[2] In a conventional telephone based reservation system, when a person makes a reservation for a passport, the person should take the ticket at a transportation terminal. In addition, when a person makes a reservation on the Internet, the person pays for the ticket on the Internet and receives the ticket at a transportation terminal. A bus passenger (customer) asks a time schedule of a bus before the person goes to the transportation terminal. The customer who got the bus schedule takes a ticket at the transportation terminal. In the case of a conventional Internet based reservation system, a person is connected with a terminal homepage using the Internet at a home or a company and pays for the ticket at a desired time. In this case, when the person gets on the bus, he needs an actual ticket. Therefore, the person takes the ticket at the transportation terminal after identification is checked.
[3] Figure 1 is a view illustrating a system in which a customer 1 requests a certain information 3 such as a date, destination, etc. needed to a customer 1 by calling a transportation terminal 2 and then makes a reservation for the ticket.
[4] Figure 2 is a schematic view illustrating a reservation process using the Internet based on a conventional method. In this process, a customer 1 logs in a terminal homepage 4 and inputs a certain information into a service form with a date, time, etc. After the customer 1 inputs the information, the reserved content is checked for thereby finishing a reservation and paying (7) for the ticket. Technical Solution
[5] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a network passport sell system capable of overcoming the problems that the conventional system has
many inconveniences in a system for making a reservation for ticket, and it takes a long time for a reservation and ticketing. [6] It is another object of the present invention to provide a network passport sell system capable of transacting tickets in real time using the Internet, ARS, etc. [7] It is further another object of the present invention to provide a network passport sell system capable of decreasing an unnecessary time at a transportation terminal because the customer can directly receive a reserved ticket in real time, so that the user can have more free time. [8] The Internet based payment method has been widely used. Therefore, there are not any problems in the processes that a user makes a reservation for tickets on the Internet and pays for the tickets and receives the tickets in real time. [9] In the case of the telephone based reservation system, a huge Internet network is constructed using ARS, not installing a telephone line in the transportation terminal. At this time, a consultant helps ticketing. At the final stage, when the consultant asks if the ticket is issued or not, the user just say 'Yes'. After the above stages, a real time cellular phone payment is performed, and a ticket is received through SMS. The customer who received the SMS ticket gets on the bus. At this time, it takes only 1 or 2 minute for ticketing. The prices of the ticket are same, but ARS communication charge is additionally applied. In the case of the NPS, there may be PC in home or company.
The customer is connected with the NPS and buys the tickets and pays for the tickets.
After the payment is performed, the consumer is asked how to receive the tickets. At this time, the consumer can select on between the mail or SMS.
Description of Drawings [10] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. [11] Figure 1 is a schematic view illustrating a telephone based reservation system in the conventional art. [12] Figure 2 is a schematic view illustrating an Internet based reservation system in the conventional art; [13] Figure 3 is a schematic view illustrating an ARS based reservation system according to the present invention; [14] Figure 4 is a schematic view illustrating a pre-buying and buying system using an
Internet (NPS) according to the present invention; [15] Figure 5 is a view of a passenger name list (to be stored by the company) for preventing a falsification according to the present invention; and

Best Mode
[17] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[18] Figure 3 is a schematic view illustrating a telephone based reservation system according to the present invention. A customer 1 is connected with a NPS server through an ARS 9. The connected customer 1 is asked concerning an ID information (ID number, name, etc.) and selects a certain service such as a bus, movie theater, airport, etc. As the kinds of servers, there are 10-1, 10-2, etc. Here, the number 1 is set as a bus, and the number 2 is set as a movie theater. The customer 1 communicates with the ARS consultant. Here, the consultant is connected for the reason that it is possible to more quickly make a reservation. The customer sets the region B 12, date, time, etc. with a help of the consultant. The customer may receive a reservation content confirmation 13 having an easier confirmation form through the SMS while consulting with the consultant. The customer 1 who finished the confirmation may perform a pre-buying process or change a certain information. The customer who finished the payment can check the contents of the payment. As a payment method, there are a credit card payment, an Internet banking method, a cellular phone small money payment, etc. When the payment is finished, a transaction verification 15 is transmitted through the SMS together with tickets. The customer 1 who received the tickets goes to the transportation terminal together with the verification number received through the SMS and gets on the bus. At this time, the customer may select a delivery method between the e-mail method and the cellular phone method. The reservation list 18 is transferred to the transportation terminal or each company upon finishing the selection of the ticket.
[19] Figure 4 is a schematic view of an Internet purchase system according to the present invention. The customer 1 is connected with the NPS server 4 and logs in the server and selects a certain service 10 such as a bus, movie theater, etc. The following routines are the same as the routine of the region B 12 of Figure 3. In this embodiment of the present invention, there is not any consultant. Namely, the customer should set the region B by himself. After the setting is finished, if there is some problems to be changed, the customer can easily change the information. If the customer does not want the bus tickets or wants to change the service, the customer can move to the service selection 10 anytime. After the pre-buying process is finished, the customer
selects the payment method 14. There are an Internet banking method, a cellular phone payment method, and a credit card payment method. If the customer wants 24-hour service payment, only the cellular phone payment is possible. After the money input 15 is finished, an output 17 is performed. Here, the customer lean selects one among the cellular phone, e-mail, etc. At this time, upon selecting the method, the reserved customer name lists 18 are transferred to each company. The reserved customer name lists 16 are provided for preventing falsification. When all processed are done, the customer 1 can log out (8). In addition, the customer 1 may move to the service selection 10 for using another service. Here, the customer 1 may finishes the routine by logging out the homepage.
[20] Figure 5 is a view of a reserved customer name list 18. The above reserved customer name is stored for 1 year by the company, and the above information is backed up everyday. Therefore, it is possible to easily check the moving ways of a certain person. The backed up data may be submitted to a police station or a government if needed.
[21] Figure 6 is a table in which a customer 1 can easily check the empty seat in the place 10-1-5 as shown in Figure 4.
Industrial Applicability
[22] As described above, the system of using a transportation terminal, movie theater, airport, ship, etc. may change. The scene that a long queue is formed in front of a train station for buying the tickets may be disappeared. In the present invention, the customer who uses the tickets is needed only to check his ticket and goes to the transportation terminal and checks and gets on the bus. Therefore, the problems that people wait for the ticket in front of the transportation terminal for a long time are overcome. Therefore, the passenger may be longer free time.
[23] In the present invention, even when the customer may lose the tickets, the customer may be connected with the Internet and may ask another ticket. The requested ticket may be received through the e-mail in real time for free of charge, but a certain amount of money may be charged when using the SMS. The cost required for receiving the tickets in real time using the Internet or the ARS is the same as the conventional price of the ticket. In this case, the customer can take the tickets at a lower price, and each company can save manpower, and the cost needed for papers used as bus tickets, and ink (cartridge). Therefore, the company may provide customers with better services using the cost needed for the above services.
[24] As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from
