MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA.DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY.
OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a supplier of tablets, consisting of solid additives, at the expense of a store or reservoir supplier of said tablets, so that they are supplied in a dosed, unit or multiple form, to a series of containers or containers used in the food industry and containers of other products that need to incorporate the mentioned solid additives.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNThe object of the invention is to ensure a rapid delivery process of said tablets, completely automatically, and without excessive compactness in said tablets, which could have a negative impact on their subsequent dissolution. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
En el ámbito de aplicación práctica de la invención, el de aportación de aditivos alimentarios a envases contenedores de productos asimismo alimentarios, se utilizan fundamentalmente aditivos en fase líquida debido a los problemas de alimentación-dosificación que supone la utilización de aditivos enIn the field of practical application of the invention, the provision of food additives to container containers of food products, mainly additives are used in liquid phase due to the problems of feeding-dosing that involves the use of additives in
More specifically in medium or high speed lines and to achieve proper functionality, it is currently essential to use traditional vibrating material, for the displacement of food additives in the form of tablets, which means that said tablets they must have a high compression, to avoid their collapse due to the aforementioned vibration.
However, the compression of said tablets must be low, to facilitate dilution in the humid environment of the package, which is why and as previously stated, liquid additives are used primarily in this area.
On the other hand, there is legislation that limits the maximum amount of additives both in quantity and type, which makes it difficult to use excipients and binders in the precise amounts to achieve high resistance to crumbling.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The supplier-doser that the invention proposes allows the use of solid phase food additives, specifically in the form of tablets, in a medium and high speed distribution regime, with low compression level in said tablets, to facilitate their subsequent dissolution, and without degradation of the same during handling.
For this, and more specifically, the dispenser-dispenser is structured from a store of tablets, of appropriate capacity so that the recharge frequency thereof is also appropriate, a store at whose bottom, determining a retention ramp, is established a lateral opening for the exit of the tablets, in the form of a layer, towards a ramp of descent, of little inclination, where a vibrator is placed that transmits to said ramp a slight vibration, sufficient so that the gravitational displacement of the tablets but at the same time small enough not to compromise the compactness of such tablets.
Said descent ramp, established in correspondence with the bottom of the warehouse itself, which adopts an inclined arrangement, leads to an extractor mechanism in which a motor element acts on a pair of blades that rotate in the opposite direction, and which determine each other a unit step for the tablets, which arrive in alignment to a second warehouse, in the form of a closed duct, provided with sensors that determine at any time the amount of tablets or tablets existing inside, and that is closed inferiorly by a couple of pneumatic cylinders, whose rods act inside the storage duct and do it alternately, so that while one of them supports the existing tablets in said storage duct, with the exception of the first or lower one, the other drops this terminal tablet towards the corresponding container to be dosed, which will pass under said storage duct and whose presence will be also detected by a sensor.
The device can be unitary, supplying a tablet to a container in each operating cycle thereof, or it can be multiple with several ducts-warehouse and several extractor mechanisms that receive the pads from a single warehouse, in which case the contribution can be made simultaneously dosed additives to several containers.

expulsión. REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓNexpulsion. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
In view of the aforementioned figures, it can be seen how the supplier-doser that the invention proposes is constituted from a store of tablets (1), with an important capacity for the Recharge frequency thereof conveniently distances over time, mounted in a raised position on a lift chassis (2)
This extractor mechanism (8), especially visible in Figure 3, consists of a motor (9) that directly drives a vane (10) and on whose axis it is provided with a toothed wheel (11) for synchronized transmission of the movement, through of another cogwheel (12), to a second blade (10 '), which rotates in the opposite direction to the blade (10). These blades (10-10 '), as seen in Figure 4, adopt an equilateral triangular configuration of rounded vertices, are angularly offset and duly spaced apart to establish a unit pitch for the pads (4), which are visible thus forced to leave the extraction mechanism in a row to reach a duct-warehouse (13). In this storage duct, also with a considerable inclination, even more pronounced, an ejection mechanism is installed mounted on a support (14), located in the vicinity of its lower and free extremity, and consisting of a pair of cylinders, specifically a head cylinder (15) and a tail cylinder (16), very close, so that, for example, from the situation shown in figure 6, in which the head cylinder (15) is retaining the entire alignment of tablets (4), when the tail cylinder (16) descends, its rod is located between the last and the penultimate tablets (4), as it appears initiated in the aforementioned figure 6 and at the end of the maneuver as shown in figure 7, the piston head (15) retracts dropping the last tablet (4) to the container (17) to be dosed, which will have previously been placed under the ejection mechanism (14) and whose presence will have been detected by a sensor (18).
As a complement to the structure described in the apparatus, a pair of air injectors (19) and (20) participate, which eliminate the possible dust that can be released from the tablets (4) in their movement, as well as a sensor (21 ) located in the conduit-warehouse (13), detects the need for feeding tablets to said conduit-warehouse.
The feeder-doser of the invention brings with it a series of advantages that focus primarily on the following aspects:
It allows dosing tablets even in lines with water vapor emission, by using the aforementioned air injectors (19) and (20) that maintain an overpressure in the work area. Eliminates the human factor of the dosing process, unloading the operator of this task, without more participation than the contribution of new tablets when the warehouse (1) is emptied.
It avoids unnecessary dosing or supply of tablets when, due to a problem in the supply chain, a container (17) has not been placed under the ejection mechanism (14) and, consequently, has not been detected by the sensor (18).
The safety of the process and the product is improved.
The environment is improved by reducing emissions to the environment of government liquid with acid components, etc.
