Abstract

Bei einer Zigarettenpackung des Typs Klappschachtel ist im unteren, frontseitigen Bereich, nämlich in einer Schachtel-Vorderwand (12), eine Öffnung (36) angebracht. Diese gibt den Blick frei auf eine an einer Innenumhüllung angebrachte Markierung (38) zur Kennzeichnung des Produkts.

Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zigarettenpackung aus mindestens zwei Zuschnitten, nämlich einem eine Zigarettengruppe vorzugsweise allseitig umgebenden Innenzuschnitt und einem (äußeren) Packungszuschnitt aus Papier, (dünnem) Karton oder ähnlichem Werkstoff, insbesondere zur Bildung einer Klappschachtel.
Klappschachteln sind in ihrem Aufbau bzw. in ihrer Gestaltung als weltweit übliche Zigarettenpackung bekannt. Eine den Packungsinhalt bildende Zigarettengruppe ist von einem Innenzuschnitt (Innerliner) aus Papier, metallbeschichtetem Papier (Stanniol) oder ähnlichem Werkstoff umgeben unter Bildung eines Zigarettenblocks. Die eigentliche Packung (in der Ausführung als Klappschachtel) besteht aus (dünnem) Karton unter Bildung eines Schachtelteils und eines mit diesem verbundenen Deckels. Weiterhin gehört ein aus einem gesonderten Zuschnitt gebildeter Kragen zu dieser Packung. Der Kragen ist im Bereich von Vorderseite und Seitenwänden im Schachtelteil verankert. Üblicherweise ist eine Klappschachtel von einer Außenumhüllung aus Folie umgeben, die bei erstmaliger Ingebrauchnahme der Packung mittels Aufreißstreifen entfernt wird.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, Packungen für Konsumgüter, insbesondere Zigarettenpackungen in der Ausführung als Kiappschachtel hinsichtlich der äußeren Gestaltung weiterzuentwickeln, und zwar mit dem Ziel einer verbesserten Kennzeichnung bzw. Identifizierungsmöglichkeit.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Packung durch folgende Merkmale gekennzeichnet:
a) der Außenzuschnitt ist mit mindestens einer Öffnung im Bereich wenigstens einer Packungswand versehen, b) der Innenzuschnitt weist mindestens eine Bedruckung und/oder Prägung auf, die sich bei der fertigen Packung mindestens teilweise im Bereich der Öffnung befindet und von außen sichtbar ist. Der Erfindung liegt die Erkenntnis zugrunde, dass die Packungszuschnitte, insbesondere die typischen Zuschnitte einer Kiappschachtel, auch hinsichtlich des äußeren Druckbildes fabrikmäßig vorgefertigt und üblicherweise als Zuschnittstapel für die Verarbeitung in einer Verpackungsmaschine angeliefert werden. Dadurch sind gestalterische Veränderun- gen im Bereich der Verpackungsmaschine bzw. zugeordneter Anlagen nicht möglich.
Demgegenüber wird das Verpackungsmaterial für die Innenumhüllung, insbesondere Stanniol, im Bereich der Verpackungsmaschine durch Bedrucken oder Prägen auf einfache Weise möglich im Bereich der Verpackungsmaschine ein Kennzeichen, ein Em- blem, Wappen oder dergleichen anzubringen, insbesondere durch entsprechende Prägung des Materials. Dieses besondere Element ist. im Bereich der Öffnung des Packungs- zuschnitts positioniert und so auch bei geschlossener Packung erkennbar.
Vorzugsweise ist die Öffnung im Bereich einer Vorderwand der Packung, insbesondere einer (unteren) Schachtel-Vorderwand einer Klappschachtel angebracht und demgemäss die Bedruckung bzw. Prägung im Bereich einer Innen-Vorderwand des Innenzuschnitts. Eine Besonderheit besteht darin, die Öffnung im Bereich eines insbesondere vergrößerten Kragens anzubringen, wobei der Kragen und die Schachtel-Vorderwand miteinander korrespondierende Öffnungen aufweisen, vorzugsweise bei unterschiedlicher geometrischer Ausgestaltung.
