Description

COMPOSITE PROFILE FOR DOORS , WINDOWS OR THE LIKE
THE AREA OF THE TECHNIQUE THE INVENTION REFERS TO
The invention belongs to the area of aluminum carpentry, that is, the manufacture of aluminum windows, doors, skylights in the thermo- interruption combination, without thermo-interruption as well as something new, which is a combination of external aluminum profiles and internal PVC ( picture 1,2,3,4,5,6).
THE TECHNICAL PROBLEM
1. The invention solves the problem of connecting the outer aluminum profile and the inner aluminum profile by a groove, connected by a bolt, which enables a combination of thermo- interruption and no thermo-interruption profiles within the same profile, which is a novelty because it brings about enormous savings by reducing the rejects and rational supplies of thermal and cold aluminum profiles.
2. The invention solves the connection of the outer aluminum profile and PVC plastics which contains the groove inside of which the connection of the PVC profile and the outer aluminum profile is achieved by a bolt. With this system of connection by groove and bolt, a completely new and high- quality combination is achieved, aluminum-PVC; with many advantages, and the basic one is that the PVC on the outer part of the carpentry is replaced by an aluminum profile which is incomparably of higher quality and more resistant to the influence of the "UV" rays of the sun and the changes in the atmosphere.
3. The invention solves the problem of connecting the frames on panel doors by a groove and bolt which makes the manufacture of completely new upholstered panel doors possible. THE STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE
The present level of aluminum profiles in the manufacturing of carpentry comprises two combinations, which are:
- Aluminum profiles with a thermo-bridge which, using hydraulic princers. connects the outer Al-profile with the inner Al-profile between which there is a PVC iron tile which constitutes the thermo-interruption of the Al-profile.
- Aluminum profiles with no thermo-bridge (cold Al-profiles). Because of the expensive technology of fitting the PVC iron tile between the AL-profiles, connecting aluminum profiles is available to a very small number of workshops which is eliminated with this invention because every workshop, depending on the demand, would be able to connect the aluminum profile with or without thermo-interruption in a very simple manner, using a table or hand drill.
As for the aluminum-PVC combination, this invention presents a completely new profile for carpentry manufacture, called AL-PVC profile, which hasn't been used in aluminum carpentry so far.
The use of PVC profiles in aluminum carpentry has so far had a great shortcoming, apart from evident advantages, which is an unsolved problem of the resistance of plastics to the "UV" rays of the sun. With this invention, the PVC on the outer side of the profile, where the aluminum profile is put, is eliminated. And on the inner side, the PVC profile is kept, which is an exceptionally good thermal isolator, compared to the AL- profile. Based on what was mentioned above, a new profile has been made with exceptional characteristics, compared to the standard aluminum and PVC profiles.
The present level of the technique for the manufacture of panel doors from various frames (cornices); it is obtained by sticking the cornice to Al-tin by glue, a special glue, and the glass is fastened by silicon. The drawback of this technique of glueing the cornice is the difficult replacement of broken glass or damaged Al-tin. STATING THE ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION
The essence of the invention is that the outer and inner profile of the door-frame and the outer and the inner profile of the door- wing are connected with a groove through which a bolt is put, and then, a rubber or PVC ornamental profile is fitted in, which aesthetically conceals the screws. The advantage of this invention is that it offers great savings with AL profiles, because the same AL profiles are used for the manufacture of carpentry with thermo-interruption and the manufacture of carpentry without thermo-interruption, which hasn't been the case so far. Then, the advantage of this invention is also that a new combination of AL and PVC profiles is obtained in carpentry manufacture for the first time and thus given a new profile which is considerably of better quality than any profile currently present in the carpentry manufacture market. The very assembling of these profiles and the combination of assembling is quite simple and can be done in every workshop with the use of the table drill and bolt tightners, and for the Al-profile with the length of L=6000mm, the connection of the outer and inner profile is enough, with 8 to 14 bolts, depending on the required strength of the structure.
The essence of the invention for the manufacture of panel doors is in the manner of connecting the outer and inner frame by groove and bolt which makes a combination of the manufacture of more types of panel doors possible, when compared to the present manner of connecting. One of the combinations is the manufacture of a panel which is upholstered on one or both sides which hasn't been possible so far.
THE DESCRIPTION OF THE SKETCH PICTURES
The invention is described in detail according to the example of the performance displayed in the sketch according to which:
PICTURE 1 - represents the connection of the outer AL profile (1 and 5) and the inner AL profile (2 and 6) which are connected with a bolt (3) and where the ornamental rubber profile (4) is put inside the groove of the inner AL profile. By this connection, AL profiles without thermo- interruption are obtained.
PICTURE 2 - represents the drawing of the window section (7) from the AL profile without thermo-interruption.
PICTURE 3 - represents the connection of the outer AL profile (1 and 5) and the inner AL profile (2 and 6) between which a PVC iron tile is set (8), which are connected by a bolt (3) and where, in the groove of the inner AL profile, an ornamental rubber is fitted (4). By this connection AL profiles with thermo-interruption are obtained.
PICTURE 4 - represents the drawing of the window section (7) from the AL profile with a thermo-interruption.
PICTURE 5 - represents the connection of the outer AL profile (1 and 5) and the inner PVC profile (9 and 10) which are connected by a bolt (3) and where an ornamentul rubber profile (4) is fitted into the groove of the inner PVC profile. By this connection, a completely new profile on the market is obtained, and that is the aluminum-PVC profile.
PICTURE 6 - represents the drawing of the window section (7) from the combination of the aluminum-PVC profile.
PICTURE 7 - represents the section of the panel which consists of the outer Al profile (A) and the inner Al profile (B), and they are connected with a bolt (C) where an ornamental rubber profile is fitted into the groove (D). A sandwich is presented, of Al-tin (1), adhesive pressed wooden mass (2) and sea-foam (3). The lower part of the section is the glass (4).
PICTURE 8 - represents the section of the panel which is made of the outer profile (A) and the inner profile (B) and they are connected with a bolt (C) where an ornamental rubber profile is fitted into the groove (D). A section is presented in the picture, made of adhesive pressed wooden mass (2), sea-foam (3), sponge (5) and (leather, artificial leather, cloth, canvas) (5) and in the upper part a section of thermo-glass is displayed (4).
PICTURE 9 - represents, apart from the outer and inner Al profile, the section which consists of Al-tin (1), adhesive pressed wooden mass (2), sea-foam (3), sponge (5) (leather, artificial leather, cloth) (6) as well as thermo-glass (4).
Except the above mentioned, the bolt-groove invention can also be applied in the manufacture of of panel door because it connects the frames by the bolt, and in that way forms a tighter connection between the outer and inner Al profile, which makes the manufacture of upholstered panels possible; pictures 8 and 9. A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The pictures present aluminum profiles from which carpentry is manufactured. That is the outer AL profile (1 and 5) which is connected to the inner AL profile (2 and 6) or the PVC profile (9 and 10) by a bolt (3). On the inner part of the AL profile (2 and 6) or the PVC profile (9 and 10) there is a groove, where, after the connection of the profiles by the bolt (3), an ornamental or rubber profile is introduced.
The solution to the technical problem is the groove which contains the bolt (3) and the PVC or rubber profile (4) which enable various connections and combining of the thermal and cold aluminum profiles, as well as the aluminum-PVC. By connecting the outer and inner aluminum profile in this manner, plastic coating in various colours of the outer and inner AL profile is enabled, as well as combining the aluminum protection coated profile with the plastic coated profile.
All the connections, of an AL profile with an AL profile and an AL profile with the PVC profile, can be performed in every workshop in a very simple way, without any major investments, which hasn't been the case so far because of an expensive and completely different technology.

