Abstract

Kunststoff-Doppelkorken (1, 2), der einen Zusatzstoff (4) enthält, der Sauerstoff abgibt. Durch die Entkorkung gelangt der Zusatzstoff (4) in den Flascheninhalt und reichert diesen mit Sauerstoff an. Dadurch wird unmittelbar vor dem Genuss der Wein abgelüftet und die bestmögliche Geschmacksqualität erreicht. Der Doppelkorken (1, 2) verhindert, dass beim Ausschenken des Weines eventuelle Rückstände von der Flasche in das Glas gelangen.

Description

Kunststoff-Kork für Weinflaschen
Die Erfindung betrifft, das der wie in der Patentschrift angegebenen Korken nach Öffnen ( Ziehen des Korkens) selbständig eine Sauerstoffzufuhr (Dekantierung) des Weines in der Flasche einleitet. Er ist geeignet, jede handelsübliche Weinflasche zu verschließen.
Weine werden nach dem Entkorken lebendig, sodass eine Dekantierung von Vorteil ist, um den Wein atmen zu lassen. Durch diese Sauerstoffzufuhr werden geringe Fehler, wie Geruch einer Nachgärung behoben. Nach Prof. Peynaud werden außerdem durch das Dekantieren Geschmacksveränderungen zum Positiven erwirkt.
Die bisher bekannte und praktizierte Methode ist, den Wein von der handelsüblichen Flasche in eine eigens geformte Dekantierflasche umzufüllen, die eine größere Oberfläche zur Sauerstoffauf ahme bietet. Weine können durch Atmen an Bukett und Geschmack zulegen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung hat sich zur Aufgabe gestellt, diese herkömmliche Methode des Dekantierens zu ersetzen. Bei jeder Flasche Wein wird durch das Entkorken ein Dekantiervorgang ausgelöst, indem der im Korken enthaltene Sauerstoff selbständig dem Wein zugeführt wird.
Ein weiterer Vorteil der Erfindung ist, dass eventuelle Rückstände (Weinstein, usw.) sich im Flaschenhals sammeln und beim Eingießen des Weines nicht in das Glas gelangen. Es ist auch gewährleistet, dass bei den derzeit vorhandenen Abfüllmaschinen der Korken problemlos verarbeitet werden kann.
Die Erfindung laut vorliegender Patentschrift, zeigt einen Kunststofϊkorken
(Fig.l bis Fig.3) , der in Verbindung mit jeder handelsüblichen Weinflasche beim Öffnen derselben automatisch einen Dekantiervorgang einleitet.
Der Korken besteht aus drei Teilen: Innenteil (1), Außenteil (2) und gebundenem Sauerstoff (4).
Beim Öffnen der Weinflasche, mit jedem beliebigen Korkenzieher, wird zuerst der Innenteil (1) entfernt, sodass der Sauerstoff (4) in den Flascheninhalt gelangt und dort den Wein je nach Bedarf mit Sauerstoff (02) anreichert.
Der Außenteil (2) verbleibt im Flaschenhals und verhindert beim Einschenken ins Weinglas, dass eventuelle Rückstände (6) aus der Weinflasche (5) ins Glas gelangen .
Jedoch ist es möglich, den in der Flasche (5) verbleibenden Außenteil (2) mit jedem beliebigen Korkenzieher zu entfernen.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Stoppel für Flaschen, der mehrteilig ist und einen Zusatzstoff beinhaltet, der beim Öffnen in die Flasche fällt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er, wie an sich bekannt, aus einem zylindrischen Innenteil (1) und einem hohlzylindrischen Außenteil (2) besteht, wobei sich im Außenteil (2) eine Ausnehmung (3) befindet, in welcher als Zusatzstoff ein kleiner Festkörper (4) untergebracht ist, der Sauerstoff abgeben kann.
2. Stoppel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Außenteil (2) befindliche Ausnehmung (3) bei ungeöffnetem Korken durch Preßsitz zwischen Außenteil (2) und Innenteil (1) abgedichtet wird und mit dem Inhalt der Flasche (5) nicht in Kontakt tritt.

Stoppel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zylindrische Innenteil (1) herausziehbar ist und dass die Ausnehmung (3) im Außenteil (2) an ihrer Unterseite durch eine schräge Fläche begrenzt ist, sodass der Sauerstoff enthaltende Festkörper (4) beim Herausziehen des Innenteils (1) in den Inhalt der Flasche (5) fallt.
4. Stoppel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teilung des Korkens schraubenförmig ausgebildet ist (Fig.3).
5. Stoppel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus Naturkork hergestellt ist.
6. Stoppel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
7. Stoppel nach Anspruch 1, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Innenteil (1) und Außenteil (2) aus verschiedenen Materialien bestehen.
