Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques biodisponibles de loratadine à administration nasale pour le traitement de la rhinite allergique, ainsi que leurs procédés de préparation. Ces formulations comprennent une dispersion solide de loratadine avec un substrat dans un excipient aqueux, et une dose réduite de ces formulations offre la même biodisponibilité qu'une forme d'administration orale.