Claims

PATENT APPLICATION
1. Aluminum profile for the manufacture of aluminum carpentry, picture (1 and 3); because of the groove which is on the inner aluminum profile (2 and 6), where the outer aluminum (1 and 5) and the inner aluminum profile (2 and 6) are connected by a bolt (3), and in that way by easily putting together with a hand or table drill, we get a complete aluminum profile with and without thermo-interruption in different colors (plastic coating and aluminum protective coating), a simple solution is obtained, and that is a combination of an aluminum profile and a PVC profile in one profile. By this combination of aluminum and PVC plastics, picture 5, a profile is obtained which removes the highly negative characteristics of the PVC profile, on the outer side, and that is the influence of ultraviolet sun rays as well as the negative influence of the external differences in temperature and influences of the atmosphere on the outer part of the PVC profile, and the inner part of the profile is made of PVC plastics (9 and 10), which is a great advantage compared to the inner aluminum profile because PVC plastics has very good characteristics concerning isolation and thermo-isolation.
2. Aluminum profile according to application 1, marked in a way, that aluminum profiles with or without thermo-interruption and aluminum-PVC are connected by a groove inside of which a bolt is set (3), which unites the aluminum or PVC profiles, which brings about high savings in using the profiles for the manufacture of aluminum-PVC carpentry.
Related to the above mentioned, profile (A) and the inner profile (B) are connected with a bolt (C) and the ornamental rubber profile, which makes the manufacture of panel doors possible, in various combinations of the section (pictures 7, 8 and 9).