Weitere Besonderheiten der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand von in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

Die Ausführungsbeispiele in den Zeichnungen befassen sich mit Klappschachteln für Zigaretten. Dieser Packungstyp besteht aus (unterem) Schachtelteil 10 und Deckel 11. Packungsteile bestehen aus einem gemeinsamen, einstückigem Zuschnitt gemäß Fig. 3. Der langgestreckte Zuschnitt bildet aufeinanderfolgende Bereiche für eine Schachtel- Vorderwand 12, Bodenwand 13, Schachtel-Rückwand 14, Deckel-Rückwand 15, Stirnwand 16 und Deckel- Vorderwand 17. Mit letzterem ist ein Deckelinnenlappen 18 verbun- den, der gegen die Innenseite der Deckel-Vorderwand 17 umgefaltet wird. Schachtel- Rückwand 14 und Deckel-Rückwand 15 sind durch ein Liniengelenk 19 miteinander verbunden. Schachtel-Seitenwände 20 und Deckel-Seitenwände 21 bestehen aus Seitenlappen 22, 23, die einander mindestens teilweise überdecken und durch Klebung miteinander verbunden sind.
Zu einer Klappschachtel gehört ein Kragen aus einem gesonderten Zuschnitt (Fig. 4, Fig.
6). Der Kragen besteht aus einer Kragen-Vorderwand 24 und seitlichen Kragenlappen 25.
Der Kragen ist innerhalb des Schachtelteils 10 positioniert, wobei die Kragen-Vorderwand
24 innenseitig an der Schachtel-Vorderwand 12 anliegt und mit dieser (durch Klebung) verbunden ist. Ein oberer Teil des Kragens ragt aus dem Schachtelteil 10 heraus und wird in Schließstellung des Deckels 11 von diesem umfasst.
Ein Packungsinhalt, also eine Zigarettengruppe, ist von einem Innenzuschnitt (Fig. 7) umgeben, der aus Papier oder Stanniol, also mit Metall beschichtetem Papier besteht. Der Innenzuschnitt umhüllt den Packungsinhalt vollständig und bildet so einen Zigarettenblock 26 mit aneinanderschließenden Bereichen einer Innen-Vorderwand 27, einer Innen-Bodenwand 28 und einer Innen-Rückwand 29. Weiterhin sind seitliche Faltlappen 30, 31 vorhanden, die bei dem fertigen Zigarettenblock 26 durch entsprechende Faltung und Teilüberlappung Seitenwände bilden.
Entsprechend sind Stirnlappen 32, 33 vorgesehen ,die eine gefaltete obere innen-Stirn- wand bilden. Wie üblich ist ein oberer Teil des Innenzuschnitts frontseitig als abtrennbarer Lappen bzw. Flap 34 ausgebildet. Dieser ist durch eine quergerichtete Perforationslinie 35 vom übrigen Teil des Innenzuschnitts abgegrenzt. Der Flap 34 wird durch Erfassen des äußeren Stirnlappens 32 bei erstmaliger Ingebrauchnahme der Packung abgetrennt.
Mindestens eine Packungswand ist mit einer Öffnung 36, 37 versehen. Vorzugsweise ist diese Öffnung 36, 37 im Bereich der Schachtel-Vorderwand 12 angebracht. Die Öffnung 36, 37 legt eine entsprechende Fläche des Innenzuschnitts frei, nämlich der Innen- Vorderwand 27. Diese ist demnach im Bereich der Öffnung 36, 37 von außen sichtbar.
Die durch Stanzung gebildeten Öffnungen 36, 37 können unterschiedliche geometrische Formen aufweisen, z.B. ein Dreieck bilden (Fig. 1) oder eine Kreisfläche (Fig. 2, Fig. 8). Andere, auch komplexe geometrische Formen der Öffnungen 36, 37 sind geeignet.
