Estructura de mueble para formación de armarios, librerías y similares
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN La presente invención tiene por objeto una estructura de mueble para formación de armarios, librerías y similares, que comprenden una serie de estantes provistos eventualmente de divisiones, puertas, cajones, carpetas, vitrinas y elementos similares que permiten múltiples funciones. CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓN
Los muebles conocidos de este tipo consisten normalmente en una estructura constituida por una serie de piezas correspondientes que se montan mediante herramientas y aparatos, utilizando elementos de unión y fijación como clavos, remaches y otros.
En la mayoría de los casos la estructura del mueble forma una estructura única de la que se pueden acoplar/desacoplar algunos componentes de la misma, como puertas y otros .
En otros casos, la estructura se puede montar por el usuario, pero éste requiere la utilización de herramientas y/o aparatos, para la aplicación de taladros, clavos, remaches, atornillado, etc. Lo cual implica que el usuario tenga que emplear, y por tanto disponer de herramientas y medios de fijación/sujeción de los componentes constitutivos de la estructura del mueble . Actualmente, existen algunos muebles que se expenden al público despiezados, de manera que el usuario los pueda montar con un mínimo de herramientas/aparatos y elementos como clavos, tornillos, etc., para que la estructura del mueble tenga la suficiente solidez, pero presentan el inconveniente de que el usuario debe utilizar herramientas para su montaje .
SUMARIO DE LA INVENCIÓN La estructura de mueble para la formación de armarios, librerías y similares objeto de la presente invención elimina los citados inconvenientes en el sentido de que el usuario necesita utilizar herramientas para el montaje de la estructura del mueble en cuestión.
De acuerdo con ello, la estructura de mueble de la presente invención no requiere para su montaje, que el usuario tenga que utilizar herramientas.
En líneas generales, la presente invención tiene por objeto una estructura de mueble para la formación de armarios, librerías y similares, que presenta una solidez total una vez montado acorde con su estructura y tamaño, para lo cual la presente invención se fundamenta en que los distintos componentes de la estructura del mueble se acoplan directamente entre sí por encaje, en combinación con unos marcos rígidos de fácil montaje previo que constituyen los distintos niveles horizontales del mueble, que pueden ser de la misma o distinta altura, que le proporcionan solidez horizontal y verticalmente, en cooperación con los encajes mutuos de los componentes de la estructura.
Según la presente invención, la estructura de mueble para la formación de armarios, librerías y similares, se caracteriza esencialmente porque cada nivel de estantes y/o equivalentes comprende sendos marcos superior e inferior que están provistos de ranuras enfrentadas entre las cuales encajan los tableros constitutivos de los laterales y el fondo y de una repisa interior en la que se apoya y encaja el tablero constitutivo del estante inferior y/o superior, estando delimitado el conjunto por sendos marcos extremos superior e inferior.
Según la invención, dichos marcos se constituyen a base de un perfil hueco extrusionado que constituye los lados de la estructura y que se fijan entre sí en las esquinas mediante escuadras .
Según la invención, dichos perfiles huecos presentan una porción principal de configuración esencialmente en H que se prolonga lateralmente constituyendo una repisa hueca intermedia, cuya porción principal en H define sendas ranuras opuestas superior e inferiormente que constituyen las ranuras enfrentadas en las que encajan los tableros superior e inferior de cada nivel de estante, y cuya repisa hueca intermedia, en el montaje del marco se dispone interiormente al mismo, cuya cara superior constituye la repisa de apoyo y encaje del tablero constitutivo del estante y en cuyo hueco se introducen las ramas de las escuadras en L que unen los perfiles de dos lados contiguos en las esquinas correspondientes.
