DESCRIPTION
NEW TELEPHONE SERVICES PROCEDURE FOR DRIVERS
TECHNICAL FIELDS AND DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
1. New process for mobile telephone services, which allows driving clients to be reached by new
Companies and Motorway services, or by actually unknown new friends, dialling an eventual service prefix and client's vehicle plate number (following named "TAVeP number": Telephone As Vehicle Plate number).
Clients (possibility to be credited by callers) activates one of these Telecommunication Company services: a) Telecommunication Company links in its files client's vehicle plate numbers to their mobile phone numbers; b) A SIM card with the same number of vehicle pate inside the mobile phone integrated in vehicle radio.
2) Vehicle radio (following named "VIRTAT device": Vehicle Integrated Radio, Telephone, Alarm connected, Transmitter) integrated with these modules: a) mobile telephone with TAVeP number SIM card: b) (optional) connection with vehicle alarm system: c) radio transmitter of driver's TAVeP number to local radio receivers; d) (optional) extractable infrared connected keyboard to control all modules; shared display for all modules and for sliding view of SMS: sonorous speaking of SMS.
3) New process for telecommunication and Road/Motorway companies service, that allows clients to radio transmit their TAVeP number during passage under road and motorway checkpoint receivers, to update competent Companies flows monitoring system, to receive back to TAVEP number local traffic informations, local tourist and commercial promotions and so on.
4) New process for vehicle alarm systems, which allows the VIRTAT device, to send prepared alerting SMS by TAVeP number SIM card to vehicle's owner mobile phone, in case of burglary attempts.
BACKGROUND ART
Actually does not exist:
The possibility to contact unknown drivers dialing on telephone driver's TAVeP number (with a service prefix). VIRTAT device: a vehicle radio (with large display for all modules functions and sliding view of SMS, with extractable infrared connected keyboard for all modules control) integrated with following modules: mobile telephone with TAVeP number SIM card, also connected with vehicle alarm system radio transmitter of driver's TAVeP number to road/motorway radio receiver checkpoints. The possibility to radio transmit their TAVeP number during passage under road and motorway checkpoint receivers, to update competent Companies flows monitoring system, to receive back to TAVEP number local traffic information, local tourist and commercial promotions and so on.. The possibility to be informed by an SMS from VIRTAT device, about burglary attempts.
MODES FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
All companies involved can be interested to acquire patent and to develop the service.
First phase: Telecommunications Companies promote special contracts linking, in Company files, clients vehicle plate number to their mobile phone number to allow them to be contacted dialling their
TAVeP number
Second phase: Producers market VIRTAT device, and Telecommunication Companies provide SIM cards with client's TAVeP number
Third phase the motorway radio transmitter, integrated in the VIRTAT device can transmit clients
TAVeP number to Road/Motorway companies monitoring systems.
Other companies begin to use TAVeP number marketing channel to sell vehicles and vehicles services.
INDUSTRIAL APPICABILITY
Relevant business opportunity are joined:
A big part of young people, eager for continuos new friends acguaintance. looking for easy approaches, whose appearance is often linked to their vehicle, can be advantaged in social relationship. Particularly desired people can ask a contract allowing them to be credited by callers during incoming calls.
This procedure creates a new marketing channel for vehicles and vehicle services which can contact ranges of clients at TAVeP numbers (e.g.: range of old vehicles plates owners).
The significant service added value can be a stimulus for customers to change old vehicle radio with the
VIRTAT new generation devices.
The needing to dial alphanumeric TAVeP numbers (instead of only numeric numbers) to contact drivers, can be the stimulus to change or only the software or completely the old mobile phones.

1) New process for mobile telephone services, which allows driving clients to be reached dialling an eventual service prefix and client's vehicle plate number (following named "TAVeP number": Telephone As Vehicle Plate number).
Clients (possibility to be credited by callers) activates one of these Telecommunication Company services: a) Telecommunication Company links in its files client's vehicle plate numbers to their mobile phone numbers; b) A SIM card with the same number of vehicle pate inside the mobile phone integrated in vehicle radio. e) Vehicle radio ("VIRTAT device": Vehicle Integrated Radio, Telephone, Alarm connected, Transmitter) integrated with following modules: f) mobile telephone with TAVeP number SIM card, g) (optional) connection with vehicle alarm system to transmit alerting SMS by TAVeP number SIM card; h) transmitter of driver's TAVeP number to road/motorway receiver checkpoints; i) New process for telecommunication and Road/Motorway companies service, that allows clients to transmit their TAVeP number during passage under road and motorway checkpoint receivers, to update competent Companies flows monitoring system, to receive back to TAVEP number local traffic information, local tourist and commercial promotions and so on. j) Every service, promotion, marketing, information made contacting clients by their vehicle plate number (TAVeP number). k) Network of TAVeP numbers receivers, from transiting VIRTAT devices, to transmit to clients only local services, information, promotions.