Im Bereich der Öffnung 36, 37 ist der Innenzuschnitt mit einer Markierung 38 versehen. Diese kann als Kennzeichen bzw. Marke oder Logo ausgebildet sein. Es können aber auch Informationen oder Daten zur Identifizierung der Packung hinsichtlich Herkunft, Produktionsort und -zeit vorhanden sein. Bei einem Innenzuschnitt aus Stanniol ist die Markierung 38 eine Prägung. Diese wird vorzugsweise bei der Vorbereitung des Verpackungsmaterials für den Innenzuschnitt angebracht, nämlich bei der üblichen Bearbeitung einer Bahn des Verpackungsmaterials im Bereich von Prägewalzen. Die Prägewalzen können dabei so ausgebildet sein, dass ein Umfangsteil zum Prägen der Mar- kierung 38 leicht auswechselbar ist, um kurzfristig eine Änderung der Markierung 38 durchführen zu können. Bei einer Innenumhüllung aus Papier oder ähnlichem Werkstoff wird die Markierung 38 zweckmäßigerweise durch Bedrucken angebracht, ebenfalls im Bereich der Verpackungsmaschine. Die Markierung 38 ist so angebracht, dass sie etwa zentrisch im Bereich der Öffnung 36, 37 erscheint.
Der Kragen ist auf die Gestalt und Position der Öffnung 36, 37 abgestimmt. Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 1 erstreckt sich der Kragen, insbesondere die Kragen- Vorderwand 24, bis in einen unteren Bereich der Schachtel-Vorderwand 12, nämlich bis zur Bodenwand 13 bzw. bis in die Nähe der Bodenwand 13. Die Öffnung 36 befindet sich vollständig im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 24. Diese ist mit einer Kragenöffnung 39 versehen. Diese kann die gleiche geometrische Form wie die Öffnung 36, 37 haben. Zweckmäßigerweise sind die Kragen-Öffnungen 39 kreisförmig ausgebildet, und zwar mit geringeren Abmessungen (Durchmesser) als die Öffnungen 36, 37. Die Kragenöffnungen 39 sind so positioniert, dass bei der vorgegebenen Relativstellung des Kragens in der Packung bzw. im Schachtelteil 10 die Kragenöffnung 29 mindestens teilweise, vorzugsweise aber etwa mittig im Bereich der Öffnung 36 oder 37 positioniert ist. Die an der Innenumhüllung angebrachte Markierung 38 ist demnach durch die beiden Ausstanzungen, nämlich die Öffnung 36, 37 einerseits und die Kragen-Öffnung 39 andererseits von außen sichtbar.
Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 1, Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 ist die Öffnung 36 in der Schachtel-Vorderwand 12 als (gleichseitiges) Dreieck ausgebildet. Die im unteren Bereich der vergrößerten bzw. verlängerten Kragen-Vorderwand 24 angebrachte Kragen-Öffnung 39 ist kreisförmig ausgebildet, insbesondere konzentrisch zur (ebenfalls) kreisförmigen Markierung 38 derart angebracht, dass die Kragen-Öffnung 39 vollständig und etwa zentrisch innerhalb der Öffnung 36 liegt.
Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 2, Fig. 5 und Fig. 6 ist der Kragen (Fig. 6) mit einem V-förmigen Vorsprung 40 am unteren Randbereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 versehen. Auf Grund der vorgegebenen Relativstellung des Kragens und der Abmessung ragt ein Teilbereich dieses Vorsprungs 40 in die Öffnung 37 (Fig. 2). Dieser Teil des Kragens bzw. der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 ist demnach in der Öffnung 37 sichtbar. Die Relativstellung ist hier so gewählt, dass der Vorsprung 40 auch einen Teilbereich der Markierung 38 überdeckt.
