Abstract

L'invention concerne des enzymes ayant une activité désacétylase, amidase, cellulase, estérase, glycosidase, xylanase, amylase, transaminase, laminarinase, bêta-galactosidase, bêta-mannosidase, pullulanase et/ou phosphatase, ainsi que les acides nucléiques codant pour ces enzymes et les anticorps se liant spécifiquement à ces enzymes. L'invention concerne des enzymes pour la commande de biofilms, des polynucléotides et des procédés pour produire et utiliser ces polynucléotides et polypeptides. L'invention concerne également des produits comprenant ces compositions de commande de biofilms. Selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, les compositions de commande de biofilms selon l'invention ont une activité amidase, par exemple la capacité à hydrolyser des amides, et comprennent des enzymes ayant une activité amidase secondaire, notamment une activité peptidase, protéase et/ou hydantoinase. Selon un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention, les compositions de commande de biofilms selon l'invention ont une activité amidase, cellulase, estérase, glycosidase, xylanase, amylase, transaminase, laminarinase, bêta-galactosidase, bêta-mannosidase, pullulanase et/ou phosphatase.
