美麗な花束を簡単かつ安価に提供できるようにするとともに、机上に載置して装飾としても利用できるようにした生花等の包装袋を提供する。シートを二つ折りにして2枚重ねとし、折線を含む一角を切除してマチ部とし、該マチ部とそれと連続する側辺を接合して、開口部がマチ部より広く開口した略扇状の袋に形成すると共に、上記開口部の縁部に沿ってミシン目を設けるという手段を採用した。または、2枚のシートを重ねて2枚重ねとし、マチ部とそれを挟む両側辺を接合して袋に形成するという手段を採用した。そして、ミシン目の端部に透孔を設けるという手段、または、補強シールを貼付するという手段を採用した。

Description

明 細 書 生花等の包装袋 技術分野
この発明は、 生花などで簡単に花束を作ることのできる包装袋に関し、 花 束として利用できるほか、 そのまま持ち手で吊り下げて持ち運んだり、 机上に 載置して盛り花の室内装飾としても利用できるようにしたものである。 背景技術
生花を束ねて花束やブーケなどを作る場合、 従来は多数本の生花の切り口 を束ねたうえ輪ゴム等で仮止めし、 その切り口部分をタオルやガーゼなどに水 を含ませた給水材で包み込み、 その外側をアルミニウムホイルなどで覆い、 さ らにその外側全体を透明フィルムや包装紙で包み、 束ねた根元の外周をリボン 等の紐材で結束している。 従って、 花束の作成は多大な手間と時間を要するも のとなつていた。
一方、 藤の蔓などを編み上げて、 小籠を作成し、 これに生花を活けて盛り 花とした装飾品も広く利用されているが、 この場合も小籠の作成などにコスト がかかるものであった。
本発明は、 かかる実情に鑑みなされたもので、 美麗な花束を簡単かつ安価 に提供できるようにするとともに、 机上に載置して装飾としても利用できるよ うにした生花等の包装袋を提供することを目的としたものである。 発明の開示
本発明は、 上記課題を解決するため、 シートを二つ折りにして 2枚重ねと し、 折線を含む一角を切除してマチ部とし、 該マチ部とそれと連続する側辺を 接合して、 開口部がマチ部より広く開口した略扇状の袋に形成すると共に、 上 記開口部の縁部に沿ってミシン目を設けるという手段を採用した。
または、 2枚のシートを重ねて 2枚重ねとし、 マチ部とそれを挟む両側辺 を接合して、 開口部がマチ部より広く開口した略扇状の袋に形成すると共に、 上記開口部の縁部に沿つてミシン目を設けるという手段を採用した。
かかる構成の包装袋は、 束ねた生花等を挿し入れ、 マチ部近傍を絞縮する だけで簡単に花束を作成することができる。 また、 マチ部を利用して底面を平 板とすれば自立する盛り花とすることもできる。 さらに、 開口部の縁部をミシ ン目に沿って部分的に切り離すことで、 持ち手を構成することができ、 持ち運 びに便利である。
また、 この場合に、 ミシン目の端部に透孔を設けるという手段、 または、 捕強シールを貼付するという手段を採用した。
ミシン目に沿って切り離して持ち手を構成した場合、 この透孔ゃ捕強シー ルによつて持ち手の端で断裂が生じないようにすることができる。
さらに、 上記袋の開口部の縁部を曲線で構成するという手段を採用した。 包装紙の縁端が曲線状となるので、 見た目が優しい花束や盛り花を作成で さる。
また、 シートは不透水性の素材で構成するという手段を採用した。
生花等を束ねた端部に給水材を用いることができるようになり、 生花を長 持ちさせることが可能である。 図面の簡単な説明

