OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION
La presente invención se refiere un cerramiento enrollable del tipo de los que comprenden un marco perimetral de configuración rectangular compuesto por un primer perfil vertical fijo que contiene un tambor giratorio para el enrollado de una lámina flexible conformante de los medios de cierre del hueco interior del cerramiento y un muelle de torsión que actúa sobre dicho tambor tendiendo a provocar el giro del mismo en el sentido de enrollado de la lámina flexible, un segundo perfil vertical fijo paralelo al anterior, y dos guías horizontales, superior e inferior, para el montaje corredero de un perfil vertical al que se encuentra fijado el extremo desplazable de la lámina de cierre del cerramiento. ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN En la actualidad existen en el mercado diferentes mamparas destinadas a posicionarse sobre los laterales de bañeras y duchas con el fin de impedir salpicaduras de agua fuera del recinto delimitado por las paredes de obra y por la propia mampara. Generalmente estas mamparas disponen de un marco perimetral sobre el que se encuentran montados unos elementos destinados a permitir el cierre del hueco interior durante su utilización. En algunos casos estos elementos de cierre están compuestos por unas hojas correderas, generalmente de cristal, montadas sobre unas guías definidas en los montantes superior e inferior del marco y que pueden disponerse superpuestas, dejando libre un espacio para el paso del usuario, o desplazadas longitudinalmente determinando el cierre del hueco definido por el marco perimetral. Estas mamparas presentan algunos problemas como la dificultad de limpieza, que debe de realizarse desde el interior del recinto de baño o de ducha si se desea limpiar toda la superficie interior de las hojas correderas, o el riesgo de daños físicos en caso de rotura de alguno de los cristales de las mencionadas hojas correderas. Actualmente también existen en el mercado algunas mamparas en las que el elemento de cierre está conformado por una lámina flexible de material plástico que puede disponerse enrollada sobre un tambor giratorio, dejando libre la totalidad del hueco interior del marco perimetral, o en una posición extendida en la que cierra la totalidad del hueco delimitado por el marco perimetral. En este tipo de mamparas la lámina flexible se enrolla sobre el tambor giratorio por la acción de unos muelles de torsión precargados que actúan sobre el mencionado tambor giratorio, tendiendo a provocar el giro del mismo en el sentido de enrollamiento de la lámina sobre el tambor.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION At present there are different screens on the market intended to be positioned on the sides of bathtubs and showers in order to prevent splashing of water outside the enclosure delimited by the work walls and the screen itself. El marco comprende asimismo un segundo perfil vertical, en el extremo opuesto del primer perfil y que cierra el marco, estando dispuesto un montante vertical, solidario del extremo de la placa laminar desplazable entre el perfil y el segundo perfil vertical, que cierra el marco. En el caso de la patente ES-P-200100444, en ambos extremos del tambor hay provistos sendos soportes formados por un cubo solidario del tambor, una quicionera susceptible de ser inmovilizada a un primer perfil vertical hueco fijo a una pared, por unos medios de anclaje y un cojinete intermedio dispuesto entre la quicionera y el cubo. La mampara comprende un clip de fijación destinado a impedir la rotación relativa de la quicionera con respecto al cubo, e impedir consiguientemente el enrollamiento o desenrollamiento del de la lámina flexible. En ambas mamparas, el tambor giratorio, el muelle, la propia lámina flexible y, en su caso, los cubos, las quicioneras y los cojinetes, constituyen un cartucho recambiable que goza de una buena funcionalidad, a pesar lo cual, las mamparas no están por completo exentas de inconvenientes, pues cuando, por diferentes motivos, se desea recambiar el cartucho, es imperativo su desmontaje y remoción del perfil vertical asociado. Para ello, es necesario acceder al espacio interior de los perfiles en que se ubica el cartucho y, mediante un destornillador o un instrumento afín, realizar la remoción del conjunto para su recambio. Lo anterior es poco práctico e incómodo para quien no cuenta con la destreza o habilidad suficientes, y puede requerir la intervención de un profesional especializado. Además, requiere una disponibilidad de espacio que sería deseable minimizar.
