Abstract

L'invention concerne un acier laminé à chaud à très haute résistance, dont la composition chimique comprend, en poids 0,05% ≤ C ≤ 0,1 0,7% ≤ Mn ≤ 1, 1% 0,5% ≤ Cr ≤ 1, 0% 0,05% ≤ Si≤ 0,3% 0, 05 ≤Ti < 0,1 AI ≤ 0,07 S ≤ 0,03% P ≤ 0,05% le reste étant du fer et des impuretés résultant de l'élaboration, ledit acier ayant une structure bainito-martensitique pouvant contenir jusqu'à 5% de ferrite, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication de bandes de cet acier.
