Abstract
Description
Geklebte und/oder geschweißte Nut-Federverbindung zwischen plattenförmigen Bauelementen Glued and / or welded tongue and groove connection between plate-shaped components
The invention relates to a glued and / or welded tongue and groove connection between plate-shaped components.
In the case of generic tongue and groove connections between relatively long plate-shaped components, a jamming between the “tongue and groove” can occur when joining due to a certain ripple of the plate-shaped components.
Alternative Lösungen zeigen die Ansprüche 1 und 2 auf .The invention is concerned with eliminating this problem. Alternative solutions show claims 1 and 2.
Zweckmäßige und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche .Appropriate and advantageous refinements are the subject of the dependent claims.
The solution according to claim 1 is based on the general idea of facilitating joining in the groove by means of an existing play during joining and then eliminating this play after the joining again, namely by compressing the groove webs with respect to the tongue area of the component to be connected. The compression can take place to such an extent that a jagged surface of the groove webs for this purpose can be pressed into the tongue area. When gluing between the groove and the web, a non-positive connection is also achieved in this way. In the case of an adhesive connection, this also results the advantage that there is sufficient adhesive space available for the groove webs that have not yet been compressed.
In the alternative solution according to claim 2, one of the two groove webs is formed by a plate-shaped strip element which can be fixed as an additional part in a receiving groove on the component which forms the “connecting groove” by insertion of the parts to be connected, but it can also be fixed in the relevant component before the components to be connected are joined in. Since the thin strip element can be made of flexible material, the groove can also have a play that can be subsequently removed when the components are joined So there is also a good space for the adhesive for an adhesive connection. In addition, good adhesive absorption on the adhesive surfaces can be achieved by means of jagged contact surfaces in the adhesive areas.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing.
In dieser zeigenIn this show
Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch eine erste Art einer Fügeverbindung ,1 shows a section through a first type of joint connection,
Fig. 2 ein Schnitt durch eine Fügeverbindung in der Art nach Fig. 1 in lediglich einer anderen Ausführungsform,2 shows a section through a joint connection in the manner of FIG. 1 in only another embodiment,
Fig. 3 eine Fügeverbindung in einer von den Fig. 1 und 2 abweichenden Art.Fig. 3 shows a joint connection in a different from FIGS. 1 and 2.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, a first plate-shaped component 1 designed as a hollow profile is provided with a joining groove 2 for receiving a plate-shaped second component 3 made of plastic. This second one In the example shown, plastic component is a plastic sandwich panel.
In the generic tongue and groove connection, the second plate-shaped component 3 itself represents the relevant “tongue” in its edge region. The webs 4 of the joining groove 2 are widened in a V-shape. In this state of the joining groove 2, the second component 3 is inserted into the Joining groove 4. After the second component 3 has been inserted into the joining groove 2, the webs 4 are pressed onto the “tongue” area of the second component 3.
The surfaces of the webs 4 which come into contact with the second component 3 are designed in a jagged manner, so that with a suitable material pairing between the first and second component 1, 3 it is possible to bury the tips in the jagged area into the second component. The first component 1 can be an aluminum extruded profile, for example.
In principle, when forming the joint connection according to FIG. 2, only one of the two groove webs 4 is to be bent or pressed onto the second component 3 after the joining.
The first component 1, which is to contain the joining groove 2, has a receiving groove 6 for receiving and fixing the thin strip element 5, in which the strip element 5 can be glued, for example for fixing.
The strip element 5 can, for example, only be inserted into the receiving groove 6 after the two components 1 and 3 have been joined and fixed there. The connection can be made within the joining groove 2 formed by the strip element 5 between the groove webs 4, one of which is the strip element 5, again by gluing and / or welding.
The strip element 5 can, however, also be fixed in the receiving groove 6 before the two components 1 and 3 are joined. In this case, the strip element 5 advantageously consists of flexible material, with the joining groove initially having play to be dismantled, as described in the embodiment in FIG. 1, for joining the components 1, 3.
