried by the insert . situated below, allows the insert to adapt to the foot morphology rapidly and efficiently, due to insert yielding alveolar structure. The presence of the holes made in correspondence to the surface opposite to the recesses allows the latter to adapt easily to the variable weight of the user's foot during walking.

Claims

1. A shoe including an upper connected to a sole (2), having in its lower part a bearing surface (2a) , associated to an insole (3), which receives a user's foot; the shoe being characterized in that it includes at least one insert (5) , situated between said sole (2) and said insole (3) , and having a substantially alveolar shape, which adapts to the morphological conformation of the user's foot.

A shoe as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said insert (5) has a plurality of recesses (50) , whose apertures are turned toward said sole (2) and the surface opposite to the apertures is turned toward said insole (3) ; with the edges of said apertures resting on said sole (2) and the surface opposite to the apertures of said recesses (50) receiving said insole (3) .
3. A shoe as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that it includes, in the surface opposite' to the apertures of the recesses (50) , at least one hole (50a) , which sets in communication the areas below and above said insert (5) .
4. A shoe as claimed in claim 1, or 2, or 3, characterized in that it includes a seat (4) , made in said sole (2) to receive said insert (5) removably.
5. A shoe as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that said seat (4) has such a shape as to receive freely said insert (5) .
6. A shoe as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that said seat (4) has such a shape as to receive said insert (5) with a slight interference.
7. A shoe as claimed in one of claims from 4 to 6, characterized in that said seat (4) is made in the fore portion of said sole (2) .
8. A shoe as claimed in one of claims from 4 to 6, characterized in that said seat (4) is made in the rear portion of said sole (2) .
9. A shoe as claimed in one of claims from 4 to 8 , characterized in that it includes means for fastening said insert (5) inside said seat (4) .
10. A shoe as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that said fastening means are constituted by a glue.
11. A shoe as claimed in any of the previous claims, characterized in that it includes a plurality of through holes (3a) made in said insole (3) to set in communication the areas below and above said insole, and in that said insole (3) is self-forming.
12. A shoe as claimed in any of the previous claims, characterized in that it includes a plurality of inserts (5), situated between said sole (2) and said insole (3) situated near the fore and/or rear portion of said sole (2) .
