Abstract
Description
Magazin zum Bereitstellen von Transportwagen Magazine for providing transport trolleys
Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a magazine for providing transport trolleys which are guided in at least one guide rail and can be arranged one behind the other, at least one unlockable passage lock for holding back or releasing the transport trolleys and a cashier device intended for triggering the transport trolleys are provided, and the cashier device with the at least one Drive-through barrier is switched electrically.
Such a magazine is described in DE 33 36 657 AI. It has a number of chambers in a defined zone, in which the trolleys can be parked in a row. The magazine is also equipped with a vending machine column and two removal passage barriers. The vending machine column has a cash point for receiving and returning deposit coins. With the payment of a deposit, a trolley can be removed from the magazine and returned to it after use, at least a portion of the previously paid deposit being refunded.
Magazines for providing transport trolleys are also presented in DE 42 02 969 AI and in DE 195 81 765 C2. In these magazines, the transport trolleys are parked in a row in a guide rail. At the beginning of the guide rail, i.e. at the beginning of the row, there is an automatic column, which has a cashier and an unlockable passage lock, which protrudes into the guide rail and which is electrically connected to the automatic column. With these magazines, too, a trolley can be removed after paying a deposit and returned to the magazine after use. The magazine mentioned at the beginning has the advantage that several rows of transport trolleys can be managed with just one machine column and with two passage barriers. On the other hand, the constructional and technical effort required to manage the parked transport vehicles is disadvantageous.
The two other magazines described have the advantage that the construction effort is lower and that these magazines are much easier to install on existing structural facilities. On the other hand, it is disadvantageous that an automatic column is required per magazine, i.e. per row (guide rail).
It is an object of the invention to further develop a magazine of the type present here, such that several rows of transport trolleys can be managed with a single cashier device,
That the structural and technical effort remains low to meet this requirement and
That the magazine to be developed can be installed easily and in a time-saving manner at existing facilities such as airports or train stations.
The solution to the problem is that the at least one passage barrier is either carried exclusively by the at least one guide rail or is at least partially supported on the floor.
The decisive advantage of the solution found is that the at least one passage barrier is no longer mechanically connected to the cashier (automated teller machine), but is either carried exclusively by the at least one guide rail or is at least partially supported on the floor. This means that at least one passage barrier is arranged on or near each guide rail. Nevertheless, every passage is blocked with the cash siereinrichtung switched electrically. This solution allows a wide variety of magazine designs, so that such magazines can be retrofitted to existing structures without great effort. According to a preferred embodiment, guide rails can already be completely equipped, delivered and installed with at least one transit barrier; side by side or angled, as the structural details require. The same also applies if the at least one passage barrier per guide rail is supported either only on the floor or on the floor and on the guide rail. The electrical connection of the transit barrier (s) to the cashier device is extremely simple with the aid of cables. As soon as several rows of transport trolleys are managed by the cash register, each of the possible magazines is cheaper than the two magazines which have been previously described together. With these magazines, a cashier (machine column) is always required for each row. The present invention avoids this effort. The fact that each guide rail has a separate area, which is intended to accommodate the necessary cables, also helps to reduce the structural effort.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. 1 shows a top view of a magazine for providing transport carriages and FIG. 2 shows the cross section of a guide rail.
The structural device 9, in which the magazine 1 shown in FIG. 1 for providing transport trolleys 6 is located, is indicated by two walls 10. As a minimum, the magazine 1 shown in plan view has a guide rail 2, a passage barrier 3 arranged on the guide rail 2 and a cashier device 5. In the next larger version, there would be a further guide rail 2 equipped with a passage barrier 3 (shown in broken lines). Additional guide rails 2 with passage barriers 3 are possible. Also shown are trolleys 6, which in the example form two separate rows. A guide part 7 is arranged on each transport carriage 6 and is guided in the respective guide rail 2 so that it can be moved. Each transport carriage 6 can thus be displaced along a guide rail 2. At least on the input side, each guide rail 2 is open, so that when a transport carriage 6 is removed, its guide part 7 leaves the guide rail 2 and is picked up again by the guide rail 2 when the transport carriage 6 is returned. A passage barrier 3 is provided on the input side of each guide rail 2, which is preferably arranged at a distance from the floor. The passage barrier 3 has at least one controllable, not shown, locking part, which protrudes in a known manner into the guide rail and prevents unauthorized removal of a trolley 6 from the magazine 1. A cash collecting device 5 is arranged at a distance from the at least one guide rail 2. The cashier 5 is electrically connected with each passage barrier 3. Sensors 4 can be arranged on the input side or close to each passage barrier 3, which react to a transport carriage 6 moving past and which are also electrically connected to the respective passage barrier 3 and to the cashier 5. All electrical and electronic means are selected and, for example, electrically connected by cable 11 in such a way that the removal of a trolley 6 with payment of a deposit and the return of the trolley 6 with simultaneous return of the deposit is possible in this way or in a similar manner. The functions of the at least one drive-through barrier 3, such as “locking” and “unlocking”, are selected in a suitable manner so that the borrowing, returning and holding back of transport carriages 6 is possible, as is already known from similar magazines in use , If a transport carriage 6 is removed on the input side of a guide rail 2 and if this transport carriage 6 is pushed back into the row 8 on the input side after use, only one passage barrier 3 is required for each guide rail 2. If, however, a transport carriage 6 is to be removed from one end of a guide rail 2 and brought back into the row 8 at the other end of the guide rail 2 can, two passage barriers 3 are required per guide rail 2, each passage barrier 3 being arranged at one of the two ends of the guide rail 2. In the case of such an embodiment, the wall 10 drawn horizontally at the top would be omitted, based on the drawing. The term cashier 5 is chosen only as an example. Such a device can be equipped at any time so that all possible current payment methods, for example with coins or chips or credit cards, can be carried out. The locking part located on a drive-through barrier 3 can also engage in a transport carriage 6 in a locking manner outside a guide rail 2. The guide rail 2 then only performs a guide function. The magazine 1 is particularly suitable for the administration of trolleys in the form of luggage trolleys and shopping carts.
Fig. 2 zeigt den Querschnitt einer Führungsschiene 2. 2 shows the cross section of a guide rail 2. The guide rail 2 has an upper, preferably closed area 12 which is intended for receiving cables 11, that is to say electrical lines, which lead from the passage barrier 3 to the cash collecting device 5 or vice versa. The cables 11 are not visible from the outside. The guide rail 2 also has a lower region 13, in which the trolleys 6 are guided with the aid of their guide parts 7 precisely and secured against unauthorized removal. In the example, the guide rail 2 is open from one side in order to be able to accommodate the guide parts 7. The guide rail 2, which has a rectangular cross section, can also be open at the bottom or to the other side in order to be able to accommodate the guide parts 7. The guide rail 2 can also be designed in such a way that the area 12 intended for receiving cables 11 is arranged below the area 13 intended for receiving the guide parts 7. An arrangement next to the area 13 is also possible.