以下、 本発明に係る生花等の包装袋の好ましい実施形態を図面に従って説 明する。 第 1図は包装袋の平面図である。 図において、 1は角の一部を切 除した略正方形状のシートまたは紙葉からなる包装袋であって、 2枚重ねにな つている。 この包装袋 1は、 例えば縦横比が 2対 1の合成樹脂フィルムからな るシートを折線 2で二つ折りにして正方形状とし、 折線 2を含む一角 3を切除 してマチ部 4を形成した上、 該マチ部 4とそれに続く一側辺 5を例えばヒート シール 6等で接合して残り 2辺を開口部 7とした袋状とすることで簡単に得る ことができる。 ただし、 これに限定するものではなく、 図示したような五角形 状に裁断したシートを 2枚重ねとし、 マチ部 4とそれを挟む両側辺 2、 5を所 望の方法で接合して袋状としてもよい。 また、 シートの形状は五角形に限定す るものでもない。 即ち、 上部開口部 7がマチ部 4より広く開口する側面視略扇 状の包装袋を形成すればよレ、。
次に、 8は袋の開口部 7側の二辺に沿って設けたミシン目で、 該開口部 7 でシートの縁部を部分的に切り離し可能としたものである。 また、 9、 9 ' は 上記ミシン目 8の各端部に設けた円形の透孔であって、 シートをミシン目 8で 切り離すときに、 ミシン目 8以外の部分が不用意に断裂しないようにするため のものである。 なお、 このミシン目 8およぴ透孔 9は必要に応じて設ければよ い。
この包装袋を用いて、 例えば第 2図 （A) に示すような花束を作成するに は以下のようにする。 即ち、 先ず所望の本数の生花 F、 F…を所定の長さに切り そろえて端部で束ねる。 次にその生花の束の端部を本願の包装袋のマチ部 4ま で揷し入れ、 マチ部 4から少し上の部分を外側から絞縮して生花の端部と共に 紐 1 0等で結び止めるのである。 残りの包装部分は、 適宜花束になじませる。 これにより、 誰にでも簡単に、 かつ、 手間を要さずに図示したような花束を作 成することができる。 この場合、 必要に応じて、 生花を端部で束ねた際に、 該 端部を水を含ませた給水材で覆っておけば、 水分が十分に供給され、 生花が長 持ちする。 そのときには包装袋を構成するシートは不透水性のフィルムとすれ ば外部に水が漏れるおそれがなくなり、 持ち運びにも便利である。 なお、 シー ト自体の素材は自由に選択でき、 その柄も無地でも、 所望の柄をプリント等し たものでも任意に選択できることはいうまでもない。 次に、第 2図（B )に示すような盛り花を作成する場合について説明する。 先ず、 オアシス等の給水材を用意し、 これを包装袋のマチ部の大きさに応じた 円錐状とする。 これに所望の生花を揷し、 本願の包装袋のマチ部に入れる。 次 に包装袋の中段部分を絞縮して紐やリボン等で結び止めるのである。 これによ り、 この場合も、 誰にでも簡単に図のような盛り花を作ることができる。 この とき、 マチ部があるので、 袋の底は円錐状の給水材の形状と対応して平板な円 形となり、 安定良く机上に載置することができる。 この場合、 給水材が水を含 むので、 不透水性のシート材で構成することが好ましい。
また、 この場合、 上述したように開口部側にはミシン目 8があるので、 該 部でシートの縁部を切り離すと、持ち手 1 1を形成することができる。従って、 盛り花の形を崩さずに、 簡単に持ち運べるようになる。 このとき、 ミシン目 8 の端部には円形の透孔 9を設けているので、 ミシン目 8から破って持ち手 1 1 とした場合でもその端部に集中して力がかかることがないから、 該部から持ち 手 1 1が断裂するようなことはない。 また、 盛り花として飾る場合、 持ち手 1 1が不要であれば切り離すこともできる。 なお、 透孔 9は持ち手 1 1の端が断 裂することを避けるために設けるものであるから、 その目的を達成できるもの であればその形状は円形に限定されない。 また、 上記透孔 9に替えて、 第 3図 に示すように、 ミシン目 8の端部に補強シール 9， を貼付して該部での断裂を 防止することもできる。
第 4図は、 本発明に係る生花等の包装袋の他の実施形態である。 即ち、 上 記実施形態において、 開口部 7を曲線状に切除したものである。 かかる構成に よって、 花束とした場合も、 盛り花とした場合も、 シート縁部が曲線状である ので、 看者に優しい印象を与えることができる。 また、 この曲線状の縁部に沿 つてミシン目 8を設けることもでき、 上記と同様に持ち手を形成できる。
また、 第 5図はさらに他の実施形態を示すものである。 即ちシートの平面 形状を、両側辺の形成する角度を銳角的にして縦長の袋に構成したものである。 この場合は、 長尺の生花を花束とする場合に便利である。 なお、 この実施形態 では、 2枚重ねのシートのマチ部 4及び両側の側縁部 5をヒートシール 6等で 接合して袋を形成している。 また、 1 2は切り取り用ミシン目である。 即ち、 例えば長尺の花を短く切りそろえてブーケ状とする場合、 包装袋の開口端部を この切り取り用ミシン目から切り取れば、 そのままブーケ用の短い包装袋とし て利用できるようになるものである。
なお、 上記各実施形態では生花による花束や盛り花を例に説明したが、 こ れに限定するものではなく、 ドライフラワーや造花等を使用した花束等の作成 に利用できることは勿論である。 産業上の利用の可能性
以上述べたように、 本発明に係る包装袋によれば、 束ねた生花等を袋に揷 し入れ、 マチ部近傍を絞縮して紐等で結ぴ止めるだけで、 誰にでも簡単に美麗 な花束を作成することができるようになった。 また、 2枚重ねのシートにおい てマチ部とその両側辺を接合しただけの構成であるから、 極めて安価に包装袋 を提供できる。
また、 マチ部に円錐状の給水材を設け、 底面を平板にすることによって、 机上に載置可能な盛り花としても利用できる。 また、 開口部に沿ってミシン目を設けることによって、 該部を切り離し、 持ち手を形成することができ、 花束や盛り花の持ち運びが便利となった。 この とき、 ミシン目のそれぞれの端部に透孔ゃ捕強シールを設けたことによって、 該端部での断裂を防止することができる。
さらに、 シートを不透水性の素材で構成することによって、 給水材等を利 用して生花に水分を捕給できるから、 生花が長持ちする。