Por su parte, las ranuras opuestas de la porción principal en H del perfil hueco comprenden sendas guías enfrentadas en las que es acoplable por un perfil esencialmente en U provisto de pestañas longitudinales salientes exteriormente de las ramas cuyo perfil en U es encajable en las guías enfrentadas de la ranura superior de la H en dos posiciones, una primera posición invertida en la que la porción media del perfil en U está posicionada superiormente y queda enrasada con los bordes de dicha ranura y del tablero constitutivo del estante y una segunda posición normal en la que dicha porción media está posicionada inferiormente y actúa de guía de un tablero constitutivo de una puerta deslizante del estante en cuestión.
La invención comprende unas escuadras esencialmente triangulares que se fijan inferiormente en cada esquina respectiva del marco inferior adyacente al suelo, en el espacio definido en la cara inferior de la repisa hueca intermedia del perfil hueco, cuyas escuadras permiten la fijación inferiormente de medios de apoyo y/o rodadura. Asimismo, el perfil hueco puede incorporar espigas salientes en las ranuras opuestas de la H que encajan en respectivos taladros ciegos previstos en los tableros laterales y de fondo de los estantes, cuya cooperación espiga-taladro mejora el acoplamiento mutuo y la estabilidad del conjunto. La presente invención prevé que cada nivel de estantes y/o equivalentes de la estructura de mueble tenga la misma o distinta altura, lo cual implica que los tableros correspondientes entre los dos marcos superior e inferior de cada nivel tendrán la misma o distinta altura.
Asimismo, la estructura de mueble puede comprender cualquier número de niveles, y por lo tanto, la altura de la misma puede ser la deseada por el usuario.
Los niveles de estantes y/o equivalentes presentan la misma y/o diferente altura, presentando los tableros de fondo, laterales y/o divisiones entre los marcos superior e inferior del estante la altura correspondiente. La estructura comprende el número de niveles de estantes y/o equivalentes conveniente, permitiendo aumentar/disminuir el número de niveles, y con ello, la altura añadiendo/retirando niveles. Las piezas constitutivas de la estructura se montan/desmontan directamente por el usuario por simple acoplamiento por encaje.
Estas y otras características se desprenderán mejor de la descripción detallada que sigue, para facilitar la cual se acompañan dos láminas de dibujos en las que se ha representado un caso práctico de realización que se cita solamente a título de ejemplo no limitativo del alcance de la presente invención. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS En los dibujos: La figura 1 es una vista explotada de la estructura de mueble de la presente invención, ilustrando dos niveles .
La figura 2 es una vista explotada y fragmentada que ilustra el perfil hueco principal fragmentado constitutivo del marco de la estructura de mueble que define las dos ranuras opuestas superior e inferiormente y la repisa hueca intermedia, cuyo perfil hueco forma dos lados consecutivos del marco, el perfil adicional en U del enrase o soporte de la puerta deslizante, la escuadra en L de unión prevista en cada esquina de cada marco que encaja en las repisas huecas correspondientes, y la escuadra triangular que se monta inferiormente en cada esquina de la estructura. DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA De conformidad con los dibujos, la estructura de mueble para formación de armarios, librerías y similares, objeto de la presente invención, con la referencia general -M- , se constituye a base de una sucesión superpuesta de estantes con la referencia -E- , desde el suelo o más inferior -El- hasta el situado en el nivel más superior -ES- .
La estructura de mueble -M- de la invención comprende una pluralidad de marcos -MA- , cada nivel de estantes -El- a -ES- comprende sendos marcos -MAS- superior y -MAI- inferior. Dichos marcos -MA- están provistos de ranuras opuestas superior -1- e inferior -2- entre las cuales encajan los tableros -T- constitutivos de los laterales y el fondo y de una repisa -3- intermedia hueca dirigida hacia el interior del marco -MA- en la que se apoya y encaja el tablero -TE- constitutivo del estante inferior y/o superior.
Según la invención, dichos marcos -MA- se constituyen a base de un perfil principal hueco -P-, extrusionado que constituye los lados del marco -MA- para lo cual se fijan entre sí en las esquinas mediante escuadras en L -4-.
