Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'exploitation pour dispositifs mobiles, pourvu d'un actualisateur de dispositif distant. L'actualisateur effectue une mise à jour programmée ou sur commande de l'utilisateur sans attendre une demande provenant d'un serveur. Cet actualisateur comporte des paramètres servant à déterminer le type et la nature des mises à jour, y compris le remplacement de systèmes d'exploitation. Ledit actualisateur présente en outre une caractéristique de sécurité selon laquelle il peut modifier la nature du dispositif sur lequel il est exécuté, sur commande de l'utilisateur ou d'un serveur.