Eine weitere Besonderheit ist bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 8, Fig. 9 verwirklicht. Die Öffnung 37 ist hier im unteren Bereich der Schachtel-Vorderwand 12 positioniert, jedenfalls vollständig unterhalb des Kragens bzw. der Kragen-Vorderwand 24. Als Besonderheit sind Öffnung 37 und Markierung 38 bis zur ersten Ingebrauchnahme der Packung verdeckt, sodass der Verbraucher beim Öffnen der Packung die Markierung 38 erkennen und dadurch die Packung zuordnen kann. Zu diesem Zweck ist eine Außenumhüllung 41 vorgesehen, insbesondere aus Folie. Diese grundsätzlich bei derartigen Packungen übliche Außenumhüllung 41 aus klarsichtiger Folie ist im. Bereich der Öffnung 37 bzw. mindestens im Bereich der Markierung 38 mit einer Deckschicht 42 versehen, die einen Blick auf die Markierung 38 vor Beseitigung der Außenumhüllung 41 verhindert. Die Deckschicht 42 kann eine deckende Farbschicht sein oder ein innen oder außen angebrachtes Klebeetikett. Die Kombination einer Öffnung in der Packung einerseits und mit einer Markierung an der Innenumhüllung andererseits kann auch an anderer Stelle der Packung positioniert sein, z.B. im Bereich des Deckels 11. Bei einer Ausführung gemäß Fig. 9 mit teilweise abdeckender Außenumhüllung 41 ist die Deckschicht 42 im Bereich des Deckels 11 posi- tioniert, also im Bereich einer Folienkappe 43, die beim erstmaligen Öffnen der Packung mit einem Aufreißstreifen 44 von der Außenumhüllung abgetrennt wird.
Die Öffnungen 36, 37 werden zweckmäßigerweise bei der fabrikmäßigen Fertigung der Zuschnitte durch Stanzen angebracht, und zwar in einem gemeinsamen Arbeitstakt mit dem Stanzen der Zuschnitte selbst.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Zigarettenpackung aus mindestens zwei Zuschnitten, nämlich einem eine Zigarettengruppe vorzugsweise allseitig umgebenden Innenzuschnitt und einem Packungszuschnitt aus Papier, (dünnem) Karton oder ähnlichem Werkstoff, insbesondere zur Bildung einer Klappschachtel, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
a) der Packungszuschnitt ist mit mindestens einer Öffnung (36, 37) im Bereich mindestens einer Packungswand versehen, b) der lnnenzuschnitt weist mindestens eine Markierung (38) - Bedruckung oder Prägung - auf, die sich bei der fertigen Packung mindestens teilweise im Bereich der Öffnung (36, 37) befindet und von außen sichtbar ist.
2. Zigarettenpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Vorderwand der Packung insbesondere in einer Schachtel- Vorderwand (12) einer Klappschachtel und die Markierung (38) an einer lnnen-Vorderwand (27) der Innenumhüllung im Bereich der Öffnung (36, 37) positioniert ist.

Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (36, 37) mindestens teilweise im Bereich eines Kragens, insbesondere einer Kragen-Vorderwand (24) angebracht ist, wobei der Kragen bzw. die Kragen-Vorderwand (24) eine Kragen-Öffnung (39) aufweist, die mindestens teilweise im Bereich der Öffnung (36, 37) positioniert ist, derart, dass der Innenzuschnitt bzw. die Markierung (38) von außen sichtbar ist.
4. Packung nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass die Öffnung (36, 37) durch Stanzung beim Herstellen des Zuschnitts angebracht ist und insbesondere dreieckförmig, quadratisch, rechteckig oder kreisförmig ausgebildet ist.
5. Packung nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass der Kragen bzw. die Kragen-Vorderwand (24) mit einem (unteren) Teilbereich insbesondere mit einem Vorsprung (40), teilweise in den Bereich der Öffnung (37) ragt.

Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (36) der SGhachtel-Vorderwand (12), die Kragen-Öffnung (39) und die Markierung (38) jeweils kreisförmige Kontur aufweisen und konzentrisch zuein- ander angeordnet sind mit unterschiedlichen Abmessungen.
7. Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (36, 37) bzw. mindestens die Markierung (38) bis zur erstmaligen Ingebrauchnahme der Packung insbesondere bis zum Abtrennen einer Außenum- hüllung (41) aus Folie, abgedeckt, also von Außen nicht sichtbar ist, vorzugsweise durch eine Deckschicht (42) der Außenumhüllung (41) im Bereich der Öffnung (36, 37).