Como se ilustra en las figuras, especialmente en las figuras 2 y 4, los citados perfile principales huecos -P- presentan una porción principal de configuración esencialmente en H que se prolonga lateralmente constituyendo la repisa hueca intermedia -3-, cuya porción principal en H define sendas ranuras opuestas superior -1- e inferior -2- que constituyen las ranuras enfrentadas en las que encajan los tableros -T- superior e inferior laterales o de fondo del estante, y cuya repisa hueca intermedia -3-, en el montaje del marco -MA- se dispone interiormente al mismo (ver especialmente las figuras 4 y 5) . La cara superior -3A- de la repisa -3- constituye la repisa de apoyo y encaje del tablero -TE- constitutivo del piso del estante -E- y en cuyo hueco -3B- se introducen las ramas de las escuadras en L -4- que unen los perfiles -P- de dos lados contiguos en las esquinas correspondientes (ver figuras 2 y 5) .
Como se ilustra en las figuras, las ranuras opuestas -1-, -2- de la porción principal en H del perfil principal hueco -P- comprenden sendas guías enfrentadas -5-, -5- en las que es acoplable un perfil adicional esencialmente en U -6- provisto de pestañas longitudinales salientes exteriormente de las ramas cuyo perfil adicional en U -6- es encajable en las guías enfrentadas -5-, -5- de la ranura superior -1- de la H en dos posiciones, una primera posición invertida en la que la porción media del perfil adicional en U -6- está posicionada superiormente y queda enrasada con los bordes de dicha ranura -1- y del tablero -TE- constitutivo del piso del estante -E-, ver figura 4, cuyo perfil adicional -6- se ilustra en posición invertida en la parte superior de estante -ES- superior, y una segunda posición normal en la que dicha porción media está posicionada inferiormente ilustrada en la misma figura 4 en el marco inferior del estante inferior, y que actúa de guía de un tablero constitutivo de una puerta deslizante -PD- del estante en cuestión.
La estructura de mueble -M- de la invención comprende unas escuadras esencialmente triangulares -7- que se fijan inferiormente en una esquina respectiva del marco -MA- inferior adyacente al suelo, en el espacio definido en la cara inferior de la repisa hueca intermedia -3- (ver parte inferior de la figura 4 y la figura 5) . Adicionalmente, dichas escuadras -7- permiten la fijación inferiormente de medios de apoyo y/o rodadura. Como se ilustra en las figuras, la repisa hueca intermedia -3-, la escuadra en L -4- y la escuadra triangular -7- están provistas de respectivos orificios coincidentes -8- para su fijación mediante tornillos -9- o similares. Además, la escuadra triangular -7- presenta un orificio -loque permite la fijación de un apoyo o rueda.
Al objeto de mejorar el acoplamiento directo por encaje de los componentes, favoreciendo la solidez de la estructura, el perfil hueco -P- puede incorporar espigas -11- salientes en las ranuras opuestas -1-, -2- que encajan en respectivos taladros ciegos -12- previstos en los cantos de los tableros -T- laterales y de fondo de los estantes -ES-, cuya cooperación espiga-taladro -11/12- mejora el acoplamiento mutuo y la estabilidad del conjunto.
La presente invención prevé que los niveles de estantes -ES- presenten la misma o distinta altura, con lo cual los tableros -T- presentan la altura correspondiente. Del mismo modo, la estructura de mueble puede presentar cualquier altura deseada, ya sea a base del número de niveles de estantes y/o de la altura de los mismos .
Finalmente, cabe señalar que la estructura de mueble de la presente invención es de fácil montaje/desmontaje por el usuario directamente, es decir, sin necesidad de tener que utilizar herramientas, ya que el acoplamiento de los distintos componentes de la estructura es simplemente por encaje mutuo .
El material de los marcos -MA- que constituyen estructuras horizontales que definen los estantes del mueble, pueden ser de cualquier material conveniente, aunque de preferencia se realizan de metal extruído pero podría ser de plástico a base de una resina dura, resistente y no frágil .
Por su parte, los tableros -T- de fondo y laterales, y los que constituyen el piso -TE- de cada nivel de estante, pueden ser de cualquier material conveniente, incluso aglomerado con las caras provistas de respectivos recubrimientos chapados .
Es preciso tener en cuenta que, independientemente de la realización preferida de mueble representada en los dibujos, la estructura de mueble objeto de la presente invención permite la formación, montaje/desmontaje por el propio usuario de cualquier tipo de mueble, ya sea armario, librería o cualquier otro que desee el usuario, todo ello sin necesidad de utilizar herramientas.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1. - Estructura de mueble para formación de armarios, librerías y similares, que comprende una serie de estantes eventualmente con divisiones, puertas, cajones, carpetas, vitrinas y similares, caracterizada porque cada nivel de estantes y/o equivalentes comprende sendos marcos superior e inferior que están provistos de ranuras enfrentadas entre las cuales encajan los tableros constitutivos de los laterales y el fondo y de una repisa interior en la que se apoya y encaja el tablero constitutivo del estante inferior y/o superior, estando delimitado el conjunto por sendos marcos extremos superior e inferior.
2 . - Estructura de mueble, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque dichos marcos se constituyen a base de un perfil principal hueco extrusionado que constituye los lados de la estructura y que se fijan entre sí en las esquinas mediante escuadras .
3.- Estructura de mueble, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque dichos perfiles huecos presentan una porción principal de configuración esencialmente en H que se prolonga lateralmente constituyendo una repisa hueca intermedia, cuya porción principal en H define sendas ranuras opuestas superior e inferiormente que constituyen las ranuras enfrentadas en las que encajan los tableros superior e inferior de cada nivel de estante, y cuya repisa hueca intermedia, en el montaje del marco se dispone interiormente al mismo, cuya cara superior constituye la repisa de apoyo y encaje del tablero constitutivo del estante y en cuyo hueco se introducen las ramas de las escuadras en L que unen los perfiles de dos lados contiguos en las esquinas correspondientes.
4.- Estructura de mueble, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque las ranuras opuestas de la porción principal en H del perfil hueco comprenden sendas guías enfrentadas en las que es acoplable por un perfil esencialmente en U provisto de pestañas longitudinales salientes exteriormente de las ramas cuyo perfil en U es encajable en las guías enfrentadas de la ranura superior de la H en dos posiciones, una primera posición invertida en la que la porción media del perfil en U está posicionada superiormente y queda enrasada con los bordes de dicha ranura y del tablero constitutivo del estante y una segunda posición normal en la que dicha porción media está posicionada inferiormente y actúa de guía de un tablero constitutivo de una puerta deslizante del estante en cuestión.
5.- Estructura de mueble, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque comprende unas escuadras esencialmente triangulares que se fijan inferiormente en una esquina respectiva del marco inferior adyacente al suelo, en el espacio definido en la cara inferior de la repisa hueca intermedia del perfil hueco, cuyas escuadras permiten la fijación inferiormente de medios de apoyo y/o rodadura.
6.- Estructura de mueble, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque el perfil hueco eventualmente incorpora espigas salientes en las ranuras opuestas de la H que encajan en respectivos taladros ciegos previstos en los tableros laterales y de fondo de los estantes, cuya cooperación espiga-taladro mejora el acoplamiento mutuo y la estabilidad del conjunto.
7.- Estructura de mueble, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque los niveles de estantes y/o equivalentes presentan la misma y/o diferente altura, presentando los tableros de fondo, laterales y/o divisiones entre los marcos superior e inferior del estante la altura correspondiente; porque la estructura comprende el número de niveles de estantes y/o equivalentes conveniente, permitiendo aumentar/disminuir el número de niveles, y con ello, la altura añadiendo/retirando niveles; y porque las piezas constitutivas de la estructura se montan/desmontan directamente por el usuario por simple acoplamiento por encaje.
